Description

The invention relates to a fastening device for fastening at least one lamp unit in an installation opening of a wall or ceiling and a wall and / or ceiling system with a corresponding mounting hole and a corresponding fastening device. The installation opening serves to receive a lighting arrangement which comprises the at least one lighting unit.

Such systems are known in many forms on the market and are often realized by means of recessed lighting. Here, one strives for design reasons, to execute the systems so that no or as few elements of the system are visible except the light emission plate covering the mounting hole. In this way, quasi-illuminated lines are created.

In modern architecture rooms are increasingly being realized which have no straight wall or ceiling surfaces but are curved. Again, architects are anxious to realize the lighting in the form of said light lines. However, the concrete design is difficult because recessed lights are designed for flat or flat surfaces.

From the US 5,448,460 a bendable luminaire is known which has a plurality of sections which can be pivoted relative to one another.

This is where the invention begins. The aim is to form light lines in a curved wall and ceiling system so that this can be done in a simple and cost-effective manner, i. E. realized and assembled, can be.

The object is achieved according to the invention with the objects specified in the independent claims. Preferred embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

According to a first aspect of the invention is a fastening device for fastening at least one lamp unit in an installation opening of a wall or ceiling provided, which has at least two segments to form a receiving area for a lamp unit, wherein the at least two segments are arranged one behind the other in a row and are connected to each other such that they can be pivoted relative to each other about at least one pivot axis.

Wand befindet.Characterized in that the at least two segments can be pivoted against each other, the fastening device is particularly well suited for attachment of at least one lamp unit in a mounting hole whose edge is not in a plane. For example, the fastening device is particularly suitable in the case of a mounting hole, which is located in a curved portion of a ceiling or wall.

Advantageously, the fastening device further comprises at least one further segment, which is likewise arranged in the row and which is connected to one of the at least two segments such that it can be pivoted relative to the latter about a further pivot axis. In this way, the fastening device can generally be better adapted to an installation opening with uneven edge. In general, the adaptability or suitability of the fastening device for an installation opening with an uneven edge can be increasingly improved by increasing the number of segments and the corresponding pivot axes.

Wandbereich erstreckt.Advantageously, the pivot axis and the further pivot axis are oriented parallel to each other. In this way, the fastening device is particularly well in the case of an elongated mounting hole, which extends over a uniformly curved ceiling or wall area.

Advantageously, the at least two segments are integrally connected to each other. The connection can then be formed, for example, as a bending line.

According to the invention, the at least two segments each have a U-shaped area in a section transverse to the row, wherein the U-shaped areas are configured such that they in the respective section with their U-legs may comprise a lighting unit. As a result, the lighting unit can be arranged very well protected. The fastening device can virtually represent a luminaire housing that can be changed in shape. Photometrically advantageous are those surfaces of the U-shaped areas which face the lamp unit, designed to be reflective.

According to the invention, the U-shaped regions each have at one end region a flange which, with respect to the U-shape, protrudes outwards, wherein the at least two segments are integrally connected to one another via the flanges thus formed.

Further advantageously, the fastening device also has a cover element, which is arranged on one of the at least two segments, and which is designed to cover a gap, which may arise at a mutual pivoting of the at least two segments about the at least one pivot axis. In this way it can be achieved that the lighting unit can be particularly well protected from the environment, for example, dust-proof, can be arranged. In addition, the effectiveness of the light output can be increased by a corresponding reflective design of the cover.

Advantageously, the fastening device further comprises a light emitting plate, which is arranged so that - when the fastening device is installed as intended in the ceiling or wall - covering the mounting hole, wherein the light emitting plate is preferably designed to be flexible. In this way, the lamp unit can continue to protect from the side of the room, which is limited by the wall or ceiling in the region of the mounting hole. In addition, the light emitted by the lamp unit can be selectively modified by the light emitting panel.

According to a further aspect of the invention, a wall and / or ceiling system is provided, which has an installation opening formed by a wall or ceiling and a fastening device according to the invention for fastening at least one lamp unit in the installation opening.

Advantageously, the wall and / or ceiling system further comprises at least one rail on which both the wall or ceiling and the fastening device are fixed. Preferably, two rails are provided, which are arranged opposite each other with respect to the installation opening. This allows a particularly easy to handle installation.

Advantageously, the wall and / or ceiling system advantageously comprises a first layer and a second layer, the first layer having a side facing that space bounded by the wall or ceiling and the second side opposite the first side facing the second layer; In this case, the wall and / or ceiling system further comprises connecting means with which the fastening device is fixed to the second layer. The connection means may preferably be latching means and / or screws. This also makes a particularly simple installation possible.

Further advantageously, the wall and / or ceiling system also has a profile which is arranged on the fastening device and viewed from the room a transition element between the wall or ceiling on the one hand and the mounting hole or optionally the light emitting plate on the other hand.

Preferably, two corresponding profiles are provided, which are arranged opposite each other with respect to the installation opening. The profiles can preferably be arranged along the edges of the installation opening, wherein the profiles form stops or guide grooves for guiding and holding the light emission plate. This ensures that the light emitting plate follows the contour of the ceiling or wall, whereby elaborate and error-prone adaptations of the individual elements of the system can be omitted to the allowance of running ceilings or walls.

As a lighting unit, for example, a beam lamp according to the assigning to the applicant Austrian utility model application G322 / 2008 in the wall and ceiling system according to the invention can be used.

Embodiments of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the same reference numerals are used for the same or similar elements.

In FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a wall and ceiling system 1 according to the invention shown, wherein the ceiling is designed as a suspended system, ie the raw ceiling 15 is laminated by means of plasterboard 9. This wall and ceiling system 1 has a mounting opening 2 for receiving a lighting arrangement, consisting of a plurality of lamp units 3 and a light emitting plate 4, which covers the mounting hole 2, on. In addition, fastening devices 5 for mounting the lamp units 3 are mounted within the mounting hole 2 in the mounting hole. Preferably, the lamp units 3 are equipped with fluorescent lamps 25 and snapped into retaining springs 6, wherein the lamp units 3 are arranged one behind the other. It makes sense to arrange the lamp units 3 offset from one another, because in the front area of the lamp units 3 a superposition of the light which is emitted by the fluorescent lamps 25 is achieved. Because the lighting units 3 are straight, that is not curved, it necessarily follows that the distance from the fluorescent lamps 25 to the light emitting panel 4 is greatest in the forehead area and smallest in the area of the center of the fluorescent lamps 25. Thus, on the light emitting plate 4, the areas of the center appear lighter than the front areas. This counteracts the staggered arrangement of the fluorescent lamps 25 and thus ensures a homogenization of the brightness of the light emitting plate 4th

Instead of fluorescent lamps 25 can be used as lamps, for example, so-called LED chains (LED stands for LEDs).

The fastening device 5 is U-shaped. The free ends of the U-legs 7 fix profiles 8 at the edges. Further, the profiles 8 can be firmly connected to the edge of the mounting hole 2. This is particularly suitable for nailing, screwing or gluing. The profiles 6 are preferably made of polycarbonate, which has sufficient flexibility and toughness.

In order not to overstretch or even break the preferably also made of polycarbonate, SatinéBlend, in particular extruded light emitting plate 4 and to keep the depth of the mounting hole 2 in a meaningful area, the curvature of the wall and ceiling system 1 should a bow with a minimum radius of 3 m, preferably at least 4 m are performed. As an alternative, a light emitting plate 4 may be used which consists of is made of a textile fabric. Such a fabric, not shown, could be held in grooves of the profiles 8 by means of previously known piping closures. Advantageously, the light-emitting plate 4 is supplied as a continuous material in the form of coils 21 and is thus brought to the required length at the construction site.

In order to improve the luminous efficacy of the wall and ceiling system 1, a reflector 10, which is designed in particular as a reflector foil, is placed between the fastening device 5 and the luminaire unit 3. For this purpose, the fastening device 5 consists of two U-shaped brackets 11, 12, wherein the outer bracket 11 is fixedly mounted within the mounting hole 2, in particular screwed by means of a screw 14 and by means of screws 13, 13 'in its relative position within the mounting hole 2 fixable is. Between the inner and outer headband 12 and 11 of the reflector 10 is guided and held in shape. The inner bracket 12 snaps into associated grooves 18 of the profiles 8. Alternatively or additionally, the inner bracket 12 can be connected to the outer bracket 11. Is the reflector 10, as in the FIG. 1 and 2 shown formed as a reflector film, this film is additionally held by means of piping 16 in a Kedernut 17 of the profile 8. The reflector film terminates the mounting opening 2 in a light-tight manner and protects the lighting arrangement from ceiling dust.

The profiles 8 also have guide grooves 19, which serve to guide the light emitting plate 4 at the edge of the mounting hole and hold. In the end portion 20 of the mounting hole 2, the guide groove 19 is open on one side to facilitate the insertion of the light emitting plate 4. In this area, the profiles 8 merely form stops for the light emission plate 4. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1 the profiles 8 are filled with the plasterboard 9.

Es entfällt die in Figur 1 mit 23 bezeichnete Auflagefläche beim Profil 8.In FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a wall and ceiling system 1 according to the invention shown, wherein the ceiling 22 is a solid concrete ceiling. This wall and ceiling system 1 differs essentially from the exemplary embodiment FIG. 1 only by another embodiment of the profiles used 8. It eliminates the in FIG. 1 23 designated bearing surface profile 8.

In FIG. 3 an inner retaining clip 12 of a fastening device for a wall and ceiling system 1 according to the invention is shown. This retaining clip 12 is equipped with retaining springs 6 and carries a cover 24. This cover 24 is thus used only at the end faces of the lighting arrangement in their end regions. It partly covers the light emitting plate 4 and serves to lamination of the front ends of the light emitting plates. Thus, unsightly cut edges are hidden and any length expansions do not lead to unwanted, open areas of the wall and ceiling system. 1

The installation of the wall and ceiling systems described above takes place in the following steps:
  1. a) creating a mounting hole 2 in a wall or ceiling 9, 15, 22nd
  2. b) introducing and fastening fastening devices 5, in particular in the form of a U-shaped retaining clip 11, into the installation opening 2,
  3. c) engage profiles 8 and free legs 7 of the fastening devices 5,
  4. d) aligning the profiles 8 at the edge of the installation opening 2 by means of the fastening devices 5,
  5. e) introduction, fastening and wiring of the lighting units 3,
  6. f) inserting the light emission plate 4 into the profiles 8,
  7. g) closing the end regions by means of cover 24.

Wird ein Reflektor 10 eingebracht, so erfolgt dies zwischen den Schritten d) und e).Optionally, the light emitting plate 4 may be provided in the form of a developable coil. In this case, between steps f) and g), the light emission plate 4 is cut to length. If a reflector 10 is introduced, this takes place between steps d) and e).

In Fig. 4 a perspective sketch is shown to a sectioned further embodiment of a ceiling or wall system according to the invention; Fig. 5 shows a corresponding cross-section. Unless otherwise stated, the above statements apply mutatis mutandis to this embodiment; Also, the reference numerals are in turn used according to their meanings assigned above. The fastening device 50 serves the attachment of at least one lamp unit 3 in an installation opening 2 of a wall or ceiling 9. The fastening device 50 has at least two segments - hereinafter also referred to as the first segment 51 and second segment 52 - to form a receiving area 56 for the at least one lamp unit. 3 on. The at least two segments are arranged behind one another in a row 55. Fig. 6 shows a section of the separated fastener 50 with the first segment 51 and the second segment 52, as they are arranged one behind the other in the series 55.

The at least two segments 51, 52 are connected to each other in such a way that they can be pivoted relative to each other about at least one pivot axis S. In Fig. 6 the corresponding pivot axis S between the first segment 51 and the second segment 52 is sketched.

The row 55 may also comprise at least one further segment 53, which is also arranged in the row 55 and which is connected to one of the at least two segments 51, 52 such that it can be pivoted with the latter about a further pivot axis S '. It can - as in the perspective sketch of Fig. 6 shown - the pivot axis S and the further pivot axis S 'parallel to each other to be oriented.

Overall, the row 55 may comprise a plurality, in particular more than three segments, preferably more than ten segments, which are preferably of the same design and arranged like segments of a bead behind the other along the row. The fastening device is preferably designed such that each two adjacent segments can pivot about a pivot axis. The more segments the fastening device 50 comprises, the more precisely it can generally be adapted to the edge of a corresponding installation opening 2. In this case, accordingly, all segments of the row 55 may be formed according to the first or second segment described in more detail here.

In this case, all pivot axes of the row are preferably aligned oriented in parallel. In this way, with correspondingly many, relatively small pivoting deflections between in each case two adjacent segments for the row 55 overall achieve a noticeable curvature. This is advantageous because curved wall areas usually have an approximately uniform curvature.

All segments of the row 55 may be formed from one piece, wherein the respective pivot axes are preferably formed by bending lines.

The segments 51, 52 may each have a U-shaped area in a section transverse to the row 55. These U-shaped areas can be designed in such a way that, with their U-legs 61, 62 and their connecting legs 63 connecting the U-legs 61, 62, they can comprise at least one lighting unit 3 in the respective section, in particular from FIG corresponding sectional view of Fig. 5 becomes clear. In this way, an effective protection for the lamp unit 3 is formed. In particular, it can be provided that the U-shaped regions of two adjacent segments, that is, for example, of the first and the second segment 51, 52 extend in the longitudinal direction of the row 55 so far that they contact practically or at least approximately when the two considered segments or the first segment 51 and the second segment 52 are aligned so that the row 55 extends in a straight line. As a result, a particularly comprehensive protection for the lamp unit 3 can be achieved.

In terms of lighting technology, the U-shaped areas on those surfaces which point towards the lighting unit 3 are designed to be reflective.

The U-shaped region of the first segment 51 may be at an end region of one of the two U-legs - in Fig. 6 at the "right" U-leg 62 - have a flange 65 which - with respect to the U-shape - protrudes outwards, so with reference to the illustration of Fig. 6 to the right; the U-shaped portion of the second segment 52 may include an analogous flange 66, wherein the first segment 51 and the second segment 52 are integrally connected to one another via these two flanges 65,66. At the corresponding opposite U-legs, a similar connection may be provided. The connection between the flanges 65, 66 can then advantageously be designed as a bending line 67 and accordingly define the pivot axis S. This embodiment of Fastening device 50 can be advantageously produced by means of a corresponding stamped and bent part, for example in the form of a sheet metal part realize. The individual segments are then connected to each other only at the two flange portions along the respective pivot axis; There is no connection along the U-shaped regions, but a small gap, which can be formed by a corresponding punched cut, so that a respective mutual pivoting of two adjacent segments and in this way a total of the entire row 55 is made possible.

If the series 55 has a plurality of similar segments, is formed by the U-shape practically a kind of "channel" in which the at least one lamp unit 3 and a corresponding plurality of lighting units 3 can be arranged protected.

In the embodiment shown, therefore, the row 55 can be curved such that the curvature is concave when looking at the open ends of the U-shapes. An elongate opening is formed through the open ends of the U-shapes, through which the delivery of the light of the at least one lighting unit 3 can be provided. Accordingly, the fastening device 50 is particularly suitable for an overall elongated mounting opening 2 in a ceiling or in a wall, which has a concave curvature viewed in this area from the room, as is usually the case with curved ceiling or wall surfaces.

With a corresponding curvature arises when using the embodiment shown here between the first segment 51 and the second segment 52, a gap. In order to cover this gap and thus to better protect the lighting unit 3, a covering element 70 can furthermore be provided, which is arranged on the first segment 51 or on the second segment 52. Advantageously, this cover 70 is again formed according to U-shaped. Of course, again corresponding cover elements may be provided between all segments of the row 55.

A particularly dense arrangement of the "channel" can be achieved if the cover member 70 in the region of the adjacent connecting legs 63 of the U-shaped areas - ie with reference to Fig. 5 "up" - are designed resiliently, so that they press against the corresponding adjacent area of the adjacent segment and thus close the gap particularly well.

Of course, in this embodiment, in turn, a light emitting plate 4 may be provided which can be arranged in the opening formed by the U-shaped regions, for example by means of a latching connection. It can also be provided that a total of several light emission plates are provided, which are arranged one behind the other, so that therefore does not cover the entire installation opening 2, a light emission plate. This can avoid unwanted stresses that can occur due to temperature-induced changes in length of the material.

In the in the FIGS. 4 to 6 In the exemplary embodiment shown, the fastening device 50 according to the above description thus constitutes, as it were, a "channel system" which surrounds the lighting units 3 in a protective manner. It is therefore possible to refer to this fastening device 50 as "luminaire housing", which can be changed in its shape, so that it can be adapted to a corresponding installation opening 2.

The connection of the fastening device 50 or the channel system with the wall or ceiling, for example in the form of plasterboard 9, can be done in different ways. Hereinafter, for the sake of simplicity, the wall or ceiling shortened also referred to as "wall".

In the FIGS. 4 and 5 a first variant is shown in which two lateral rails 71, 72 are provided, which serve both as a support for the wall, as well as a support for the fastening device 50. The rails 71, 72 extend to both longitudinal sides of the here overall elongated mounting opening 2, on the side facing away from the space of the wall.

For connection between the rails 71, 72 and the fastening device 50, a screw 75 may be provided, which - as in Fig. 5 indicated by dotted lines - the respective rail 71, 72 and the corresponding flange of the respective segment, so for example the flange 65 of the first segment 51, interspersed. In addition, a profile 8 'can be provided on each side of the installation opening. For mounting it can be provided that first the fastening device 50 is mounted on the rails 71, 72 and then the wall, so for example, the plasterboard 9 are mounted.

The positioning of the light emitting plate 4 may be provided so as to be slightly recessed with respect to the room side surface of the wall, as in FIG Fig. 5 indicated; In this way it is possible to ensure that the light emission plate 4 does not protrude from the room side despite the curvature of the wall.

In the FIGS. 7 and 8 is sketched a second variant. The wall consists of two layers, namely - viewed from the room side - from a first layer 91 and from a second layer 92. The layers may, for example, again be plasterboard. The fastening device 50 can be fixed to the second layer 92 here. For this purpose, connecting means 81 may be provided, for example in the form of latching connection means. In the FIGS. 7 and 8 Such locking connection means are outlined in the form of spring elements, which are arranged on lateral U-legs of some segments of the fastening device 50 and hold the fastening device 50 relative to the second layer 92 latching from the side facing away from the room. From the room side, the fastening device 50 can be supported with the flanges of the segments against the second layer 92, preferably in turn with the additional use of correspondingly formed profiles 8 ".

For mounting it can be provided that first the fastening device 50 is mounted on the second layer 92 and then the first layer 91 is attached from the room side.

In the FIGS. 9 and 10 is outlined a third variant. Also in this variant, a first layer 91 and a second layer 92 'are provided, but the second layer 92' is designed such that it forms a further opening opposite the first layer 91. In this case, wing-like fastening elements can serve as connection means 81 ', which rest on the second layer 92' from the side facing away from the space. From the side facing the room can again the installation of the flanges, possibly in turn using corresponding profiles 8 "be provided. Preferably, the wing-like fasteners on the one hand and the fastening device 50 on the other hand designed such that for mounting the wing-like fasteners from the inside of the fastening device 50 and the channel system Let it slide outwards and then fix it in relation to the fastening device, so that a simple assembly is possible from the room side, and then a connection, for example screwing of the wing-like fastening elements to the second layer 92 'can be provided Location 91 attached.

The profile 8 ', 8 ", which can be provided in all variants, can-as shown in the figures-overall be configured L-shaped as a first approximation and be arranged on the flanges Such a profile 8', 8" is made of optical material Beneficial because it allows a clean conclusion between the light emitting plate 4 and the adjacent region of the wall.

In the versions shown in the figures, the pivoting or bending direction is preferably provided such that when bending the individual adjacent segments each gape a distance apart, the resulting gap is optionally closed by the said cover. However, alternatively, for example, be provided that the bending direction - at least along a portion of the series 55 - in the opposite direction is possible. In this case, it is then preferable to provide modified segments whose U-shaped regions are designed such that a corresponding telescoping is made possible between adjacent segments.
