Claims (16)

  1. Etikettierverfahren der Art, die das Bedrucken, Anordnen zum Fixieren und Anbringen eines Etiketts (8) mit den Kenndaten an einer Packung, einem Coil oder Bündel (7) ermöglicht, die/das mit Mitteln vorwärts getrieben wird, die geeignet sind, dieselbe/dasselbe zu bewegen, und die/das mit Hilfe mindestens einer Schnur / eines Streifens / eines Bandes (5) verbunden ist, umfassend die Schritte des Druckens des Etiketts, des Anordnens zum Fixieren des Etiketts mit Hilfe des Anbringens eines Befestigungsdrahtes (9) durch eine Öffnung hindurch, die in dem Etikett vorhanden ist,
    wobei an dem Befestigungsdraht (8) Folgendes ausgeführt wird:
    • Bilden eines Hakens (11) zum einhakenden Fixieren an einem Ende und
    • Bilden einer das Ausfädeln des Etiketts verhindernden Biegung (10) am gegenüber liegenden Ende, die eine Form aufweist, die dazu dient, das Ausfädeln des vorher aufgefädelten Etiketts (8) zu verhindern oder umgekehrt, und
    • Anbringen der auf diese Weise erhaltenen Etikett-und-Fixierdrahtanordnung (9) an einer/einem am Kopfende befindlichen Schnur/Streifen/Band (5) der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels (7) mit Hilfe des Einhakens des Fixierhakens (11).
  2. Etikettierverfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) größer als der Abstand zwischen der Position der Schnur (5) am Kopfende und dem Kopfende der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels (7) selbst ist, und dadurch, dass das Etikett (8) derart an der Schnur in der Nähe des Kopfendes der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels angebracht wird, dass das Etikett in Bezug auf das vordere Ende der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels frontal angeordnet wird.
  3. Etikettierverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsdraht (9) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zum Kopfende der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels (7) angeordnet wird und das Etikett (8) senkrecht zum Befestigungsdraht (9) angeordnet wird.
  4. Etikettierverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Ausfädeln verhindernde Biegung (10) des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) in Form einer Öse gebildet wird.
  5. Etikettierverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (11) des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) in Form eines halb geschlossenen Ringes gebildet wird, dessen Laschenende nach außen gerichtet ist, um mit Hilfe von Traktion das Einhaken in quer verlaufende Fixiermittel (5) zu erleichtern.
  6. Etikettierverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsdraht (9) geradlinig ist.
  7. Etikettierverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) des Etiketts (8) größer als der Abstand zwischen der Schnur (5) am hinteren Ende und dem hinteren Ende der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels (7) selbst ist, und dadurch, dass das Etikett (8) derart an der Schnur in der Nähe des hinteren Endes der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels angebracht wird, dass das Etikett in Bezug auf das hintere Ende der Packung, des Coils oder Bündels hinten angeordnet ist.
  8. Etikettierverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsdraht (9) durch Dehnen der Schnur (5) arretiert wird, wonach diese vor dem Straffen durch den Manipulator dadurch in Position gebracht wird, dass der Manipulator den Befestigungsdraht (9) zum Ende zurückzieht, um den Haken (11) einzuhängen, wenn der Strang (5) noch locker ist.
  9. Etikettiermaschine (1) zum Bedrucken, Anordnen zum Fixieren und Anbringen eines Etiketts mit den Kenndaten an einem Coil, Bündel oder einer Packung (7), die/das mit Hilfe von Mitteln des Zusammenbindens verbunden ist, wobei die Etikettiermaschine (1) gemäß dem Verfahren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 arbeitet, wobei die Maschine aus einem Drucker oder Locher (2), einer Biegevorrichtung (3) für den Befestigungsdraht und einem Manipulator (4) besteht, wobei der Drucker oder Locher (2) ein Etikett (8) mit Kenndaten erzeugt, wobei die Biegevorrichtung (3) des Befestigungsdrahtes die Arbeitsgänge des Fädelns des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) durch eine im Etikett (8) vorhandene Öffnung (24), des Biegens eines der Enden des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) in die Form eines Hakens (11) mit Hilfe einer Wickelvorrichtung und das Biegen des gegenüber liegenden Endes des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) in die Form einer das Ausfädeln verhindernden Biegung (10) mit Hilfe der Endbiegeschere ausführt, wobei die das Ausfädeln verhindernde Biegung (10) eine Wölbung bildet, die in Bezug zu den Abmessungen der im Etikett (8) vorhandenen Öffnung (24) größere Abmessungen aufweist, wobei der Manipulator (4) die auf diese Weise gebildete Anordnung aus Befestigungsdraht und Etikett derart zurückzieht, dass diese am Coil, Bündel oder an der Packung (7) angebracht werden kann.
  10. Etikettiermaschine (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucker oder Locher (2) Mittel zum Zuführen des Etiketts (8) zur Biegevorrichtung (3) des Befestigungsdrahtes mit Hilfe eines Schlitzes (15) aufweist, der in der Biegevorrichtung selbst vorhanden ist, wobei die Biegevorrichtung Mittel umfasst, um dank der Aktion des Ziehmechanismus (12) sowohl das Anbringen des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) durch die Öffnung (24) des Etiketts (8) hindurch als auch die Bildung eines Fixierhakens (11) am Befestigungsdraht (9) mit Hilfe der Wickelvorrichtung (16) sowie die Bildung der das Ausfädeln verhindernden Biegung (10) am gegenüber liegenden Ende des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) und das Schneiden des Befestigungsdrahtes mit Hilfe der Endbiegeschere (14) auszuführen.
  11. Etikettiermaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Manipulator (4) Mittel zum Anbringen des Etiketts (8) an der Schnur (5) in der Nähe des Kopfendes des Coils, Bündels oder der Packung (7) derart aufweist, dass das Etikett (8) in Bezug zum vorderen Ende des Coils, Bündels oder der Packung (7) frontal angeordnet ist.
  12. Etikettiermaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Manipulator (4) Mittel zum Anbringen des Etiketts (8) an der Schnur (5) in der Nähe des hinteren Endes des Coils, Bündels oder der Packung (7) derart aufweist, dass das Etikett in Bezug zum hinteren Ende des Coils, Bündels oder der Packung (7) hinten angeordnet ist.
  13. Etikettiereinheit, die mindestens eine Etikettiermaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12 umfasst und nach dem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8 arbeitet, Folgendes umfassend:
    a) Mittel zum Vorwärtsbewegen und Biegen des Befestigungsdrahtes (9),
    b) Mittel zum Biegen des Befestigungsdrahtes (9), um einen vorderen Haken (11) zu bilden,
    c) Mittel zum Schneiden des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) auf Länge,
    d) Mittel zum Fädeln eines Etiketts (8) auf den Befestigungsdraht (9),
    e) Mittel zum Biegen des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) am hinteren Ende, um das Ausfädeln des Etiketts (8) vom Befestigungsdraht (9) zu verhindern, und
    f) Mittel zum Einhaken des Befestigungsdrahtes (9) mit dem Etikett (8) an Mitteln zum Zusammenbinden (5) eines Packens von Drähten, Stäben und/oder Profilen sowohl in Bündeln als auch in Coils.
  14. Walzanlage für Draht, Stäbe oder Metallprofile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine nachgelagerte Etikettiereinheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch umfasst.
  15. Packung von Stäben, die mit Hilfe von Schnüren (5) gebunden ist, welche in Bezug zur Längsrichtung der Stäbe quer ausgerichtet sind und die gesamte Packung der Stäbe verschnüren, wobei die Packung mit Hilfe eines Etiketts (8) für die Kopf-, Front- und hinterseitige Etikettierung etikettiert ist, wobei die Etikettierung gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit der Befestigungsdraht- und Etikettanordnung ausgeführt ist.
  16. Packung von Stäben, die mit Hilfe von Schnüren (8) gebunden ist, welche in Bezug zur Längsrichtung der Stäbe quer ausgerichtet sind und die gesamte Packung der Stäbe verschnüren, wobei die Packung mit Hilfe eines Etiketts (1) für die Kopf-, Front- und hinterseitige Etikettierung etikettiert ist, wobei die Etikettierung gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis mit der Befestigungsdraht- und Etikettanordnung ausgeführt ist.
