Claims (19)

  1. Device for opening and closing a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer (1), door (102) or flap or the like, wherein the movable furniture part can be locked and released and can be pushed in by a predefined distance and then pulled out, and wherein the device comprises at least one locking element (6, 123) for locking the moveable furniture part and at least one push-out element (23, 106) separate from the locking element (6, 123) and designed as a separate component from the locking element (6, 123), characterised in that a locking unit (4) with at least two locking elements (6) is provided which are coupled together synchronously and essentially without play by movement- and/or force-transmitting means (5), wherein at least one locking element (6) comprises a locking mechanism.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the push-out element (23) comprises a cylinder (26) and a piston rod (24) displaceable therein.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the push-out element (23) is arranged on a guide (19), by means of which the movable furniture part (1) is guided movably relative to a body (2).
  4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the push-out element (23) or the push-out elements together with a stop (27) are integrated into a drawer guide (19).
  5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the push-out element (23, 106) is arranged spaced apart from the locking element (6, 123).
  6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the push-out element (23, 106) in the locked state of the movable furniture part (1, 102) is positioned spaced apart from the locking element (6, 123).
  7. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the push-out element (23, 106) in the non-locked state of the movable furniture part (1, 102) is positioned spaced apart from the locking element (6, 123).
  8. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that fitting means (125) are provided on a fitting side of the movable furniture part (102), wherein the push-out element (106) acts at or near the fitting side (104) and the locking element (123) acts at or near a side of the furniture part (101, 102) opposite the fitting side (104).
  9. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the push-out element (106) is separate from the fitting means (125) provided.
  10. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that two push-out elements are provided per movable furniture part, preferably one per side of the movable furniture part.
  11. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the force of an energy storage device (25, 107) of the push-out element (23, 106) is adjustable.
  12. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a push-out element (23) is arranged indirectly or directly on a drawer rail (22).
  13. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the push-out element is attached indirectly or directly on a body rail (20).
  14. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the push-out element is attached to a guiding rail and on the ejector of the push-out element a coupling element is provided which can be coupled to and uncoupled from another guiding rail.
  15. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the locking unit (4) or the locking element (6) is arranged indirectly or directly on a stationary furniture part, preferably on the body (2), and in a closed position engages with the movable furniture part or the drawer rail (22).
  16. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the locking unit or the locking element is arranged indirectly or directly on the movable furniture part, preferably on the rear wall, and in the closed position engages in the stationary furniture part, preferably indirectly or directly into the body.
  17. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an additional device is provided, by means of which the energy storage device of the push-out element can be moved into its initial position before the movable furniture part is completely closed again.
  18. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a pull-in device is arranged indirectly or directly on the locking unit or on at least one locking element and in that the pull-in device supports the end of the closing process of the movable furniture part.
  19. Furniture part, in particular a drawer (1), door (102), flap or the like, characterised in that the furniture part (1, 102) is equipped with a device for opening and closing according to at least one of the preceding claims.
