Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer une plaque en matériau à base de bois, en particulier une plaque en fibres de bois, dans lequel des fibres de bois ou des copeaux de bois mouillés d'une colle sont épandus sur une bande de transport circulant sans fin pour former un matelas (6) qui est transporté dans une direction de transport T vers diverses stations de traitement, est comprimé dans une presse de préformage (3) puis compressé sous influence de température et de pression dans une presse à chaud (5) pour former une plaque d'épaisseur désirée, procédé dans lequel le matelas (6) composé de copeaux de bois ou de fibres de bois sur la bande de transport (2) est soumis à une dépression derrière la presse de préformage (3) et devant la presse à chaud (5), et en même temps un liquide d'imprégnation est pulvérisé à l'aide de buses (7, 8) sur le matelas (6) de fibres ou de copeaux pour une imprégnation sur une partie de la surface, le liquide d'imprégnation se répartissant dans le matelas (6) en conséquence de la dépression et le liquide d'imprégnation est réticulé lors du pressage à chaud.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dépression est établie au-dessous du matelas (6) de copeaux ou de fibres et le liquide d'imprégnation est appliqué d'en haut sur le matelas (6) de fibres ou de copeaux.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le liquide d'imprégnation influe sur la capacité d'absorption d'eau des plaques en matériau à base de bois compressées finies.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le liquide d'imprégnation influe sur les valeurs de résistance mécanique des plaques en matériau à base de bois compressées.
