Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Spule für eine Flechtmaschine zum Flechten von Verstärkungseinlagen eines Schlauches zu schaffen, bei der die Abziehsicherung einen einfachen Aufbau aufweist und wenig Bauraum benötigt. Der Erfindung liegt ferner die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Flechtmaschine mit derartigen Spulen zu schaffen.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 und des nebengeordneten Anspruchs 5 gelöst.
Der Vorteil der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, dass die Fadenbremse einen einfachen Aufbau hat und dennoch die Abziehsicherung in die Fadenbremse integriert ist. Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung nach Anspruch 3 enthält der Spulenkern zwei voneinander beabstandet Bordränder, wobei zur Ausbildung zwischen dem Bordrand, der dem Spulenhaltersockel am nächsten liegt und dem Zahnrad ein Abstand verbleibt. Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung nach Anspruch 4 ist die Nase derart bemessen, dass sie auch in der Freigabeposition in die Nut des Spulenkerns eingreift. The lever 20 does not return to the release position until enough thread tension has built up. Der Spulenkern 18 wird derartig auf den Spulenhalter 16 der Spule 6 (siehe Fig. 2b) aufgeschoben, dass das Zahnrad 30 dem Spulenhalter 16 zugewandt ist und die Nase 34 des Hebels 20 oberhalb des Zahnrades 30 in die Nut 34 bzw. in die Stufe 38 eingreift. Claims (5)

  1. Bobbin (6) for a braiding machine (2) for braiding reinforcement inlays of a hose, said bobbin (6) including the following component parts:
    - a rotatable bobbin core (18) having a yarn wound thereon;
    - a bobbin holder (16) having a yarn brake, the bobbin core (18) being push-fitted onto said bobbin holder (16), wherein at least one component part (34) of the yarn brake engages in the bobbin core (18) in such a manner that pulling-off of the bobbin core (18) from the bobbin holder (16) is prevented,
    wherein
    - the bobbin carrier has a bobbin holder (16) and a bobbin-holder socket (14) having a movable lever (20) which can assume an initial position and a release position;
    - the bobbin core (18) has a rotatably mounted gear wheel (30) which rotates about the same axis as the bobbin core (18), wherein the lever (20) in the initial position engages in the teeth (44) of the gear wheel (30) and in the release position releases the gear wheel (30) for rotation,
    characterized in that
    - the bobbin core (18) at that end that faces the bobbin-holder socket (14) has a groove (36);
    - the lever (20) has a catch (34) which engages in the groove (36) of the bobbin core (18).
  2. Bobbin (6) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the gear wheel (30) has a larger diameter than the bobbin core (18) and is fastened in a coaxial manner to that end of the bobbin core (18) that faces the bobbin-holder socket (14), and in that the groove (36) is formed by a shoulder (38) that is created between the gear wheel (30) and the bobbin core (18) on that side of the gear wheel (30) that faces away from the bobbin-holder socket (14).
  3. Bobbin (6) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the bobbin core (18) has two lateral flanges (40, 42) that are spaced apart from one another, wherein a spacing for configuring the groove (36) remains between that lateral flange (42) that is most proximal to the bobbin-holder socket (16) and the gear wheel (30).
  4. Bobbin (6) according to one of Claims 2 to 3, characterized in that the catch (34) is dimensioned in such a manner that the latter engages in the groove (36) of the bobbin core (18) also in the release position.
  5. Braiding machine (2) for braiding reinforcement inlays of a hose, having a disc (4) and a plurality of bobbins (6) which are disposed so as to be movable on the disc (4), wherein each bobbin (6) is configured according to one of Claims 1 to 4.
