Description
The present invention relates to an artificial turf line formed on a floor such as a grass sports field, a system for forming the artificial turf line, and a method of forming an artificial turf line.
On floors of sports fields, especially grass sports fields, it is necessary to mark the field required for the sport in question by lines. A known method for forming these lines is the use of lime or chalk powder or the like, which is spread on the ground or the lawn via a Pulverausbringmaschine. It is also known to form the lines with spray paint. Due to weather conditions such as wind and rain, however, such lines are not very durable, so that the lines often, usually weekly, must be renewed. Furthermore, there may be accumulations of powder, leading to an asphyxiation of the lawn, so that at the point in question a hole in the lawn is created.
It is therefore an object of the present invention, while avoiding the aforementioned drawbacks, to provide an artificial turf suitable for forming an artificial turf line on a floor, the artificial turf line being formed in a simple manner. It is another object of the present invention to provide a system comprising a tillage machine and a method of forming such an artificial turf line.
To achieve this object, the features of
The invention advantageously provides that an artificial turf for forming an artificial turf line on a floor, preferably a turf sports field, consists of an elongated textile carrier web and a plurality of synthetic turf fibers. The elongate textile carrier web has a fiber section extending in the longitudinal direction of the textile carrier web and two side sections, wherein the side sections are each arranged laterally of the fiber section and parallel to the fiber section and are each turned over to a fold extending in the longitudinal direction of the textile carrier web. At the fiber portion, the plurality of artificial turf fibers are arranged to form a plurality of parallel rows of synthetic turf fibers, each series of turf fibers extending longitudinally of the carrier web and the turf fibers extending from a surface of the fiber portion of the carrier web. In the folded state of the artificial turf, the folds formed with the side portions are each insertable into a groove in the bottom for attachment of the artificial turf line such that the fiber portion at least partially covers a portion of the floor.
With the artificial turf of the present invention, an artificial turf line can be provided which is attachable to the floor in a simple manner, allowing a stable and permanent attachment by introducing the creases into a furrow in the floor.
The fiber portion that at least partially covers the area of the soil located between the furrows ensures that no grass and / or weeds can form or grow between the rows of artificial turf fibers through which the artificial turf fibers could be covered.
As a result, the artificial turf line formed by the artificial turf line according to the invention is extremely durable and it is not necessary that turf or weeds located in an elaborate manner between artificial turf fiber rows must be removed or shortened.
Preferably, it is provided that a plurality of artificial turf fibers are combined into fiber bundles and the plurality of parallel rows of synthetic fibers are formed from rows of fiber bundles. By providing fiber bundles of a plurality of artificial grass fibers, a large number of closely spaced synthetic grass fibers can be advantageously arranged on the fiber section, so that the fiber section with the artificial grass fibers has a particularly real effect. As a result, an artificial turf is generated, which stands out in color from the natural turf, but has a very similar shape as the natural turf.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that a plurality of parallel rows of holes are arranged in the fiber section of the textile carrier web of a plurality of holes, wherein one or more artificial grass fibers are threaded into the individual holes and fixed to the textile carrier web. Thereby, the production of the artificial turf is possible in a particularly simple manner, at the same time artificial turf fibers can be arranged and fastened in an advantageous manner to the textile carrier web.
It can be provided that in each case two artificial grass fibers of two adjacent fiber bundles are formed from a filament which is guided from the surface of the fiber portion side facing away from the carrier web with one end through a respective hole of two adjacent holes. In other words, the filament is inserted from the back of the carrier sheet through two adjacent holes to form two artificial turf fibers. In this way, the artificial turf fibers in the fiber section of the textile carrier webs can be produced in a simple manner and very quickly, for example, by simultaneously inserting a plurality of filaments through the holes, so that two fiber bundles can be produced with one production step.
It can be provided that the artificial grass fibers are sewn to the surface of the fiber portion side facing away from the carrier web, glued and / or welded. Thereby, a stable attachment of the artificial grass fibers to the carrier web can be ensured in a simple manner.
It can be provided that the carrier web consists of several layers, preferably a mesh fabric, a nonwoven fabric and a nylon fabric. Overall, it can be provided that is designed such that roots of the natural grass can penetrate the carrier web at least partially, so that an additional fixation of the artificial turf in the ground is possible.
It is preferably provided that the synthetic grass fibers consist of polyethylene, polyamide and / or polypropylene.
The synthetic turf fibers and / or the artificial turf fiber elements can be made of polyethylene, polyamide and / or polypropylene. Such materials have proven to be particularly suitable for use in an artificial turf.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the artificial grass fibers have a twisted cross-section. As a result, the artificial grass fibers, despite a small cross section, acquire a particular rigidity, so that they protrude advantageously from the fiber section of the carrier web. In addition, the rotation causes a higher elasticity of the artificial grass fibers, so that the fibers re-deform after deformation in an advantageous manner again in the protruding from the textile carrier web position. In this case, either each artificial turf fiber can be twisted individually or it can be twisted or twisted two or more artificial turf fibers together. It is also possible that an artificial grass fiber consists of several individual fibers, which are twisted.
It may be provided that the artificial grass fiber elements, the artificial grass fibers and / or the carrier web consist of a UV-stable material.
The invention further provides a system comprising a tillage implement for forming an artificial turf line on a ground with an artificial turf track according to the invention, wherein a furrow pulling device for pulling two parallel furrows and a direction in the direction of the tillage device behind the furrow pulling device arranged line insertion device is provided. The Linieneinsetzvorrichtung has two spaced-apart indentation, wherein the distance of the Eindrückkanten is adapted to the width of the fiber portion of the artificial turf and the Linieneinsetzvorrichtung is formed such that the side portions of the artificial turf sheet to form the folds around the Eindrückkanten layable and the Linieneinsetzvorrichtung in the furrows are usable in the ground.
The system according to the invention advantageously makes it possible for an artificial turf line according to the invention to be applied to the floor with a device and fastened in the floor. Such a harrow can be pulled, for example, from a conventional tractor from the agricultural sector. The provision of the furrowing device enables the formation of clean furrows in the ground into which the line inserting device can impress the folds of the artificial turf. This makes very fast application and attachment of the artificial turf line possible on the ground, without additional work steps are necessary. Since the artificial turf strip according to the invention can be stored, for example, rolled up, a long artificial turf line can be formed on the ground with the tillage device according to the invention, without having to supply another turf to the tillage device.
In such a harrow, it may further be provided that the furrow pulling device can be set in a position in which the furrow pulling device only partially or not engages in the ground, so that the Linieneinsetzvorrichtung uses the artificial turf in already existing furrows. This may be the case when an already laid line is to be renewed and furrows are present in the ground after the extraction of the old artificial turf.
According to the invention it can be provided that the furrow pulling device consists of several rotatable blades, wherein the blades are preferably arranged coaxially to one another. The provision of rotary blades as a furrow puller has the advantage that the narrow furrows that are advantageous for the inventive use of the artificial turf strips can be formed in a simple manner through an incision in the base.
It can be provided that a feed device for feeding the artificial turf web to the line inserting device is arranged on the tillage device, wherein the feed device preferably tapers towards the line inserting device. In this way, supplying the artificial turf to the line inserting devices and inserting the artificial turf in the ground is possible in an advantageous manner.
The feeder allows an ordered supply of the artificial turf to the line inserting device so that the tillage implement can bring the turf in a straight line into the ground. It is advantageous if the feed device tapers to the line insertion device, since the artificial turf is substantially wider in the initial state than the synthetic turf line formed by the insertion of the artificial turf in the ground.
The feeder may consist of two guide carriers arranged at an angle with respect to one another, which are aligned with the line inserting device, preferably on the press-in edges of the line inserting device. The formation of the feed device from two guide carriers makes it possible to feed the artificial turf web in an advantageous manner.
It can be provided that a formed between the guide carriers first intermediate space merges into a second intermediate space between the Eindrückkanten the Linieneinsetzvorrichtung, wherein the first and second intermediate space is adapted to receive a fiber portion of the carrier web of the artificial turf.
This advantageously makes it possible to form the folds of the synthetic turf sheet inserted into the furrows in the ground by laying the side portions of the synthetic turf sheet around the guide beams and the indentation edges of the line inserting device. By receiving the fiber portion of the carrier web of the synthetic turf in the first and second spaces, the fiber portion is turned over and upon insertion of the inventively provided folds of the artificial turf in the furrows, sufficient material of the fiber portion of the carrier sheet is available so that the carrier web does not tear in the fiber portion , The fiber portion is thus deposited on the bottom portion located between furrows in the ground, so that this part of the ground is covered.
The line inserter and / or feeder may include guide means for guiding the synthetic turf such that in use the folds of the synthetic turf are laid around the indentation edges of the line inserter and the fiber portion of the synthetic turf is inserted into the first space between the guide rails and / or into the second space is pressed between the Eindrückkanten the Linieneinsetzvorrichtung.
In this way, the insertion process provided according to the invention is supported and an error-prone operation of the tillage machine is ensured, since the guide means press the artificial turf in the form advantageous for the insertion process.
Preferably, it is provided that the harrow comprises a roller arranged behind the line insertion device. With the help of the roller, the artificial turf used in the ground can be further fixed by pressing the furrows into the ground with the aid of the roller.
- a) forming two parallel furrows in the soil,
- b) aligning an artificial turf line with the furrows, the artificial turf line consisting of a textile carrier web having a fiber section with protruding artificial turf fibers and two side sections,
- c) transferring the side sections to a respective fold,
- d) impressing the fold in each one of the grooves in the ground for fixing the artificial turf, such that the fiber portion at least partially covers a portion of the ground and the artificial turf fibers protrude from the fiber portion to form the artificial turf line.
The method according to the invention makes it possible to form an artificial turf line on a floor in an advantageous manner. By providing two parallel grooves in which folds of an artificial turf are pressed, the artificial turf for forming the artificial turf line can be fixed in the ground in a simple manner. The fact that the part of the artificial turf, from which the artificial turf fibers protrude, at least partially covers an area of the ground, prevents natural turf or weeds between the turf fibers can grow and thus disturbs the appearance of the artificial turf line. Weeds and natural grass therefore do not have to be removed between the artificial grass fibers.
In the invention, it is preferably provided that the artificial turf is an artificial turf according to the present invention.
It can also be provided that a tillage device according to the invention is used to form the artificial turf line.
- e) rolling the soil such that the furrows in the soil are compressed.
