In the adapter according to the invention for a on a mobile Device-mounted micro USB socket or mini USB socket is provided to equip the adapter next to a micro USB plug contact or mini USB plug contact with a contact body, which is connected to the USB plug contact wherein the contact body has at least one contact surface for engagement with a surface of the mobile device, and wherein the contact body has at least one contact surface with planar contacts. Such an adapter allows a Kontaktierungs- or Dekontaktierungsvorgang the mobile device with, for example, a holder, which can be done almost carefree, since the contact body with its contact surfaces relative to the sockets present on the mobile device mechanically designed much more robust and insensitive to contamination. Furthermore, the adapter also assumes the function of a protective cap for the socket of the mobile device, so that even if the adapter is not used as an electrical component, takes over a function. The core of the invention is an adapter by which not only the contact of a high-sensitivity socket is simplified on the mobile device, but which also takes a permanent protection of the socket of the mobile device, without affecting the usability of the mobile device.
Furthermore, the invention provides strip-shaped and / or punctiform form the flat contacts. As a result, a smooth, easy-to-contact contact surface is reached, on which in particular clothing fabrics do not get caught.
According to the invention, it is provided to form the contact body with at least one recessed grip and in particular two opposite recessed grip recesses. As a result, a tool-free removal of the adapter from the socket of the mobile device with the fingernail is possible.
Furthermore, the invention provides that the contact body is designed as a cap, which seals the mini-USB socket of the mobile device against an environment. hereby In particular, the penetration of lint is avoided, which are stuck in the socket of the mobile device and make them useless. According to the invention, it is also provided to form the contact surface of the body gummed or to cover the contact surface of the body with a flat sealing ring. As a result, a seal of the socket of the mobile device according to the IP54 rules, which are met for example by outdoor mobile phones, possible. Thus, an outdoor mobile phone retains its IP54 rating despite the use of the adapter.
In the arrangement according to the invention, which comprises a mobile device with a socket for contacting, a holder and an adapter, it is provided to form the adapter of a male contact and a contact body connected thereto, wherein the contact body at least one contact surface for abutment a surface of the mobile device, wherein the contact body has at least one contact surface with flat contacts and wherein the contact body forms a cap for the socket, which protects the socket even when using the mobile device without the holder. This makes it much easier to make contact with the mobile device in the holder, since the holder does not have to have a contact plug, which must be inserted into the socket of the mobile device, but rather for the contacting of the contact surface of the adapter arranged in the holder contact strip sufficient. This design allows for the contact strip of the holder and the use of spring-loaded contacts, so that a contact with a higher quality or with a lower sensitivity to vibration and manufacturing tolerances is possible. Furthermore, the adapter is used after removal of the mobile device from the holder as a protective cap for the socket of the mobile device.
The concretizations cited above with regard to the adapter also apply analogously to the arrangement according to the invention.
