Schnittstellenelement, Schnittstellenelementaufnähme sowie ElektrogerätInterface element, Interfaceelementaufnähme and electrical appliance
Stand der TechnikState of the art
The invention relates to an interface element according to the preamble of claim 1, an interface element assembly according to claim 6, an electrical device according to claim 10 and a use according to claim 11.
Interface elements, which also include interface modules, are used for a wide variety of functions in electrical appliances. They are used wherever two parts, namely the interface element and an interface element receptacle are brought together or into one another. Frequently, an interface element is a battery compartment cover for closing a battery compartment (interface element receptacle) of an electrical device or an (electrical) interface between a battery compartment and an electric drive or electronics. Such interface elements usually have electrical contacts which are fixed to the hard plastic formed interface element, usually by over-injection. In addition to or instead of an electrical contacting known interface elements can perform a variety of functions and this example coding ribs, guide ribs, stop ribs, etc. have. In practice, interface partners (interface element and interface element mount) require close tolerance compliance with each other to accurately position the interface partners relative to one another.
Bei der bekannten schwimmenden Positionierung besteht die Option, dasIn the case of known interface partners, the positioning takes place either as far as possible without play or with a defined clearance, ie floating. In backlash-free positioning, the most accurate fit possible. In the floating positioning, however, the interface element is to be given the opportunity to move relative to the interface element receiving means, for example to compensate for tolerance deviations or to allow vibration shifts. In the known floating positioning there is the option that
Interface element by mechanical, formed of rigid material, spring elements to make resilient, so to realize a floating bearing with nominal position and restoring forces. Alternatively, a non-resilient, so free-floating positioning of the interface partners to each other possible.
Allgemein haben sämtliche bekannten Schnittstellenpartner den Nachteil, dass stoßartige Belastungen von Hartkomponen- tenabschnitten aufgenommen werden, und, insbesondere bei dauerhafter Belastung, zu Bruch oder anderen Beschädigungen führen .One disadvantage of floating interface partners that can be positioned relative to one another is that they generally have a lack of contamination resistance, as a result of which the relative adjustment possibility between the interface partners is lost over time, with the result that the interface partners can no longer sufficiently fulfill their function. With a fixed, backlash-free positioning is again disadvantageous that no adaptation of the interface partners is possible relative to each other, so that the scope of a play-free positioning is limited. In general, all known interface partners have the disadvantage that shock-like loads are absorbed by hard component sections and, in particular under permanent load, lead to breakage or other damage.

The invention is therefore based on the object of proposing an interface element as well as an interface element receptacle for an interface element with which, on the one hand, an exact relative positioning is possible and, on the other hand, damage is reliably avoided.
Furthermore, the object is to propose a correspondingly optimized electrical appliance.

This object is achieved with regard to the interface element having the features of claim 1, with regard to the interface element receptacle having the features of claim 6, with regard to the electrical device having the features of claim 10 and by a use according to claim 11. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims. The invention is based on the idea to provide a positioning section made of an elastic material, which permits relative displacement of the hard component portion of the interface element relative to the interface element receiving means. It is within the scope of the invention to realize the positioning section on the interface element and / or on the interface element receiving means. It is only essential that the positioning section is made of a more elastic (softer) material than the hard component section of the interface element. In other words, the invention consists in providing between the hard component section of the interface element and a hard component section of the interface element mounting a positioning section formed of an elastic material which, by its own elastic deformation, permits a relative movement between the two hard component sections of the interface partners. Due to the design of the positioning section made of an elastic material, a relative movement of the hard component section of the interface element for interface element reception along all spatial axes is preferably possible. In addition, the elastic positioning section advantageously additionally allows a pivoting movement of the hard component section about at least one, preferably around all three, spatial axes. An interface element designed according to the concept of the invention or an interface element receptacle designed according to the concept of the invention exclusively combines the advantages of play-free and floating positioning and avoids their disadvantages. On the one hand, exact relative positioning of the interface partners to one another is possible, and at the same time, the resistance to contamination is increased. In other words, the relative movement function of the positioning section is due to over the life occurring Contamination is not limited, since the relative movement between the at least one hard component section of the interface element and the at least one hard component section of the interface element receiver is realized only by an (internal) material deformation of the positioning section and not by a sliding relative movement. In addition, an increased mechanical strength is realized as play-free and slidably floating positioning. Furthermore, the mechanical robustness, in particular the breaking strength, is increased due to the impact absorbing function of the positioning section. In particular, an improved damping behavior is realized by the positioning section. This in turn results in an improved vibration resistance than known positions. In addition, the accuracy of fit compared to known floating positioning is optimized. Furthermore, the tolerance limits to be complied with can be increased due to the formation of the positioning of an elastic material.
When designing the positioning section, care must be taken to ensure that the characteristics of the elastic material are highly nonlinear compared to spring elements, i. Low restoring forces near the neutral position and relatively high restoring forces at the end of the displacement displacement path are achieved.
Under an interface element in the context of the invention, all components or assemblies are understood to meet a functional interface between two functional elements of the electrical appliance. As will be explained later, the interface element is preferably an electrical interface element with an electrical contact for establishing an electrical connection between a battery and / or accumulator compartment and the actual electrical appliance, in particular the at least one electric motor and / or the electronics of the electrical appliance. It is within the scope of the invention for the interface element to be permanently or detachably connected to the interface element receptacle. It is essential that in the mutually fixed state of the interface element and the interface element receiving means and / or during mounting of the interface partner a relative movement of the hard component section of the interface element relative to a hard component section of the interface element receiving means be made possible.
In a further development of the invention is advantageously provided that both the positioning and the hard component portion are formed of plastic, wherein the plastic forming the positioning is at room temperature, ie at about 20 0 C, softer than the plastic material of the hard component section. Particularly suitable for the formation of the positioning is Kunststoffelastomermaterial. Particularly preferably, the positioning section is formed from a thermoplastic elastomer material (TPE).
In a development of the invention, it is advantageously provided that the positioning section has direct contact with the hard component section of the interface element or the interface element receiver. For this purpose, it is possible to form the positioning section as a component separate from the hard component section and to arrange the components adjacent to one another, preferably in a form-locking manner. However, preferred are the positioning and the Hard component portion as insoluble composite component, in particular as a multi-component injection molded part formed. It is preferably a two-component plastic coating.
Of particular advantage is an embodiment of the interface element or of the interface element receptacle, in which at least one functional section is fixed to the hard component section of the interface element or to a hard component section of the interface element receptacle or the functional section is formed by the respective hard component section. For example, it is possible for the hard component section to have or form at least one electrical contact or at least one coding rib and / or at least one guide rib and / or at least one stop rib. In such an embodiment, the hard component portion has substantially hard, static functions, whereas the positioning portion has the soft, dynamic functions, in particular the interception of vibrations and shocks and other forces, and guaranteeing mobility of the interface member relative to the interface member housing. The positioning section also preferably provides restoring forces, for example for applying a spring force to contacts fixed to the hard component section in the direction of a battery or a rechargeable battery.
As mentioned above, an embodiment of the interface element is preferred as an electrical interface element, in which a designed as an electrical contact functional portion is provided, wherein the electrical contact, so the functional portion for producing a electrically conductive connection between a battery and / or an accumulator and an electrical system, in particular a drive motor and / or electronics, of the electrical appliance is used. Particularly preferred is an embodiment in which the at least one electrical contact is encapsulated by the hard component section of the interface element. Very particular preference is given to an embodiment in which the hard component section is in turn, at least in sections, in particular peripherally encapsulated by the positioning section formed from an elastic material.
In addition to the interface element described above and the interface element receptacle described above, the invention leads to an electrical device with an interface element described above and / or an interface element receptacle described above. In this case, it is possible for both the interface element and the interface element receiving means each to have a positioning section made of an elastic material, wherein the two positioning sections lie directly against one another in the assembled state. It is particularly preferred, however, to associate directly with either an interface element or only the interface element housing a positioning section made of an elastic material, wherein the positioning section in the mounted state has direct contact with a hard component section of the respective other component of the interface element receptacle or of the interface element.
In addition, the invention leads to a use of a previously described interface element and / or an interface element receptacle described above or on an electrical appliance, in particular a power tool or a domestic appliance, particularly preferably in or on an electric hand tool, in particular for forming an interface between two functional sections of the electrical appliance.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the interface element receiving means 2 is part of a housing 3 of an electrical appliance, not shown further, comprising an electric drive motor, likewise not shown.
The interface element 1, which is permanently held in the interface element element housing 2 after the one-time installation, establishes electrical contact between accumulators (not shown) and the electric drive motor of the electrical device (also not shown) by means of functional sections 4, 5 formed as electrical contacts.
Am Hartkomponentenabschnitt 6 sind weitere, als Kodierrippen ausgebildete Funktionsabschnitte 7, 8 ausgeformt .Evident is a hard component section 6 of the interface element 1, with which the metallic, electrical contacts formed as functional elements 4, 5 are encapsulated. At the hard component portion 6 further, designed as Kodierrippen functional sections 7, 8 are formed.
The hard component section 6 is peripherally encapsulated by a positioning section 9, consisting of elastomer material, here TPE. The composite component (in this case multi-component injection-molded part) comprising the hard component section 6 and the positioning section 9 is formed in a recess 10 of a hard component by means of the positioning section 9. tenabschnitts 11 of the interface element receiving 2 held clamped. Due to the elastic design of the positioning section 9, the hard component section 6 with its functional sections 4, 5, 7, 8 is movable within certain limits relative to the hard component section 11 of the interface element receptacle 2 in all spatial directions.
Zu erken- nen ist ferner, dass der Hartkomponentenabschnitt 11 der Schnittstellenelementaufnähme 2 in radialer Richtung ein Stück weit in den Positionierabschnitt 9 hineinragt - anders ausgedrückt wird der Hartkomponentenabschnitt 11 der Schnittstellenelementaufnähme 2 abschnittsweise von dem Po- sitionierabschnitt 9 des Schnittstellenelementes 1 umgriffen .FIG. 2 shows a further perspective view of the arrangement of interface element 1 and interface element receptacle 2 according to FIG. 1, wherein the interface element 1 can be seen in a view from above. Evident is the centric hard component section 6 which is encapsulated on the edge side by the positioning section 9, which in turn defines the interface element 1 in the interface element receptacle 2. On separate fastening means can be dispensed with due to the formation of the positioning advantageously. From Fig. 2, the formed as electrical contacts functional elements 7, 8 are shown in a view from below. It can also be seen that the hard component section 11 of the interface element receptacle 2 protrudes into the positioning section 9 in the radial direction - in other words, the hard component section 11 of the interface element receptacle 2 is encompassed in sections by the positioning section 9 of the interface element 1.
In Fig. 3 is shown in a schematic, partially sectioned view of an alternative arrangement comprising a Schnittstelleelement 1 and a Schnittstellenelementaufnähme 2. The interface element 1 comprises a hard component section 6, on which functional sections 4, 5 designed as electrical contacts are fixed. The hard Component section 6 is peripherally encapsulated by an elastic material forming a positioning section 9. The circumferential positioning section 9 in turn is accommodated in a circumferential receiving pocket 12 of the sectional element holder 2, wherein the receiving pocket 12 is in turn formed by two mutually parallel inwardly directed webs 13, 14 of a hard component section 11 of the interface element receiving means 2.
In Fig. 4 ist eine alternative Anordnung, umfassend einIn Fig. 4 is an alternative arrangement comprising a
Interface element 1 as well as an interface element receptacle 2 are shown. In contrast to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, the positioning section 9 is not an integral part of the interface element 1, but an integral component of the interface element housing 2. For this purpose, the positioning section 9 with a hard component section 11 of the interface element housing 2 is designed as a multi-component injection molded part. Alternatively, the positioning section 9 can also be designed as a component separate from the hard component section 11 and held, for example, by clamping on the hard component section 11. Further alternatively, a fixing of the positioning portion 9 by gluing the hard component portion 11 can be realized.
As shown in FIG. 4, the positioning section 9 is U-shaped in cross-section and forms a receiving pocket for the interface element 1. The positioning section 9 is held in a receiving pocket 12 of the interface element receiving means 2, the receiving pocket 12 being analogous to FIG is formed by two parallel webs 13, 14. From the positioning section 9 of the interface element holder 2, a hard component section 6 of the interface element 1 is held, wherein function sections 4, 5 formed by the hard component section 6 as electrical contacts are encapsulated to produce an electrical contact to an accumulator.
