Zur Verdeutlichung dieses regelmäßigen Versatzes ist eine (sich schräg über die Reihen erstreckende) Folge von Prägungen 22 gerastert dargestellt. Dies kann man dazu ausnutzen, die Wäsche bevorzugt gegen die Trommelöffnung oder gegen den Trommelboden hin zu bewegen.
