Die gegenständliche Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel, sondern umfasst bzw. erstreckt sich auf alle Varianten und technischen Äquivalente, welche in die Reichweite der nachfolgenden Ansprüche fallen können. Auch sind die in der Beschreibung gewählten Lageangaben, wie zum Beispiel oben, unten, seitlich usw. auf die übliche Einbaulage des Scharniers 1 bzw. auf die unmittelbar beschriebene sowie die dargestellte Figur bezogen und sind bei einer Lageänderung sinngemäß auf die neue Lage zu übertragen. Claims (16)
- A hinge (1) for movable furniture parts (2), with at least two hingedly connected fitment portions (3, 4), namely a hinge arm and a hinge cup, for fastening to furniture parts (8, 2), with a damping device (5) for damping the hinge movement and with a return mechanism (6) by which an actuating element (7) of the damping device (5) can be moved into a starting position for the next damping stroke after damping has been effected, wherein the damping device (5) and the return mechanism (6) are arranged as separate component units on the hinge cup (4a), characterised in that the damping device (5) which does not itself have any return mechanism is arranged at a side wall of the hinge cup (4a) and the return mechanism (6) is arranged at an opposite side wall of the hinge cup (4a).
- The hinge according to claim 1, characterised in that the damping device (5) has at least two damping components (21, 22) which are mounted movably relative to each other in a damping stroke, wherein the actuating element (7) is operatively connected to one of the two damping components (21, 22).
- The hinge according to claim 2, characterised in that that a damping medium, preferably a fluid, is arranged between the damping components (21, 22).
- The hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the actuating element (7) is pivotally mounted during the damping stroke and/or during the return stroke.
- The hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised in that during the closing movement of the hinge (1), the actuating element (7) can be acted upon by one of the fitment portions (3, 4) or by a hinge lever (10a, 10b) arranged between the fitment portions (3, 4).
- The hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the actuating element (7) of the damping device (5) is connected or releasably connectable to a restoring element (15) of the return mechanism (6).
- The hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the actuating element (7) of the return mechanism (6) is pivotally mounted during the damping stroke and/or during the return stroke.
- The hinge according to claims 6 or 7, characterised in that a spring device (18) can be tensioned by the restoring element (15) during the closing movement of the hinge (1), wherein after damping has ne effected the restoring element (15) can be moved and preferably can be moved back by the spring device (18) into a starting position for the next damping stroke.
- The hinge according to claim 8, characterised in that the spring device (18) includes at least one torsion spring.
- The hinge according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the spring device (18) is operative between a restoring housing (19) of the return mechanism (6) and the restoring element (15).
- The hinge according to claim 10, characterised in that the restoring element (15) is mounted pivotally relative to the restoring housing (19).
- The hinge according to claim 10 or 11, characterised in that the restoring housing (19) is arranged at one of the fitment portions (3, 4), preferably at the hinge cup (4a).
- The hinge according to claim 12, characterised in that the restoring housing (19) is arranged externally on the hinge cup (4a) at the outside wall thereof which is the lateral wall in the mounted position and in the mounted position beneath a fastening flange (11) of the hinge cup (4a).
- The hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the damping device (5) has a damper housing (13) which is arranged on the same fitment portion (3, 4), preferably on the hinge cup (4a), as a restoring housing (19) associated with the return mechanism (6).
- The hinge according to claim 14, characterised in that the damper housing (13) is arranged externally on the hinge cup (4a) at the outside wall thereof which is the lateral wall in the mounted position and in the mounted position beneath a fastening flange (11) of the hinge cup (4a).
- The hinge according to claim 15, characterised in that damper housing (13) is arranged on a side wall of the hinge cup (4a) and the restoring housing (19) is arranged on an opposite side wall of the hinge cup (4a).
