Derartige Spulen für Flechtmaschinen sind aus dem Stand der Technik bereits seit langem bekannt. Die einzelnen Spulen, die auf der Scheibe der Flechtmaschine angeordnet sind, bewegen sich auf kreisförmigen Sinusbahnen um einen Schlauchrohling herum, um auf dessen äußerer Oberfläche eine Verstärkungseinlage zu flechten. Hierbei wird von dem Spulenkern einer jeden Spule der Faden abgezogen. Der Spulenkern ist über eine Abziehsicherung auf einem Spulenhaltersockel des Spulenhalters gesichert, um zu verhindern, dass hierbei der Spulenkern von der Spule abgezogen wird. Bei den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Spulen ist die Abziehsicherung als Bajonettverschluss ausgebildet, in den Verschlusselemente des Spulenkerns eingreifen. Mit Hilfe einer solchen Abziehsicherung kann ein Abziehen des Spulenkerns von der Spule wirksam verhindert werden. Es ist jedoch festzustellen, dass der Bajonettverschluss einen komplizierten Aufbau aufweist und darüber hinaus viel Bauraum benötigt. Der von der Abziehsicherung benötigte Bauraum steht nicht für den Spulenkern zur Verfügung, so dass sich das Volumen des auf den Spulenkern aufgewickelten Fadens reduziert. Der Erfindung liegt ferner die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Flechtmaschine mit derartigen Spulen zu schaffen.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 und des nebengeordneten Anspruchs 5 gelöst.
Der Vorteil der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, dass die Fadenbremse einen einfachen Aufbau hat und dennoch die Abziehsicherung in die Fadenbremse integriert ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil des Ausführungsbeispiels ist darin zu sehen, dass die Nase, die an dem Hebel befestigt ist, beim Aufschieben des Spulenkerns auf den Spulenhalter automatisch in die Nut des Spulenkerns eingreift. Somit ist es ausgeschlossen, dass die Abziehsicherung versehentlich nicht arretiert wird.From the

Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung nach Anspruch 2 hat das Zahnrad einen größeren Durchmesser als der Spulenkern und ist koaxial an dem Ende des Spulenkerns befestigt, das dem Spulenhaltersockel zugewandt ist, wobei die Nut durch einen Absatz gebildet wird, der auf der vom Spulenhaltersockel abgewandten Seite des Zahnrades zwischen dem Zahnrad und dem Spulenkern entsteht. Der Vorteil dieser Weiterbildung ist darin zu sehen, dass Spulenkern und Zahnrad aus einem einzigen Bauteil bestehen und somit kostengünstig, z.B. im Spritzgussverfahren, aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden können.
Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung nach Anspruch 3 enthält der Spulenkern zwei voneinander beabstandet Bordränder, wobei zur Ausbildung zwischen dem Bordrand, der dem Spulenhaltersockel am nächsten liegt und dem Zahnrad ein Abstand verbleibt. Der Vorteil dieser Weiterbildung ist darin zu sehen, dass ein Spulenkern mit Bordrändern ein größeres Fadenvolumen aufnehmen kann als ein Spulenkern ohne Bordränder. Das Spulenvolumen kann somit nochmals erhöht werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist darin zu sehen, dass ein Spulenkern mit Bordrändern eine höhere Ausfallsicherheit aufweist. So kann z.B. nicht der Fall auftreten, dass sich die Nase des Hebels in dem aufgewickelten Faden verhakt, da zwischen der Nase des Hebels und dem Faden ein Bordrand liegt.
Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung nach Anspruch 4 ist die Nase derart bemessen, dass sie auch in der Freigabeposition in die Nut des Spulenkerns eingreift. Der Vorteil dieser Weiterbildung ist darin zu sehen, dass die Nase zu jedem Zeitpunkt in die Nut eingreift und somit zu jedem Zeitpunkt sichergestellt ist, dass der Spulenkern nicht von dem Spulenhalter abgezogen werden kann.According to one embodiment of the invention according to

Der Hebel 20 greift in einen Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Zähne des Zahnrades 30 ein. Wenn der Faden von dem Spulenkern 18 abgezogen wird, so spannt er sich zunächst. Durch die Fadenspannung wird auf den Umlenkarm 22 eine Kraft ausgeübt, die über das Gelenk 32 auf den Hebel 20 übertragen wird. Bei einer bestimmten Fadenspannung wird der Hebel 20 entgegen der Rückstellkraft einer Feder aus dem Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Zähnen des Zahnrades 30 herausgezogen, so dass das Zahnrad 30 dann für eine Drehung freigegeben ist. Der Hebel 20 befindet sich dann in der Freigabeposition für das Zahnrad. Aufgrund der Freigabe des Zahnrades 30 dreht sich der Spulenkern 18 und der Faden wird von dem Spulenkern 18 abgezogen. Dadurch sinkt die Fadenspannung, so dass der Hebel 20 durch die Rückstellkraft der Rückstellfeder wieder in die Ausgangsposition überführt wird und in die Zähne des Zahnrades 30 eingreift. Der Hebel 20 geht erst dann wieder in die Freigabeposition über, wenn sich genug Fadenspannung aufgebaut hat. Durch das Zusammenspiel von Hebel 20 und Zahnrad 30 wird in dem Spulenträger also eine an sich bekannte Fadenbremse aufgebaut, die die Fadenspannung des Fadens annähernd konstant hält.The

Claims (5)
- Bobbin (6) for a braiding machine (2) for braiding reinforcement inlays of a hose, said bobbin (6) including the following component parts:- a rotatable bobbin core (18) having a yarn wound thereon;- a bobbin holder (16) having a yarn brake, the bobbin core (18) being push-fitted onto said bobbin holder (16), wherein at least one component part (34) of the yarn brake engages in the bobbin core (18) in such a manner that pulling-off of the bobbin core (18) from the bobbin holder (16) is prevented,wherein- the bobbin carrier has a bobbin holder (16) and a bobbin-holder socket (14) having a movable lever (20) which can assume an initial position and a release position;- the bobbin core (18) has a rotatably mounted gear wheel (30) which rotates about the same axis as the bobbin core (18), wherein the lever (20) in the initial position engages in the teeth (44) of the gear wheel (30) and in the release position releases the gear wheel (30) for rotation,characterized in that- the bobbin core (18) at that end that faces the bobbin-holder socket (14) has a groove (36);- the lever (20) has a catch (34) which engages in the groove (36) of the bobbin core (18).
