Claims (5)

  1. Bobine (6) pour une tresseuse (2) pour tresser des inserts de renforcement d'un tuyau, laquelle comprend les constituants suivants :
    - un noyau de bobine rotatif (18) avec un fil enroulé,
    - un support de bobine (16) avec un frein de fil, sur lequel est poussé le noyau de bobine (18), au moins un constituant (34) du frein de fil s'engageant dans le noyau de bobine (18) de telle sorte que le noyau de bobine (18) ne puisse pas être retiré du support de bobine (16),
    - le porte-bobine présentant un support de bobine (16) et un socle de support de bobine (14) avec un levier mobile (20), qui peut adopter une position de départ et une position de libération,
    - le noyau de bobine (18) présentant une roue dentée (30) supportée à rotation, qui tourne autour du même axe que le noyau de bobine (18), le levier (20) s'engageant dans la position de départ dans les dents (44) de la roue dentée (30) et libérant la roue dentée (30), dans la position de libération en vue d'une rotation,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - le noyau de bobine (18) présente une rainure (36) à l'extrémité tournée vers le socle de support de bobine (14),
    - le levier (20) présente un ergot (34) qui s'engage dans la rainure (36) du noyau de bobine (18).
  2. Bobine (6) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la roue dentée (30) présente un plus grand diamètre que le noyau de bobine (18) et est fixée coaxialement à l'extrémité du noyau de bobine (18) qui est tournée vers le socle de support de bobine (14), et en ce que la rainure (36) est formée par un épaulement (38) qui est formé sur le côté de la roue dentée (30) opposé au socle de support de bobine (14) entre la roue dentée (30) et le noyau de bobine (18).
  3. Bobine (6) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le noyau de bobine (18) contient deux bords marginaux (40, 42) espacés l'un de l'autre, une distance subsistant entre le bord marginal (42) situé le plus près du socle de support de bobine (16) et la roue dentée (30) en vue de constituer la rainure (36).
  4. Bobine (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ergot (34) est dimensionné de telle sorte qu'il s'engage également dans la position de libération dans la rainure (36) du noyau de bobine (18).
  5. Tresseuse (2) pour tresser des inserts de renforcement d'un tuyau, comprenant un disque (4) et plusieurs bobines (6) qui sont disposées de manière déplaçable sur le disque (4), chaque bobine (6) étant réalisée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4.
