Abstract

The package i.e. case (E), has a bracing bottom (5) raised with respect to a bottom of each of inner envelopes (3, 4) and an outer envelope (2). The bracing bottom or the outer envelope has guiding notches for guiding lateral battens (21, 22, 31, 32, 41, 42) of the envelopes. The battens include, at its bases, tabs inserted into the notches, where the tabs provide a guidance following a circular motion of the battens from a vertical closing position to an open position inclined with respect to vertical direction.

Description

The present invention relates to the field of the manufacture of packaging for the packaging of bottles and flasks, in particular glass.

The invention applies preferentially to packaging formed from cardboard blanks pre-cut, folded and shaped manually or automatically to make a package. The invention is however not limited to this type of material and it can also be applied to paper-based packaging, still of molded material.

In the field referred to above, there is known essentially for the packaging of products in bottles and bottles so-called tubular cases and packaging, traditionally rectangular or circular section. These packages comprise a tubular body closed at a first end to support a bottle or bottle introduced into the tubular body by a second end thereof, this second end being closable by a removable cover or by a closure panel articulated on the body of the case.

These packagings perfectly fulfill their packaging function, in particular protection against shocks. However, they do not allow a clear and advantageous presentation of the bottle or the packaged bottle, nor an easy and quick access to it.

Indeed, when these cases are closed can not generally visualize the bottle or the bottle contained therein and, to take the product out of the package it is necessary to pass the hand through the second end of the tubular body of the holster which is traditionally of a lower section to the hand itself, which implies to grip the bottle by its neck only with the fingers, with the risks of sliding induced during the removal of the bottle or the bottle of its case .

A box-type package is known to GB 1239 305 . Also the object of the present invention is to provide a package type case for bottles and / or bottles that does not suffer from the disadvantages of traditional cases as previously presented.

For this purpose, the present invention provides a bottle or bottle package comprising:

• at least one outer envelope
• at least one inner envelope
• at least one bottoms of a bottle or a bottle to be packaged,
• each envelope comprising two lateral flaps integral with a flat bottom panel and movable in rotation along two fold lines marking two symmetrical sides of said bottom panel,

• the cushioning base being raised relative to the bottom of each of the outer and inner shells, and comprising a reservation for arranging and receiving a bottle base so as to wedge and hold a said bottle in a vertical position between the casement wings internal,
• the wedge bottom comprising, formed in two opposite vertical walls and perpendicular to the folding lines of the leaves, guide notches in rotation of the wings of the two envelopes, said leaves having at their bases tongues inserted into said guide slots and which present a length adapted to form an angular locking stop of the leaves in the notches limiting the angular movement of the leaves from a vertical closing position of the package to an open position inclined relative to the vertical and in which it is possible to take the bottle out of the cushion without touching the flaps of the inner and outer shells.

According to a variant of the invention, each envelope is formed from a single pre-cut blank. Thus, the packaging can be formed essentially by folding and not by assembly, which allows a saving in production time but also a better ability to recycling, a capacity that is becoming increasingly important nowadays.

According to a variant of the invention, the leaves of the inner envelope and the outer envelope form a box having two longitudinal side panels and an end panel extending perpendicular to a main longitudinal panel integral with the bottom panel. of the envelope considered along said fold line.

According to a variant of the invention, the flap guiding tongues are formed at the base of the longitudinal side panels, from the folding line of the leaves on the bottom panel of each envelope.

According to another advantageous characteristic, the outer casing comprises on an inner face of the end panel of each leaf a male blocking member abutting the flaps of the outer casing on the flaps of the inner casing, the casing members male blocking cooperating in abutment with complementary female locking members formed on the outer face of the end panel of the flaps of the inner casing, so as to provide a limitation of the relative angular movement of the flaps of the inner and outer casings, providing, in cooperation with the flap guiding tabs in the notches of the cushioning bottom an effect of fan opening of the flaps of the envelopes during the transition from the closed position to the open position of said flaps.

According to another variant of the invention, the flaps of the envelopes comprise a window for viewing the bottle inside the package.

Another preferred feature of the invention, the viewing window is formed by two symmetrical cut-outs made in the longitudinal side panels such that the windows are formed only in the closed position of the casement flaps by joining the longitudinal free edges of the longitudinal panels side wings.

In an alternative embodiment the cushioning base is secured to the outer casing and obtained by folding at least two panels integral with the bottom panel of the blank forming said outer casing.

In another variant, the cushioning base is independent of the outer and inner envelopes and removable packaging, and preferably formed by folding a pre-cut blank.

According to a preferred feature, the packaging of the invention comprises a tab for locking the wings of the outer casing in the closed position, said tab being secured to the end panel of a first leaf of the outer casing and adapted to to fit into a closing slot formed at the base of the end panel of the second flap at the junction thereof on the main longitudinal panel of said leaf.

Advantageously, the packaging also comprises a protective sheath capable of being threaded around the outer casing in the closed position, said casing also comprising a window for viewing the bottle adapted to match the display windows of the inner and outer shells. of the packaging.

In the embodiment where the cushioning base is removable from the inner and outer casings of the package, it is advantageous that the outer casing comprises two locking flaps of the cushioning base on the bottom panel of the outer casing, the two locking flaps being articulated along two fold lines on two opposite sides of the bottom panel and perpendicular to the fold lines of the wings of the outer envelope, the guide slots of the wings being formed in said locking panels.

In a preferred embodiment, the package of the invention comprises at least a second inner envelope fitted into the first inner envelope, of identical structure and of suitable size to allow the interlocking of the caissons of the second envelope in those of the first casing, the first inner casing having male locking members abutting the flaps of the first inner casing on the flaps of the second inner casing and cooperating with abutment locking female members formed on the outer face of the panel; end of the leaves of the inner envelope.

When the package thus comprises several internal envelopes, the guide tongues of the envelopes advantageously have a length and a height increasing from the outer envelope to the second inner envelope.

Likewise, in order to promote the opening and closing movements of the wings of the outer and inner casings, the guiding slots of the casements of said casings are substantially circular, which favors the passage from the closed position to the open position. wings and vice versa in circular paths.

The figures 1 and 2 represent a package 1 of type E case for bottle or bottle B according to the present invention.

On the figure 1 Packaging 1 is presented in a closed position, suitable for the sale or transport of a bottle or bottle. It essentially comprises a case E itself , which case E is essentially composed, as represented on the figure 2 , an outer casing 2 and two inner casings 3 , 4 mounted in the outer casing 2 by nesting-type nesting and articulated relative to each other on a wedge bottom 5 of a bottle B via tongues L , L ', L "inserted in notches or circular slots 7 formed in two side walls of the wedge bottom 5 or as in the example shown in flaps 68 for locking a removable wedging base 5 .

The case E can adopt two distinct positions; a first closed position as shown in FIG. figure 1 , in which all the envelopes are closed vertically around the bottle B and held in this closed position by a closure tab 12 of the case and, if necessary, a sleeve F as shown figure 1 , as well as an open position, shown figure 2 , in which the three outer and inner shells 2, 3, 4 are deployed in the manner of a fan on either side of a median plane of symmetry Pm of the case E of the bottle B kept in equilibrium with a reservation provided in the wedge 5 and allowing a direct and simplified access to the bottle B to remove it from the case E.

In the closed position of the case E, and with or without its holding sleeve F , the packaging 1 of the invention has a viewing side window V of the bottle B inside the case E. window V is advantageously formed by symmetrical cutouts made in the longitudinal side panels of each of the outer and inner shells of the case E and which when said shells are in the closed position are joined by symmetry and define the viewing window V in the E. The sleeve F meanwhile also has a cut-out intended to be placed in correspondence during the introduction of the sleeve F around the case E with the window V so as not to obstruct it.

As is apparent from the figure 2 , the outer casing 2 and the two inner casings 3, 4 of the casing each comprise two lateral flaps 21, 22; 31.32; 41,42 wrapping and protection of the bottle B housed in the wedge bottom 5. These side flaps are rotatable relative to the cushioning background 5 and the bottle B. They are also symmetrical with respect to a vertical plane median Pm of the case E, this plane Pm being parallel to the hinge lines of the wings of the envelopes relative to the cushioning background 5.

The various envelopes 2, 3, 4 forming the case E are all made from a blank of special pre-cut material, for example cardboard or compacted paper, able to be shaped and volume to achieve the leaves 21 , 22; 31.32; 41.42 of each of said envelopes. Pre-cut blanks for producing the outer casing 2 and the inner casings 3, 4 of the casing E figures 1 and 3 are represented at Figures 3 to 5 .

The figure 3 represents a pre-cut blank 6 for producing the outer envelope 2 of the package 1 of the invention.

This blank 6 has a bottom panel 61 square on either side of which are secured, along two lines of folds p1, p2 parallel forming two opposite sides of the panel 61 two sets of panels symmetrical with respect to the bottom panel 61 and intended in the embodiment of the wings 21, 22 of the casing 2. Each panel assembly comprises a main longitudinal panel 62 integral and articulated at its base on one of the fold lines p1, p2. On each of the longitudinal sides of this main panel 62 are secured two longitudinal side panels 63, 64, extended by a reinforcement cons -panel 63bis, 64bis substantially the same width as the longitudinal side panels. These counter-panels are intended to be folded and glued against the panels 63, 64 during the forming of the blank 6 to stiffen said panels 63, 64, over part of their length.

The panels 63, 64 further comprise at their base, in the extension of the base of the main panels 62 connected to the bottom 61 on the lines p1, p2 a tongue L formed by a cutout "V" from the base of the against panels 63bis, 64bis in the width of each longitudinal side panel 63, 64.

Opposite the fold lines p1, p2 extends in the extension of the main panels 62 an end panel 65 itself extended by an end panel 66 hinged to the panel 65 along a fold line parallel to the lines p1, p2. The counter-panel 66 comprises on its sides flanges a1, a2, a3 blocking against the panel 66 on the end panel 65 during the shaping of the blank 6 to achieve the outer casing 2, as it will be described later.

In order to allow better maintenance of the longitudinal side panels 63, 64 and the end panel 65 in the raised position, perpendicular to the main longitudinal panel 62 during the shaping of the blank 6, it also comprises two bellows 67 formed angle between the panels 63, 64 and two opposite free sides of the end panel 65 .

Opposite the fold lines extends in the extension of the main panels 62 an end panel 65 itself extended by an end panel against 66 hinged to the panel. The counter-panel 66 has in its body a tab 8 cut and articulated on the upper edge of the end panel 65 , as against the panel 66 . This tongue 8 forms a male locking member abutting the outer casing 2 on the first inner casing 3 when said casings are assembled.

Finally, the blank 6 also comprises, on the sides of the bottom panel 61 perpendicular to the fold lines p1, p2, two flaps 68 for anchoring the removable bottom 5, the two said flaps each comprising two bent guide slots 7 , in particular circular, and symmetrical with respect to a horizontal straight line passing through the center of the bottom panel 61 . These guide slots 7 are adapted to receive, in insertion, the tongues L situated at the base of the longitudinal side panels 63 , 64 during the construction of the case E , as shown in FIG. figure 2 . Once housed in the slots 7 , the tabs L follow the shape of these slots during the opening and closing movements of the envelopes of the case E. The two flaps 68 are extended by a closing tab 69 , intended and adapted to fit into the sides of the bottom 5 .

The figure 4 represents a pre-cut blank 10 for producing the first inner envelope 3 of the package 1 of the invention.

This blank 10 comprises a bottom panel 101 square on either side of which are secured, along two lines of folds p3, p4 parallel forming two opposite sides of the panel 101 two sets of panels symmetrical with respect to the bottom panel 101 and intended in the production of the leaves 31, 32 of the envelope 3 . Each set of panels comprises a main longitudinal panel 102 integral and articulated at its base on the bottom panel 101 along the folding lines p3, p4 . On each of the longitudinal sides of this main panel 102 are integral two longitudinal side panels 103, 104 , extended at their upper end by two flaps 107 of angle, useful for setting volume of the leaves 31, 32 of the envelope 3.

The panels 103, 104 further comprise at their base, in the extension of the base of the main panels 102 connected to the bottom 101 a tongue L 'formed by a cut "V" in the width of each longitudinal side panel 103, 104 .

Opposite the fold lines extends in the extension of the main panels 102 an end panel 105 itself extended by an end-end panel 106 hinged to the panel. The counter-panel 106 has in its body a tongue 108 cut and articulated on the upper edge of the end panel 105 , as the backboard 106 . This tongue 108 forms a male locking member abutting the inner casing 3 on the second inner casing 2 when said casings are assembled.

The end panel 105 has a trapezoidal window 109 cut out of the panel 105 . This window 109 forms a female locking member in abutment intended to cooperate with the tongue 8 of the outer casing 2 when the envelopes are assembled.

Finally, the longitudinal side panels 103, 104 comprise cutouts 110 intended to form, by symmetry with identical cuts in the longitudinal side panels of the other leaf of the casing 3 a viewing window.

The second inner envelope 4 is for its part obtained from a pre-cut blank 11 presented to the figure 5 .

This blank 11 is substantially identical to the blank 10 of the first inner casing 3 , but slightly shorter overall length. It comprises a bottom panel 111 substantially square on either side of which are secured, along two lines of parallel folds p5, p6 forming two opposite sides of the panel 111 two sets of panels symmetrical with respect to the bottom panel 111 and intended for the production of the leaves 41, 42 of the envelope 4 . Each panel set comprises a main longitudinal panel 112 integral and articulated at its base on a fold line formed by one side of the bottom panel 111. Of each of the longitudinal sides of this main panel 112 are integral two longitudinal side panels 113, 114 extended, to their upper end by two flaps 117 of angle for setting volume of the leaves 41, 42 of the envelope 4.

The panels 113, 114 further comprise at their base, in the extension of the base of the main panels 112, a tongue L " formed by a" V "cut in the width of each longitudinal side panel 113, 114 and a lateral cutout 120 substantially pentagonal, intended to form, by symmetry with a notch identical to the other leaf of the casing 4, the viewing window V of the second inner casing 4 when the blank 11 is shaped and assembled to the others 2.3 envelopes to make the packaging 1.

Opposite the fold lines p5, p6 on the bottom panel 111 extends in the extension of the main panels 112 an end panel 115 itself extended by a counter-end panel 116 articulated on the panel 115 along a fold line. The panel 115 has a substantially trapezoidal window 119 , which forms a female stop member intended to receive and cooperate in abutment with the tongue 108 of the blank 10 when the inner shells 3, 4 are shaped and assembled to form the package 1 of the invention, as well as the window 109 in the blank 10 of the figure 4 is intended to receive and cooperate with the tongue 8 of the blank 6 useful for producing the outer casing 2.

At the junction between the end panel 115 and its counter-panel 116 is in a substantially median position the blank 11 has a circular orifice 118. This orifice 118 household when the blank is shaped a semicircular notch in the wall upper part of each leaf 41, 42 of the inner casing 4, as is visible on the figure 2 . This semicircular notch allows, where appropriate, manual opening of the inner casing 4.

The Figures 6 and 7 respectively represent a removable tab 12 for closing the package 1 of the invention and a pre-cut blank 13 for producing a removable cushioning base 5 for the package 1 .

The tongue 12 is shaped to be integrated in the outer envelope 2 during the shaping of the blank 6 of the figure 3 to make said envelope. It comprises a first substantially rectangular panel 121 and a width at most equal to the width of the fins a2 of each of the wings 21, 22 of the outer casing 2 .

Solidarity of one of the longitudinal sides of the panel 121 and articulated thereon extends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the panel 121 a second panel 122 having an ovoid central portion 123 demarcated in the panel 122 . This ovoid central portion 123 may in particular receive a label or be marked with an emblem or the mark of the product packaged in the package 1 of the invention. The panel 122 has a length substantially equal to that of the sides of the bottom panel 61 of the blank 6 of the figure 3 , or even twice the width of the end panels 65 of the blank 6 . At the end of the panel 122 opposite that integral with the panel 121 , the tongue 12 comprises a locking flap 124 hinged to the panel 122 .

The cushioning base 5 of the package 1 of the invention is formed from a pre-cut blank 13 as shown in FIG. figure 7 .

This blank 13 comprises firstly a bottom panel 131 square integral on two of its opposite sides of locking wings 132 consist of a rectangular panel articulated along a length on one side of the bottom panel 131 and on its other integral length a male lock flap 136 . On a third side, the bottom panel 131 is integral with a closure flap 137 , having at its base, at the hinged connection on the edge of the panel 131 a slot 138 forming a female closure member for receiving a male closure member 139, in this case an insertion flap 139 as will be described later.

On its last side, opposite the closure flap 137 , the bottom panel 131 is integral with a rectangular connecting panel 133 which establishes a junction with a second square panel 134 for forming the top panel of the cushioning bottom of the package. This square panel 134 has a central cross-shaped cutout 140 providing a preferred driving zone 14 providing a reserve in the wedge bottom 5 when it is shaped, this driving zone 14 allowing the insertion and maintaining in the bottoms 5 of a bottle or a bottle that is to be packaged in the package 1.

The panel 134 is also integral on its side opposite to that integral with the connecting panel 133 of a second connecting panel 133 ' identical to the first. This second connecting panel 133 ' supports an insertion flap 139 on its second length, this flap 139 being intended to be inserted into the slot 138 formed between the closure flap 137 and the bottom panel 131.

Finally, the two connecting panels 133, 133 ' are also integral on their widths with two corner flaps 135. These angle flaps 135 serve to stiffen the corners of the wedge bottom 5 when the latter is shaped and allow blocking of the locking flaps 136 during shaping of the blank 13 to make the bottom 5.

This formatting of the bottom 5 is performed as partially represented on the figure 8 .

Firstly, the connection panels 133 and the upper panel 134 are raised so as to bring the latter back to a position parallel to the bottom panel 131, above the latter at a distance determined by the width of the connecting panels 133 in practice in the order of 3 to 5 cm of preference. During this operation, the angle flaps 135 are also positioned as brackets between the two square panels 131, 134, and this position is locked by insertion of the closure flap 139 into the slot 138. The cushioning base 5 then presents a general configuration of rectangular parallelepiped with two open faces. These two open faces are then closed by raising the locking wings 132 that is locked in position by inserting the male locking tabs 136 between the upper panel 134 and the corner flaps 135, the locking tabs 136 being locked in abutment against an upper shoulder provided on the corner flaps 135, in a manner known in the field of cardboard packaging.

The Figures 9 to 11 represent for their shaping of the outer shells 2 and inner 3, 4 of the package of the invention from the blanks 6, 10, 11 shown in Figures 3 to 5 .

The figure 9 represents the second inner envelope 4 shaped from the blank 11 of the figure 5 . The shaping of the blank 11 essentially consists in producing the flaps 41, 42 of the envelope 4, which are symmetrical to one another with respect to the bottom panel 111 and have a generally open box shape on the its connection to said bottom panel 111, along the fold lines p5, p6.

To make said flaps 41, 42, it is sufficient first to raise the longitudinal side panels 113, 114 of the blank 11 perpendicular to the main longitudinal panel 112 and at the same time to fold the flaps 117 inwards. so that these are both perpendicular to the main longitudinal panel 112 and the longitudinal side panels 113, 114. It then remains only to fold the end back panel 116 to the main longitudinal panel 112 so as to pinching, "sandwiched", the two angle flaps 117 between the counter-panel 116 and the end panel 115, the latter being previously raised perpendicular to the main longitudinal panel 112. The blocking against the panel 116 on the angle flaps 117 and the end panel 115 can be made by any appropriate means, especially by gluing or even, preferably in the context of the invention, by inserting n at least two lugs or projections s1, s2 formed in the free edge (or upper longitudinal side) of the counter panel 116 in slots f1, f2 provided at the base of the end panel 115. When these operations have been realized for each of the leaves 41, 42, the envelope 4 is constituted and ready to be assembled to produce the package 1.

The figure 10 represents the first inner envelope 3 shaped from the blank 10 of the figure 4 . This first inner envelope is obtained in a strictly identical manner to that of the second envelope 4 described above.

To make said flaps 31, 32 of this first inner envelope, it suffices to firstly raise the longitudinal side panels 103, 104 of the blank 10 perpendicular to the main longitudinal panel 102 and at the same time to fold the flaps 107 inwardly so that they are both perpendicular to the main longitudinal panel 102 and the longitudinal side panels 103, 104. It then remains only to fold the end panel against the end panel 106 to the longitudinal panel main 102 so as to "sandwich" the two angle flaps 107 between the counter panel 106 and the end panel 105, the latter being previously raised perpendicular to the main longitudinal panel 102. counter-panel 106 on the corner flaps 107 and the end panel 105 may be made by any appropriate means, especially by gluing or even, preferably in the scope of the invention, by inserting at least two lugs or projections s3, s4 formed in the free edge (upper longitudinal side) of the counter panel 106 in slots f3, f4 provided at the base of the end panel 105. When these operations were carried out for each of the leaves 31, 32, the envelope 3 is constituted and ready to be assembled to produce the package 1.

The figure 11 represents for its part the outer envelope 2 shaped from the blank 6 of the figure 3 . The realization of this outer envelope 2 is almost identical to that of the inner envelopes 3, 4 described above. In a first step, the counter-side panels 63a, 64a are folded onto the longitudinal side panels 63, 64 of blank 6 and glued together. Then these panels 63, 63bis, 64, 64bis are raised once glued to the perpendicular of each main longitudinal panel 62. This lifting of the longitudinal panels of glued sides causes by the binding effect provided by the bellows 67 with the end panel 65 a statement of said end panel 65 and its counter-panel 66. The bellows 67 are then folded inwardly of the wings 21, 22 being formed and then pressed against the end panel 65 and maintained sandwiched "sandwiched" between said end panel 65 and its counter-panel 66 folded over the bellows 67 and thus maintained by the effect of fins a1, a3 which when the counter panel 66 is folded over the end panel 65 are locked in abutment on a leave C provided for this purpose on an angle of the counter-panels 63a, 64a. The rectangular fins a2 in turn bear against the longitudinal main panels 62 and in doing so block the fins a1, a3 in the leaves C, which allows the maintenance of the shaping of each leaf 21, 22 of the envelope which is thus constituted ( figure 11 and ready to be assembled with the inner shells 3, 4 and the wedge 5 and the tongue 12 to form the sheath E of the package 1 of the invention as described hereinafter.

The assembly of the envelopes 2, 3, 4, of the tongue 12 and the wedge bottom 5 previously described is shown in FIG. figure 12 and to figures 1 and 2 .

In a first step, the tongue 12 is attached to the outer shell 2. To do this, the panels 122, 123, 124 of the tongue 12 are slid under the wing a2 of the wing 21 of the casing 2, at through a slot F5 formed at the junction between the main longitudinal panel and the end panel 65 of the wing 21, and until blocking in abutment of the panel 121 of the tongue 12 on the edges of said slot F5, under the wing a2. It is for this purpose that the panel 121 of the tongue preferably has a width less than or equal to that of the fins a2 of the outer shell 2.

Then, as shown on the figure 12 , the envelopes 2, 3, 4 are interlocked with one another in the manner of nesting boxes, the first inner envelope 3, and more precisely the leaves 31, 32 of this envelope 3 being fitted into the wings 21, 22 of the outer shell 2, then the wings 41, 42 of the second inner shell 4 being them nested in the wings 31, 32 of the first inner casing 3. Following this interlocking, the bottom panels 61, 101, 111 of each of the envelopes are superimposed on each other and at the same time, the wings 21, 22 ; 31, 32; 41, 42 of each of the envelopes are in turn rotatable relative to each other and relative to the bottom panel 61, 101, 111 to which they are respectively attached along folding lines p1, p2; p3, p4; p5, p6.

According to the present invention, this relative rotational mobility of the wings of the casings 2, 3, 4 relative to each other is limited by the presence on the end panels 65, 105 of the outer casing 2 and the first one. internal envelope 3 of the tongues 8, 108 which, during the nesting of the three envelopes 2, 3, 4 into each other, abut respectively in the window 109 of the first inner casing 3 and in the window 119 of the second inner envelope 4. Thus, the flaps of the envelopes are held by the abutment effect of the tongues 8, 108 in the windows 109, 119 in each other with a very slight angle of relative deflection possible in practice of the order of 5 to 10 ° angle depending on the height of the windows 109, 119 formed in the end panels 105, 115 of the inner envelopes 3, 4.

When all the envelopes 2, 3, 4 are nested one inside the other as shown in FIG. figure 12 It comes then position the bottom 5 of timing of a bottle or flask on the bottom panels 61, 101 111 envelopes 2, 3, 4 so that the panels 132 of the base 5 are located opposite to the panels 68 of the outer shell, as shown figure 12 . The tabs 69 of the outer casing 2 are then inserted between the upper panel 134 and the locking tongues 136 of the wedge bottom 5 in order to surround said bottom 5 and to secure it to the casings 2, 3, 4.

In the example shown and described, the wedge bottom 5 is removable envelopes 2, 3, 4. It could however be formed integral with the outer casing 2 for example.

Finally, it is then sufficient to manually introduce each of the tabs L, L ', L " of the envelopes 2, 3, 4, in the notches / circular slots 7 provided in the flaps 68 of the outer casing 2 to finalize the assembly of the case E , which then takes the configuration shown in the figure 2 wherein the wings 21, 22; 31, 32; 41, 42 envelopes 2, 3, 4 are in the open position of the case E, in which access to the preferred driving area 14 of the wedge bottom is released, allowing as shown the insertion and the setting of a bottle B to be packaged and in which said leaves provide an aesthetic effect of fan opening of the case E.

The case E can also adopt a closed position in which the bottle is protected and inaccessible. For this it suffices to press each side of the case E on the wings 21, 22 of the outer casing 2 to bring them one on the other side of the median plane Pm of the E. In doing so, it also causes the simultaneous movement of the wings 31, 32; 41, 42 of the inner shells 3, 4 to each other symmetrically with respect to the plane Pm, until the leaves of each envelope are touching two by two in the plane Pm, the leaves then being in position perfectly vertical, and the end panels 65, 105, 115 envelopes covering the bottle B, preventing manual access thereto. It then suffices to lock the case E to introduce the end 124 of the tongue 12 into a slot F6 provided for this purpose at the base of the end panel 65 of the leaf 22 of the outer casing 2 as shown in FIG. figure 1 .

From this closed position, it is possible to return to the open position of the leaves simply by opening the leaves 21, 22 of the outer envelope 2 in a circular motion guided by the tongues L in the slots 7. During this movement of opening, the cooperation in abutment of the end tabs 8, 108 of the envelopes 2, 3 in the windows 109, 119 of the envelopes 3, 4 respectively causes the successive opening of the leaves 31, 32 and 41, 42 of the inner envelopes 3, 4 following those of the outer envelope 2.

Finally, the packaging 1 of the invention can also comprise, as also represent on the figure 1 , a cover sleeve F intended to package the case E once closed, this sleeve F leaving, however, through a lateral opening provided for this purpose a visual access to the bottle B packaged in the case E by the viewing window V arranged by the cutouts 9, 110, 120 made in the longitudinal side panels of each of the envelopes 2, 3, 4, which when the case E is in the closed position are adjoined symmetrically forming the window V. The sleeve F, however, constitutes an accessory of the package 1 of the invention, which consists essentially of the case E.

The invention is not limited to the examples described and shown since various modifications can be made without departing from its scope.

Claims (16)

1. Packaging (1) for a bottle (B) or a flask, the packaging comprising:

   • at least one outer envelope (2);

   • at least one inner envelope (3, 4); and

   • at least one wedging bottom (5) for wedging a bottle or a flask that is to be packaged;

   • each envelope (2, 3, 4) having two side flaps (21, 22; 31, 32; 41, 42) secured to a plane bottom panel (61, 101, 111) and movable in pivoting along two fold lines (p1, p2; p3, p4; p5, p6) marking two symmetrical sides of said bottom panel;

   • the inner envelope (3, 4) being housed in the outer envelope (2) in such a manner that its bottom panel (101, 111) rests on the bottom panel of the outer envelope (61), and its flaps (31, 32; 41, 42) are contained within the flaps (21, 22) of the outer envelope and movable in pivoting relative thereto;

   • the wedging bottom (5) being raised relative to the bottom of each of the outer and inner envelopes, and including an opening for accommodating and receiving the bottom of a bottle in such a manner as to wedge and hold a said bottle (B) in a vertical position between the flaps of the inner and outer envelopes (2, 3, 4); and

   • the wedging bottom (5) or the outer envelope (2) including guide notches (7) formed in two opposite vertical walls perpendicular to the fold lines of the flaps, in order to guide pivoting of the flaps of the outer and inner envelopes (2, 3, 4), said flaps including tongues (L, L', L") at their bases that are inserted in said guide notches (7) and that provide guidance in circular movement for the flaps from a vertical closed position to an open position that is inclined relative to the vertical.
2. Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that each envelope is made from a single pre-cut blank (6, 10, 11).
3. Packaging according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the flaps (21, 22; 31, 32; 41, 42) of the envelopes (2, 3, 4) form a box and having two longitudinal side panels (63, 64; 103, 104; 113, 114) and one end panel (65, 105, 115) extending perpendicularly to a main longitudinal panel (62, 102, 112) and secured to the bottom panel (61, 101, 111) of the envelope in question along a said fold line (p1, p2; p3, p4; p5, p6).
4. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the tongues (L, L', L") for guiding the flaps are formed at the bases of the longitudinal side panels, starting from the fold lines of the panels relative to the bottom wall of each envelope.
5. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the outer envelope (2) includes, on an inner face of the end panel of each flap (21, 22), a male blocking member (8) for blocking the flaps of the outer envelope in abutment against the flaps (31, 32) of the inner envelope (3), the male blocking members (8) cooperating in abutment with complementary female blocking members (109) formed on the outside faces of the end panels (105) of the flaps (31, 32) of the inner envelope (3), in such a manner as to limit the relative angular movement of the flaps of the inner and outer envelopes, thereby obtaining a fan-like opening effect of the flaps of the envelopes on passing from the closed position to the open position of said flaps.
6. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the flaps of the envelopes include a window (V) for viewing the bottle (B) inside the packaging.
7. Packaging according to claim 6, characterized in that the viewing window (V) is formed by symmetrical cutouts (9, 110, 120) formed in the longitudinal side panels of the envelopes (2, 3, 4) such that a window is formed solely when the flaps of the envelopes are in the closed position by means of the free longitudinal edges of the longitudinal side panels of the flaps joining together.
8. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the wedging bottom (5) is secured to the outer envelope (2) and is obtained by folding at least two panels secured to the bottom panel of the blank forming said outer envelope.
9. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the wedging bottom (5) is independent of the outer and inner envelopes (2; 3, 4) and is removable from the package, preferably being formed by folding a pre-cut blank (13).
10. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it includes a closure tongue (12) for closing the flaps of the outer envelope (2) in the closed position, said tongue (12) being secured to the end panel (65) of a first flap (21) of the outer envelope and being suitable for being inserted in a slot (F6) formed at the base of the end panel (65) of the second flap (22) at the junction between said panel and the main longitudinal panel of said flap.
11. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it includes a protective sheath (F) suitable for being engaged around the outer envelope (2) in the closed position, said sheath also including a window for viewing the bottle and suitable for coinciding with cutouts (9, 110, 120) in the inner and outer envelopes (3, 4; 2) of the packaging.
12. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the outer envelope (2) includes two locking tabs (68) for locking a removable wedging bottom (5) on the bottom panel (61) of the outer envelope, the two locking tabs (68) being hinged along two fold lines to two opposite sides of the bottom panel that are perpendicular to the fold lines (p1, p2) of the flaps (21, 22) of the outer envelope, the guide notches (7) being formed in said locking tabs (68).
13. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it includes at least one second inner envelope (4) engaged within the first inner envelope (3), of structure identical thereto, and of size suitable for enabling the flaps (41, 42) of the second envelope (4) to be engaged in the flaps of the first envelope (3), the first inner envelope including male blocking members (108) for blocking the flaps (31, 32) of the first inner envelope in abutment against the flaps (41, 42) of the second inner envelope and that co-operate with female abutment blocking members (119) formed on the outside faces of the end panels (115) of the flaps of the second inner envelope (4).
14. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the guide tongues (L, L', L") of the envelopes present length and height that increase going from the outer envelope to the second inner envelope.
15. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the guide notches (7) of the flaps are substantially circular.
16. Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the outer and inner envelopes and the wedging bottom are symmetrical about a vertical midplane (Pm) passing through the middle of the bottom panel of each of the envelopes and parallel to the fold lines (p1, p2; p3, p4; p5, p6) between the flaps of the envelopes and the bottom panels.
