Claims (15)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité (1) comprenant les étapes suivantes :mise à disposition de couches de substrat (21-25),application par impression d'un motif d'impression de sécurité (2) qui comporte un motif de lignes fines (3), sur au moins l'une des couches de substrat (21-25) comme caractéristique de sécurité,assemblage des couches de substrat (21-25) en un corps de document (26) monolithique,caractérisé en ce que le motif d'impression de sécurité (2) est séparé en au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) qui se complètent de sorte que lors de l'impression de chaque extrait d'impression (9, 10), respectivement une part d'au moins une ligne fine (4) du motif de lignes fines est imprimée et les au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) sont imprimés avec au moins deux procédés d'impression différents, au moins l'un des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) étant imprimé à l'aide d'un procédé d'impression utilisant des points d'impression et au moins un autre des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) à l'aide d'un procédé d'impression qui imprime la ou les parts de l'au moins une ligne fine (4) sous la forme d'un contour lisse ou de contours lisses, l'un des procédés d'impression étant un procédé d'impression par jet d'encre imprimant des points d'impression, pour lequel l'un des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) est imprimé sous la forme de points d'impression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un extrait d'impression est imprimé avec un procédé d'impression non numérique, en particulier un procédé d'impression offset à l'humide, un procédé d'impression offset sans eau ou un procédé d'impression en relief direct ou indirect.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ligne fine (4, 5) est appliquée par impression comme motif de lignes (3) avec des dégradés de couleur en alternance entre au moins deux teintes.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le motif d'impression de sécurité est décomposé de sorte que les au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) comportent respectivement plusieurs sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) de l'au moins une ligne fine (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) des différents des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) sont imprimées en se chevauchant en partie.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) comportent respectivement plusieurs sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) de l'au moins une ligne fine (4) et les sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) présentent respectivement une épaisseur de ligne (13) et sont imprimées de sorte que l'épaisseur de ligne (13) diminue respectivement vers des extrémités (14, 15) des sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une épaisseur de ligne (13) est variée par une grandeur de point d'impression.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les extraits d'impression (9, 10) sont appliqués sur différentes surfaces de substrat (27, 28, 29) des couches de substrat (21-25) de sorte que ceux-ci se complètent en ajustement précis pour une considération du motif d'impression de sécurité (2).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) de l'au moins un extrait d'impression (9, 10) fabriqué à l'aide de l'impression par jet d'encre sont fabriquées en points d'impression se chevauchant juste dans le sens de tracé des lignes.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une information de personnalisation et/ou d'individualisation est enregistrée sur des longueurs et/ou positions des sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) de l'au moins une ligne fine (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'information de personnalisation et/ou d'individualisation est enregistrée sur des longueurs des sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) se suivant le long de l'au moins une ligne fine (4) dans l'un des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que l'une information de personnalisation et/ou d'individualisation est enregistrée sur des longueurs de zones de chevauchement (12, 32-35) des sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) de l'au moins une ligne fine (4) des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10).
- Document de valeur et/ou de sécurité (1) comprenant :un corps de document (26) monolithique qui est composé de plusieurs couches de substrat (21-25), un motif d'impression de sécurité (3) étant appliqué par impression comme caractéristique de sécurité sur au moins l'une des couches de substrat (21-25),lequel comporte un motif de lignes fines (3), caractérisé en ce que le motif d'impression de sécurité (2) est séparé en au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) qui se complètent de sorte que lors de l'impression de chaque extrait d'impression (9, 10), respectivement une part d'au moins une ligne fine (4) du motif de lignes fines (3) soit imprimée et les au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) soient imprimés avec différents procédés d'impression, au moins l'un des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) étant imprimé à l'aide d'un procédé d'impression utilisant des points d'impression et au moins un autre des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) étant imprimé à l'aide d'un procédé d'impression qui imprime la ou les parts des au moins une ligne fine (4) sous la forme d'un contour lisse ou de contours lisses, l'un des au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) étant fabriqué à l'aide d'une impression à jet d'encre composée de points d'impression.
- Document de valeur et/ou de sécurité (1) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un extrait d'impression est imprimé avec un procédé d'impression non numérique, en particulier un procédé d'impression offset à l'humide, un procédé d'impression offset sans eau ou un procédé d'impression en relief direct et indirect.
- Document de valeur et/ou de sécurité (1) selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que les au moins deux extraits d'impression (9, 10) comportent respectivement plusieurs sections de ligne (6, 6', ..., 7, 7', ...) de l'au moins une ligne fine (4).
