Justierung erlaubt.Based on this prior art, the invention has the object to provide a generic device that avoids these disadvantages and also allows easy maintenance or adjustment.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that each locking unit comprises a locking mechanism separate from the engagement element for releasably fixing the receiving element in the position locking the engagement element.
By the coupling of the two locking units via a synchronization mechanism which has two coupling elements connected to the locking units and a synchronization unit which couples the two coupling elements in motion, an oblique position of the front panel can be reliably avoided.
In this case, a structurally simple solution of the invention provides that the at least two coupling elements are motion-coupled in opposite directions by means of the synchronization unit, wherein it has proven to be favorable for a substantially play-free coupling of the two locking units, if the synchronization unit has a stationary arranged base element on which a synchronization element is mounted rotatably movable.
A further embodiment of the invention provides that the base element is formed at least in two parts and has a base element and an intermediate element, wherein the synchronization element is rotatably mounted on the intermediate element, whereby the risk that the coupling elements or the synchronization unit by the stationary storage of the same brace , is avoided.
According to a preferred, particularly stable embodiment it is provided that the synchronization element is formed by a gear and the synchronization unit has two toothed racks mounted translationally on the base element, which engage on opposite sides with the synchronization element and respectively connected in one end section to a coupling element . are connectable.
An alternative embodiment provides that the synchronization element is formed by a two-armed lever, which is connected in its two end portions in each case with a coupling element or connectable.
Regardless of the type of synchronization element provides a further embodiment of the invention that the at least two, each different locking units associated coupling elements for the transmission or exercise of tensile and / or compressive forces are formed. Conveniently, the coupling elements are bent and / or torsionally rigid, for which it has been found to be favorable when the coupling elements are rod-shaped or tubular.
A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the locking device and the synchronization mechanism on the movable furniture part and the engagement elements are fixedly arranged on the furniture, resulting in a particularly simple installation and maintenance of the device when the locking device and the synchronization mechanism at the bottom of the movable Furniture part are arranged, preferably in the area of the front panel of the movable furniture part.
In order to be able to adjust the front gap remaining between the front panel and the furniture body, which substantially corresponds to the release path in the event that the ejection device follows the touch-latch principle, it is provided according to a further embodiment of the invention that the relative position the receiving elements of the coupled locking units to the engagement elements in the depth of the furniture by means of at least one adjusting device which is adapted to convert a rotational movement into a translational movement, is linearly variable, wherein conveniently each locking unit comprises an adjusting device for the receiving element.
A structurally simple solution results when at least one locking unit comprises a relative to a base portion linearly movably mounted sliding part, on which the receiving element is arranged, wherein the Adjusting device for changing the relative position of the receiving element is arranged and designed such that it acts directly on the sliding part. That is, the installer or the user can adjust the front gap in a simple manner by turning the actuator tool-free.
If the locking of the ejection device by means of the locking mechanism for the receiving element, the overall result is a particularly space-saving solution with few components, which of course has a positive effect on the stability and the life of the device according to the invention.
In order to avoid damage that may occur in the case of incorrect operation by a user, according to a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least one locking unit has an overload safety mechanism which comprises at least two parts movably connected to one another and a damage-free opening of the movable furniture part even allowed when the receiving element is fixed by means of the locking mechanism in a position locking the engagement member.
According to a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the overload safety mechanism comprises two rotatably connected, pivotable between a first end position and a second end position parts, between which a holding device for releasably holding or for returning the rotatably connected parts in the or acts in the first end position.
It has proven to be advantageous in terms of a technically simple solution with few components when the receiving element comprises a base member and a movable element connected to the base element locking element, wherein the locking mechanism acts on the base member and the at least two mutually movably connected parts of the overload Secured mechanism are formed by the base member and the locking element of the receiving element.
Although the realization of the inventive idea would be possible even if only one side of the movable furniture part with a locking unit, the one Overload-securing mechanism and an adjusting equipped, provides a preferred embodiment of the invention, that each locking unit comprises an overload-securing mechanism and an adjusting device.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the ejection device or the ejection element is arranged on the locking unit.
In practice, it has been found that a particularly simple and stable solution is achieved when the ejection device or the ejection element is arranged separately from the locking device on the movable furniture part or on the furniture, wherein it has proved to be particularly advantageous if the ejection device or the ejection element is arranged in the guide system for a drawer forming the movable furniture part, preferably on the carcass rail.
The invention further relates to a piece of furniture with a lockable ejection device according to one of
