  • the foot 14 is moved in each instance along the slot 9 for positioning the respective lamina 19 in abutment against the casing as closely as possible to the injector being extracted.
  • laminae 19 have different shapes in order to adapt to the geometry of the diesel engine being worked on.
  • the first resting contact means 13 have a contoured plate 22 which supports the strips 10 at one end of the slot 9 and the block 11 between them.

  • the apparatus In use, the apparatus 1, provided with suitable first resting contact means 13 and with optional second resting contact means 14 which are sized and shaped as a function of the geometry of the diesel engine being worked on, is positioned on the casing so that the slot A is superimposed in plan view on the direction along which the injectors are distributed.

  • the injector is freed from the temporary connection means 5 and the apparatus 1 can be used to remove another injector simply by repositioning the shank 4 and the female thread assembly 3 along the slot 9, without the need to reposition the supporting structure 2.
  • the described invention achieves the intended aim and objects, and in particular the fact is stressed that the invention proposes an apparatus which is flexible to use, allows the extraction of a plurality of injectors with minimal downtimes linked to the positioning of the apparatus.

Claims (8)

  1. Eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Extraktion von Injektoren von Dieselmotoren, die folgendes umfasst: eine tragende Struktur (2), die mit einem Dieselmotor verbunden werden kann; mindestens einen Innengewindeaufbau (3), der mit der tragenden Struktur (2) verbunden ist; mindestens einen Schaft (4) mit Außengewinde, der zum Innengewindeaufbau (3) passend ist; Mittel (5) zur vorübergehenden Verbindung mit mindestens einem Injektor während der Extraktion, die mit dem Schaft (4) verbunden sind; Mittel (17) zum Antreiben der Rotations- und Translationsbewegung des Schafts (4) im Verhältnis zu dem Innengewindeaufbau (3), wobei der Schaft (4) mit der tragenden Struktur (2) mit mindestens einem Freiheitsgrad in der Translationsbewegung entlang mindestens einer Achse (A) verbunden ist, die transversal zur Längserstreckung des Schafts liegt, wobei der Schaft (4) zur Translationsbewegung entlang der Achse (A) fest mit dem Innengewindeaufbau (3) verbunden ist, und in der Lage ist, die Arbeitsposition innerhalb eines Pfades, der auf der Achse liegt, kontinuierlich zu variieren; und Führungsmittel (9) die mindestens einen verlängerten Schlitz (9) für das Hin- und Her-Gleiten des Schafts (4) entlang des Pfades umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verlängerte Schlitz (9) entlang der Achse (A) verläuft und den Pfad bestimmt, wobei der Schaft (4) durch den Schlitz (9) eingeführt wird, und der Innengewindeaufbau (3) so angeordnet ist, dass er verschiebbar auf dem peripheren Bereich des Schlitzes (9) liegt.
  2. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die tragende Struktur (2) erste feste Auflagekontaktmittel (13) umfasst, die ausgebildet sind, um an den Motor anzustoßen.
  3. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die tragende Struktur (2) zweite Auflagekontaktmittel (14) umfasst, die sich entlang der Achse (A) bewegen können und ausgebildet sind, um nahe der aktuellen Arbeitsposition des Schafts (4) gegen den Motor anzustoßen.
  4. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die temporären Verbindungsmittel (5) ein Außengewindeelement (15) umfassen, das mit einem Ende des Schafts (4) verbunden und ausgebildet ist, um vorübergehend mit einem entsprechenden Innengewinde verbunden zu werden, das am Injektor angebracht ist.
  5. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die temporären Verbindungsmittel (5) ein Innengewindeelement (16) umfassen, das mit dem Schaft (4) verbunden und ausgebildet ist, um vorübergehend mit einem entsprechenden Außengewinde, das am Injektor angebracht ist, verbunden zu werden.
  6. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innengewindeelement einen Ring (16) mit Innengewinde umfasst, der entlang dem Schaft (4) montiert wird.
  7. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die temporären Verbindungsmittel (5) ein Element zur reversiblen blockierenden Verbindung des Injektors, der mit dem Schaft (4) verbunden ist, umfassen.
  8. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel eine Antriebsmutter (17) umfassen, die in einer festen axialen Position mit dem Schaft (4) verbunden ist.
