Beim Abreißen der Siegelkappe 5 von dem Spundstopfen 4 mittels der Abreißlasche 27 werden zuerst die Abreißstege 29 des Abreißringes 28 der Abreißlasche 27 zerstört und danach werden die Abreißstege 15, mit denen die Klemmhülse 16 an die Siegelkappenscheibe 14 angebunden ist, durchtrennt. Bei diesem Abreißvorgang sorgen der Haltesteg 30 des Abreißringes 28 der Abreißlasche 27 und die in die Siegelkappenscheibe 14 integrierte Aufreißlasche 26, die mit der Klemmhülse 16 verbunden ist, dafür, dass der Abreißring 28 mit der Abreißlasche 27, die Siegelkappenscheibe 14 und die Klemmhülse 16 der Siegelkappe 5 lose miteinander verbunden bleiben und damit die Siegelkappe 5 mit ihren einzelnen Bestandteilen auf eine einfache Weise von dem Spundstopfen 4 entfernt werden kann.When tearing off the sealing cap 5 of the bung stopper 4 by means of the tear-off tab 27, the tear-off webs 29 of the tear-off ring 28 of the tear-off tab 27 are destroyed first and then the tear-off webs 15, with which the clamping sleeve 16 is connected to the sealing cap disk 14, are severed. Claims (6)

  1. A bunghole plug closure (1) for a bunghole container (2), in particular for bunghole casks made of plastic for fluids, with a bunghole plug (4) of plastic or metal which can be screwed into a bunghole connection piece (3) of the container, said bunghole connection piece being formed as a threaded connection piece, as well as a sealing cap (5) of plastic, which can be locked onto the bunghole plug to provide evidence of tampering, wherein the cup-shaped bunghole plug comprises a cylindrical outer wall (7) with an external thread (8), on the inner periphery whereof key engagement eyelets (10) for a socket key are disposed concentric with the central axis of the plug, said key engagement eyelets extending radially and axially into the plug trough of the bunghole plug (4), wherein the sealing cap (5) comprises a sealing cap disk (14) and a concentric, restrictedly elastic clamping sleeve (16), which is fastened to the inner side (13) of the sealing cap disk (14) by means of tear-off webs (15) and which extends axially into the plug trough (12) and comprises at its inner end (17) an annular locking element (18) projecting radially into the plug trough (12) for locking with annular-segment-shaped counter-locking elements (19) at the lower section (20) of the outwardly arched, cylinder-segment-shaped inner walls (21) of the key engagement eyelets (10), said counter-locking elements projecting radially into the plug trough (12),
    characterised in that
    external diameter (D1) of the annular locking element (18) at the clamping sleeve (16) of the sealing cap (5) is approximately equal to the diameter (D2) of the inner walls (21) of the key engagement eyelets (10) of the bunghole plug (4), in such a way that, when the sealing cap (5) is locked onto the bunghole plug (4) screwed into the bunghole connection piece (3), the annular locking element (18) at the inner end (17) of the clamping sleeve (16) of the sealing cap (5) is guided through the inner walls (21) of the key engagement eyelets (10) before the locking with the counter-locking elements (19) projecting radially from the inner walls (21) of the key engagement eyelets (10) of the bunghole plug (3) into the plug trough (7).
  2. The bunghole plug closure according to claim 1, characterised in that the annular locking element (18), at the inner end (17) of the clamping sleeve (16) of the sealing cap (5), and the annular-segment-shaped counter-locking elements (19), at the key engagement eyelets (10) of the bunghole plug (4), comprise hook-shaped cross-sectional profiles (22, 23).
  3. The bunghole plug closure according to claim 1, characterised in that the annular locking element (18), at the inner end (17) of the clamping sleeve (16) of the sealing cap (5), and the annular-segment-shaped counter-locking elements (19), at the key engagement eyelets (10) of the bunghole plug (4), comprise a tongue-shaped cross-sectional profile.
  4. The bunghole plug closure according to claim 1, characterised in that the annular locking element (18), at the inner end (17) of the clamping sleeve (16) of the sealing cap (5), is provided with a plurality of toothed rings (24) for locking with corresponding toothed-ring segments (25) of the counter-locking elements (19) at the key engagement eyelets (10) of the bunghole plug (4).
  5. The bunghole plug closure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the clamping sleeve (16) of the sealing cap (5) is connected to the sealing cap disk (14) by tear-off webs (15) and a tear-off tab (26) integrated into the sealing cap disk (14).
  6. The bunghole plug closure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised by an outer tear-off tab (27) which is formed integrally with a tear-off ring (28), which is fastened by tear-off webs (29) and a holding web (30) to the downwardly directed outer edge (31) of the sealing cap (5).
