Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication de tubes ondulés en forme d'hélice (1), en particulier à partir de tubes métalliques soudés en longueur, dans lequel une bague de laminage d'ondulations supportée de façon rotative dans une tête de laminage d'ondulations pouvant être entraînée en mouvement de rotation est disposée de façon roulante sur la surface d'un tube lisse avec application de l'ondulation (5), dans lequel le dispositif présente plusieurs rouleaux de pression (2, 3, 4, 13, 14) répartis à la périphérie du tube ondulé (1) après une bague de laminage d'ondulations dans la direction du flux de fabrication, qui peuvent être appliqués contre les flancs opposés l'un à l'autre (6, 7) de l'ondulation (5) du tube ondulé (1), afin de réduire, lors de la rotation autour du tube ondulé (1), la distance (a) entre les flancs (6, 7) pour changer la pente et/ou le diamètre extérieur du tube ondulé (1), caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux de pression (2, 3, 4, 13, 14) sont disposés avec un mouvement axial limité par rapport à l'axe longitudinal central (8) du tube ondulé (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux de pression (2, 3, 4, 13, 14) sont disposés sur une bascule (12) mobile de façon pivotante autour d'un axe (11) et sont disposés d'une façon déplaçable limitée sur l'axe (23).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux de pression (2, 3, 4) sont disposés de façon mobile autour d'un axe longitudinal parallèle à l'axe longitudinal central (8) du tube ondulé (1) ou incliné par rapport à celui-ci.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux de pression (2, 3, 4) sont disposés sur un châssis de rouleaux commun (9).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le châssis de rouleaux (9) est disposé de façon remplaçable sur le dispositif.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le châssis de rouleaux (9) est réglable en position axiale et/ou radiale sur le dispositif.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les au moins trois rouleaux de pression (2, 3, 4, 13, 14) sont répartis de façon égale sur la périphérie du tube ondulé (1).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rouleau de pression (2, 3, 4) présente deux zones latérales, radialement saillantes (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b), qui peuvent être appliquées respectivement sur les flancs opposés l'un à l'autre (6, 7) de l'ondulation (5) du tube ondulé (1).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux rouleaux de pression disposés par paire (13, 14) présentent respectivement une seule zone saillante (17, 18), et les zones (17, 18) peuvent être appliquées respectivement sur les flancs opposés l'un à l'autre (6, 7) de l'ondulation (5) du tube ondulé (1).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux rouleaux de pression (13, 14) sont disposés en mouvement de rotation respectivement autour d'axes (15, 16) inclinés l'un par rapport à l'autre et par rapport à l'axe longitudinal central (8) du tube ondulé.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les axes (15, 16) sont inclinés l'un par rapport à l'autre, de telle manière qu'une pente négative (γ) des flancs (6, 7) de l'ondulation (5) puisse être représentée au moyen des rouleaux de pression (13, 14).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les zones (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 17, 18) du même rouleau de pression (2, 3, 4, 13, 14) ou de rouleaux de pression différents (2, 3, 4, 13, 14) pouvant être appliquées sur les flancs opposés l'un à l'autre (6, 7) de l'ondulation (5) du tube ondulé (1) sont disposées de façon approchable en direction de leur axe (15, 16).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les zones (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 17, 18) peuvent être approchées en direction axiale au moyen d'un écrou de réglage (21).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la géométrie et/ou la distance entre les zones (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 17, 18) de rouleaux de pression différents (2, 3, 4, 13, 14) est réalisée différemment.
