Wie aus den Figuren hervorgeht, besteht eine solche Kontaktträgeranordnung für ein als Schutzkontaktsteckdose ausgeführtes elektrisches/elektronisches Installationsgerät hauptsächlich aus einem Gehäuse, welches ein Sockeloberteil 1 und ein Sockelunterteil 2 aufweist. Das Sockeloberteil 1 ist als Steckdosenzentralstück ausgeführt und einerseits mit den beiden, zur Einführung der Steckerstifte eines zugehörigen Schutzkontaktsteckers vorgesehenen, Steckeröffnungen 3 versehen. Andererseits sind im Sockeloberteil 1 zwei erste Aufnahmekammern 4 vorhanden, die jeweils zur Aufnahme eines Schneidklemmelementes 5 mit einem daran angeschlossenen Buchsenkontaktteil 6 vorgesehen sind. Über eine Schweißverbindung ist an jeden der beiden Schneidklemmelemente 5 ein Buchsenkontaktteil 6 angeschlossen. Zudem ist andererseits im Sockeloberteil 1 eine zweite Aufnahmekammer 7 vorhanden, die zur Aufnahme eines Schneidklemmelementes 5 mit einem daran angeschlossenen Erdungsbügel 8 vorgesehen ist. Der Erdungsbügel 8 ist ebenfalls über eine Schweißverbindung an sein zugehöriges Schneidklemmelement 5 angeschlossen. Außerdem ist ein Tragring 9 am Sockeloberteil 1 festgelegt. Der Tragring 9 dieser elektrischen Schutzkontaktsteckdose ist mit zwei Spreizkrallen S versehen, um für eine gebräuchliche Festlegung in üblichen Installationsdosen Sorge zu tragen. Im Sockeloberteil 1 sind also drei Schneidklemmelemente 5 aufgenommen. Jedes der drei Schneidklemmelemente 5 ist mit zwei Schneidklemmbereichen 5a versehen. Am Sockelunterteil 2 sind drei, mit elektrischen Leitungen L zusammenwirkende Betätigungshebel 12, 14 (Hebelanordnung) schwenkbar gelagert, welche jeweils durch manuelles Niederdrücken die zumindest eine zugeordnete elektrische Leitung L zur Kontaktierung in einen der beiden Schneidklemmbereiche 5a des zugehörigen Schneidklemmelementes 5 eindrückt. Jeder der drei Betätigungshebel 12, 14 weist zwei Aufnahmeöffnungen 13 zur Einführung der zum Anschluss vorgesehenen elektrischen Leitungen L auf. Die Lagerung der beiden ersten Betätigungshebel 12 erfolgt über vier, am Sockeloberteil 1 und am Sockelunterteil 2 vorhandene erste Drehlager 15. Die drehbewegliche Lagerung des einen weiteren Betätigungshebels 14 erfolgt über zwei, am Sockeloberteil 1 und am Sockelunterteil 2 vorhandene weitere Drehlager 16. Die vier ersten Drehlager 15 und die beiden weiteren Drehlager 16 sind jeweils in Lagerschalenhälften aufgeteilt, die hälftig am Sockeloberteil 1 und hälftig am Sockelunterteil 2 vorhanden sind. Die vier ersten Drehlager 15 und die beiden weiteren Drehlager 16 sind hälftig gegenüberliegend an der Unterseite des Sockeloberteils 1 und der Oberseite des Sockelunterteils 2 vorhanden. - Contact support for electric/electronic installation devices, consisting of a housing with upper base part (1) and lower base part (2), wherein in the housing there are several insulation displacement elements (5) with at least one insulation displacement area (5a) and wherein at the housing there are several swivel-mounted operation levers (12, 14) interacting with at least one electric lead (L), which operation levers, when pressed down manually, press the at least one assigned electric lead (L) for contacting into the insulation displacement area (5a) of the pertaining insulation displacement element (5), wherein, assigned to the insulation displacement elements (5), at the lower part of the lower base part (2) a lever arrangement is provided, consisting of two first operation levers (12) and one further operation lever (14), operable in opposite direction to the two first operation levers (12), wherein each operation lever (12, 14) has a bearing area (12a, 14a) and a lever area (12b, 14b), wherein at least one earth handle (8) is assigned to at least one insulation displacement element (5), characterized by the fact that the bearing areas (12a, 14a) of the three operation levers (12, 14) are wider by one third than the narrower lever areas (12b, 14b), and that at least one socket contact part (6) to take up the connector pin is assigned to at least one insulation displacement element (5), and that at least one insulation displacement element (5) provides at least two insulation displacement areas (5a) which are designed in arc shape.
- Contact support in accordance with Claim 1, characterized by the fact that the two first operation levers (12) are mounted in four first pivot bearings (15) provided at the upper base part (1) and/or at the lower base part (2), and the one further operation lever (14) is mounted in two further pivot bearings (16) at the upper base part (1) and/or at the lower base part (2).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 or 2, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (12, 14) is provided with a notch interacting with a catch.
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (12, 14) provides an operation recess for operation by means of a tool.
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 4, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (12, 14) is provided with at least one stopper element (17) for the electric lead (L).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 5, characterized by the fact that the upper base part (1) is provided with at least one first reception chamber (4) to receive at least one insulation displacement element (5) and a socket contact part (6).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 6, characterized by the fact that the upper base part (1) is provided with at least one second reception chamber (7) to receive at least one insulation displacement element (5) and an earth handle (8).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 7, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (12, 14) provides at least one reception opening (13) for insertion of at least one electric lead (L).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 8, characterized by the fact that the upper base part (1) is closed at the back by a protective cover (10).
- Contact support in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized by the fact that clip elements (11) coming into effect with one another are formed on the upper base part (1) and the lower base part (2).
- Contact support in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized by the fact that there at least two insulation displacement areas (5a) for holding electric leads (L) with different diameters.
- Contact support in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized by the fact that the lower base part (2) on its lower side turned to the upper base part (1) has at least one reception space (A) for the accommodation of the three operation levers (12, 14).
