Wie aus den Figuren hervorgeht, besteht eine solche Kontaktträgeranordnung für elektrische/elektronische Installationsgeräte hauptsächlich aus einem Gehäuse 1, welches ein Gehäuseoberteil 2 und ein Gehäuseunterteil 3 aufweist. Im Gehäuseoberteil 2 sind mehrere, mit jeweils zwei Schneidklemmbereichen 4 versehene Schneidklemmelemente 5 vorhanden. Am Gehäuse 1 sind vier, mit elektrischen Leitungen 6 zusammenwirkende Betätigungshebel 7 schwenkbar gelagert, welche durch manuelles Niederdrücken die zumindest eine zugeordnete elektrische Leitung 6 zur Kontaktierung in einen der beiden Schneidklemmbereiche 4 des zugehörigen Schneidklemmelementes 5 eindrückt. Jeder der vier Betätigungshebel 7 weist zwei Aufnahmeöffnungen 7h zur Einführung von elektrischen Leitungen 6 auf. Somit kann jeder Betätigungshebel 7 je nach Bedarf mit einer elektrischer Leitung 6 oder zwei elektrischen Leitungen 6 bestückt werden. Die vier am Gehäuse 1 gelagerten Betätigungshebel 7 sind paarweise zu einer ersten Hebelanordnung A und zu einer zweiten Hebelanordnung B zusammengefasst, wobei die beiden Betätigungshebel 7 der ersten Hebelanordnung A gegenläufig schwenkbar zu den beiden Betätigungshebeln 7 der zweiten Hebelanordnung B am Gehäuse 1 gelagert sind. Die vier Betätigungshebel 7 sind dabei der dem Gehäuseoberteil 2 abgewandten Unterseite des Gehäuseunterteils 3 zugeordnet. Oftmals sind solche elektrischen/elektronischen Installationsgeräte mit einem Träger 8 versehen, dem gegebenenfalls Spreizkrallen 9 zugeordnet sind, um für eine gebräuchliche Festlegung in üblichen Installationsdosen Sorge zu tragen. Die zweiten Drehlager 7c der beiden Hebelanordnungen A und B bestehen jeweils aus einem, an einen der beiden Betätigungshebel 7 angeformten Lagerzapfen, der in eine in dem anderen Betätigungshebel 7 eingeformte Lagerausnehmung eingreift. Jeder der vier Betätigungshebel 7 weist einen Lagerbereich 7b und einen Hebelbereich 7a auf. Der Hebelbereich 7a jedes Betätigungshebels 7 ist etwa halb so breit ausgeführt, wie der Lagerbereich 7b. Somit ergibt sich bei gegenläufiger Betätigung der jeweils beiden Betätigungshebel 7 der ersten Hebelanordnung A und der zweiten Hebelanordnung B eine besonders kompakt bauende Ausführung. Jeder Betätigungshebel 7 ist zudem an seinen Lageransätzen 7d mit mehreren Rastausformungen 7b versehen, welche mit zumindest einer, an die zugehörige zweite Lagerschalenhälfte 3b angeformte Rastnase 3c zusammenwirken. In jedem Betätigungshebel 7 ist zudem eine Betätigungskontur 7e eingeformt, damit bei Bedarf die Möglichkeit besteht, den Betätigungshebel 7 mittels eines Werkzeuges zu betätigen. Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine Betätigung mittels Werkzeug jedoch nicht vorgesehen, weshalb das Gehäuseunterteil 3 den Eingriff in die Betätigungskontur 7e vollständig verdeckt. Neben der möglichen seitlichen Betätigung mittels Werkzeug besteht auch die weitere Möglichkeit, mit dem Werkzeug das Hebelende zu untergreifen und somit den Betätigungshebel 7 zu lösen. Zudem sind in jedem der vier Betätigungshebel 7, wie bereits erwähnt, zwei Ausnahmeöffnungen 7h zur Einführung jeweils einer elektrischen Leitung 6 vorhanden. Außerdem ist jeder Betätigungshebel 7 einstückig mit einem, mit der einzuführenden elektrischen Leitung 6 bzw. mit den beiden einzuführenden elektrischen Leitungen 6 zusammen wirkenden Anschlagelement 7b versehen, um einen definierten Anschlag für den Einsteckvorgang zur Verfügung zu stellen, damit anschließend für eine sichere Kontaktierung der elektrischen Leitungen 6 mit den zugehörigen Schneidklemmelementen 5 Sorge getragen ist. Um das Gehäuseoberteil 2 dauerhaft sicher mit dem Gehäuseunterteil 3 zu verbinden, sind an diese, miteinander in Wirkverbindung kommende erste Clipselemente 2a und zweite Clipselemente 3a angeformt. Dabei sind die, an das Gehäuseoberteil 2 angeformten ersten Clipselemente 2a als Clipshaken und die, an das Gehäuseunterteil 3 angeformten zweiten Clipselemente 3a als Clipslaschen ausgeführt. Claims (11)
- Contact support for electric/electronic installation devices, consisting of a housing (1) with upper housing part (2) and lower housing part (3), wherein in the housing (1) there is at least one insulation displacement element (5) with at least one insulation displacement area (4) and wherein at the housing (1) there is at least one swivel-mounted operation lever (7) interacting with at least one electric lead (6), which operation lever, when pressed down manually, presses the at least one assigned electric lead (6) for contacting into the insulation displacement area (4) of the pertaining insulation displacement element (5), wherein at the housing (1) there are at least four operation levers (7) with one bearing area (7b) and one lever area (7a) each which, in pairs, are combined to one first lever arrangement (A) and to one second lever arrangement (B), wherein the two operation levers (7) of the first lever arrangement (A) are supported at the housing (1), swivable in opposite direction to the two operation levers (7), of the second lever arrangement (B), characterized by the fact that the lever areas (7a) of the four operation levers (7) are about half as wide as the bearing areas (7b), and that at least one insulation displacement element (5) is provided with a knife-edge bearing (5a), at which a toggle-type switching contact part (11) is swivel-mounted, and that the at least one insulation displacement element (5) provides two arc-shaped insulation displacement areas (4).
- Contact support in accordance with Claim 1, characterized by the fact that the two first operation levers (7) of the first lever arrangement (A) and the second lever arrangement (B) are beared via three first pivot bearings at the upper part of the housing (2) and/or the lower part of the housing (3) and one second pivot bearing arranged at the two associated operation levers (7).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 or 2, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (7) is provided with a notch (7f) interacting with a catch (3c).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (7) provides an operation recess (7e) for operation by means of a tool.
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 4, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (7) is provided with at least one stopper element (7g) for the electric lead (6).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 5, characterized by the fact that the upper housing part (2) is provided with at least one reception chamber (2c) to receive at least one insulation displacement element (5).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 6, characterized by the fact that at least one operation lever (7) is provided with at least one reception opening (7h) for insertion of at least one electric lead (6).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 7, characterized by the fact that in the interior of the housing (1) at least one protective cover (13) is provided.
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 8, characterized by the fact that at the upper part of the housing (2) and at the lower part of the housing (3) interacting first clips elements (2a) and second clips elements (3a) are mounted.
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 9, characterized by the fact that at least two insulation displacement areas (4) have different diameters to take up electric leads (6).
- Contact support in accordance with any of Claims 1 to 10, characterized by the fact that the lower part of the housing (3) at its lower part facing away from the upper part of the housing (2) has at least one reception chamber (14) to take up the four operation levers (7).
