Abstract

The device has two mobile supporting rods (20) i.e. telescopic clothes rods, with a unit for temporary attachment of the supporting rods between two side walls of a transport container. Description

The invention relates to a transport goods holding device for the transport of hanging goods in a transport container, which comprises at least two mobile support rods with means for temporarily attaching the support rods between two side walls of the transport container.

Transport containers are often used for the transport of goods. Generic transport containers, which are also commonly referred to as swap bodies, are known from the prior art well and variously and with them transport goods of almost any kind can be transported safely between different locations. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a transport goods holding device according to independent claim 1. Advantageous developments of this transport goods holding device result from the dependent claims 2-12. The object is further achieved by a transport container according to claim 13. Advantageous embodiments of the transport container emerge from the subclaims 14 and 15.

A transport goods holding device for transporting suspended goods in a transport container according to the invention comprises at least two mobile holding rods with means for temporary attachment of the holding rods between two side walls of the transport container. These at least two mobile handrails are connected to each other by a rope, band and / or chain anti-theft device. The term "transport container" describes in the present case any containers or containers by means of which transport goods, in particular by means of a truck, can be transported well protected from environmental influences.

The term "swap body" here essentially describes a special embodiment of a transport container, such a swap body is usually equipped with support legs, so that the exchange bridge particularly simple, for example, before a loading or unloading, can be turned off. The invention provides that at least two of these support rods 20 configured in this way are connected to one another by a cable, ribbon and / or chain-type anti-theft device 40, so as to form a secure and simultaneously mobile transport goods holding device. Particularly preferred here is a PVC-sheathed steel cable. The PVC sheathed steel cable has a diameter of about 4 mm in a preferred embodiment. However, depending on the application, it can also be made thinner or thicker.

The anti-theft device can be connected to the individual handrails 20 in various ways. This can be done for example via eyelets 21 which are attached to at least one end of a support rod 20, as shown schematically in a detailed view in FIG Fig. 2 is shown. The eyelet should be as close as possible to the side wall of the transport container so that the anti-theft device 40 runs along the side wall from one support bar to the next, as shown in FIG Fig. 2 is shown to impede persons during loading and unloading the swap bridge as little as possible.

Here, a support rod of two telescoping telescopic rods 22 and 23 are formed, wherein the eyelet is preferably attached to the non-telescopic end of the support rod. The anti-theft device 40 is guided through all eyelets of the support rods, whereby they are connected to each other. As an alternative to additionally attached eyelets, any openings or holes within the support bar 20 can be used as a take-up for the anti-theft device 40.

The eyelets 21 should be positioned so that the anti-theft device can be passed through all eyelets without causing unnecessary loops or even tampering with the anti-theft device 40. Preferably, the eyelets are movably mounted so as to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the support rod 20. As a further alternative it can be provided that the support rods 20 are hollow, so that the anti-theft device 40 can be guided in the hollow interior of the support rods. The ends of the anti-theft device 40 can also be handled in various ways. For example, the ends of the anti-theft device can be connected to each other by a suitable closure means, so that the holding rods thus connected can only be removed as a bundle, which is held together by the anti-theft device. Alternatively, each end of the anti-theft device can be firmly connected to the last retaining bar. However, it is also possible to connect one or both ends of the anti-theft device firmly to the transport container, so that the bundle of handrails can not be removed from the container without loosening this connection. For example, a lock 70 may be provided for the connection, for which only authorized persons have a key. This embodiment is exemplary in FIG Fig. 3 shown, in which one end of the anti-theft device is secured with a lock 70 on the cargo compartment rear wall 13, while the other end of the anti-theft device is secured to the front of the access of the swap body support bar.

Since the distance between the individual support rods 20 must be bridged by the anti-theft device 40 and this distance may change depending on the attachment of the support rods, there is the problem that a sufficient length of anti-theft device must be present, but this in the transport of a bundle thus formed on handrails to knots can lead.
