- the grip device according to the invention is effective and reliable, since it allows to optimize the transfer to the injector of the traction action in the extraction direction, without the occurrence of deformations of said device or accidental releases of the injector being processed.

Claims (11)
- Eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Greifen von Dieselmotorinjektoren (I) von der Art, die ein Gewindeende (F) umfasst, das ausgebildet ist, um vom dazugehörigen Sitz im Motorkopf (T) frei zu bleiben, und mit einem Verbindungskörper (C) und mit einem Greifring (G) verbunden ist, einen im Wesentlichen C-förmigen Hauptkörper (2) umfassend, ausgestattet mit einem Block (3), der mit einem Kopplungssitz (4) verbunden ist, welcher ein durchgehender Sitz ist und mit einer Extraktionsstange (102) und mit einer Gabel (5) verbunden ist, die mit dem Injektor (I) am entsprechenden Greifring (G) verbunden werden kann, welche miteinander durch mindestens eine Verbindungswand (7) verbunden sind;
ein Klemmelement (8), das mit der Gabel (5) des Hauptkörpers (2) verbunden ist, um zwischen ihnen einen Haltesitz (9) in die Extraktionsrichtung des Greifrings (G) des Injektors (I) zu bilden,
Mittel (10) zur vorübergehenden Verbindung des Hauptkörpers (2) und des Klemmelements (8) und
eine Kontrastplatte (11), die das Klemmelement trägt und mit einem Abschnitt (12) zur Verankerung an dem Block (3) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Mittel (10) zur vorübergehenden Verbindung zwischen dem Verankerungsabschnitt (12) der Kontrastplatte (11) und dem Block (3) des Hauptkörpers (2) angeordnet sind;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Führungsmittel (21) zum Einsetzen der Extraktionsstange (102) gibt, die in der inneren Krümmung des Hauptkörpers (2) zwischen dem Block (3) und dem Gewindeende (F) des Injektors (I) untergebracht sind. - Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Paar von Verbindungsstiften (13) umfasst, welche in entsprechende Öffnungen (14, 15) eingeführt sind, die an den Enden der Zinken (6) der Gabel (5) und in dem Klemmelement (8) geformt sind.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verankerungsabschnitt (12) einen Schlitz (16) zur Aufnahme einer Seite des Blocks (3) umfasst.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (10) zur vorübergehenden Verbindung mindestens eine Schraube (17) umfassen, die durch mindestens eine Durchgangsbohrung (18) eingeführt wird, welche in dem Verankerungsabschnitt (12) geformt ist, und in ein entsprechendes in dem Block (3) geformtes Gewindeloch (19) eingreift.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Durchgangsbohrung (18) an dem Schlitz (12) geformt ist, und dadurch, dass das entsprechende Gewindeloch (19) seitlich vom Kopplungssitz (4) geformt ist.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontrastplatte (11) mindestens einen Schlitz (20) für den Austritt des Verbindungskörpers (C) des Injektors (I) umfasst.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (21) eine Hülse (22) mit Innengewinde umfassen, die ausgebildet ist, um an einem Ende mit dem Gewindeende (F) des Injektors (I) und am anderen Ende mit der Extraktionsstange (102) gekoppelt zu werden.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (21) eine Buchse (23) umfassen, in welche die Extraktionsstange (102), die ausgebildet ist, um den Block (3) und die Hülse (22) zu verbinden, durchgängig eingeführt ist.
- Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontrastplatte (11) und das Klemmelement (8) integral und monolithisch geformt sind.
- Ein Werkzeug (100) zur Extraktion von Injektoren (I), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Tragbrücke (101) für eine Extraktionsstange (102) umfasst, die mit einer Greifvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche verbunden ist.
- Ein Kit zur vollständigen Extraktion von Injektoren und Injektorteilen aus dem entsprechenden Sitz im Kopf von Dieselmotoren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-9 umfasst.
