Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Metall-Fixiermaterial-Durchführung für Anzünder von Airbags oder Gurtspannern, insbesondere Metall-Glas-Durchführung;
- mit wenigstens einem Metallstift der in einer Durchgangsöffnung im Grundkörper in einem Glaspfropfen angeordnet ist, wobei der Grundkörper eine Vorder- und eine Rückseite aufweist gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:
- der Grundkörper wird von einem Element gebildet, wobei die die Durchgangsöffnung beschreibende Grundgeometrie wenigstens durch einen Stanzvorgang erzeugt wird;
- zwischen Vorderseite und Rückseite des Grundkörpers sind Mittel zur Vermeidung einer Relativbewegung von Fixiermaterial in Richtung der Rückseite gegenüber dem Innenumfang der Durchgangsöffnung vorgesehen, wobei die Mittel zur Vermeidung der Relativbewegung einen Kraft- und/oder Formschluss zwischen Glaspfropfen und Grundkörper unter Zugkrafteinwirkung und/oder Druck auf den Glaspfropfen zur Verfügung stellt und des Weiteren zur Vermeidung der Relativbewegung sich der Querschnitt der Durchgangsöffnung sich von der Vorder- zur Rückseite hin verengt und der Metallstift mit dem Glaspfropfen verschmolzen ist.
