Claims (11)
- Cartouche de filtration (1) destinée à un sèche-linge ménager (2) pourvu d'une ouverture de chargement/déchargement de linge (3a), d'une fente (3b) formée dans le bord périphérique de ladite ouverture de chargement/déchargement de linge (3a) et d'un conduit de recirculation d'air (9), ladite cartouche de filtration (1) comprenant une plaque de support (20) qui est réalisée en matière plastique et qui est structurée de façon à pouvoir être insérée de manière amovible dans ladite fente (3b) dudit sèche-linge (2) de manière à fermer complètement ladite fente (3b), et une coque creuse (21) sensiblement en forme de sac qui fait saillie en porte-à-faux depuis la face arrière de la plaque de support (20) de manière à s'étendre, lorsque ladite cartouche de filtration est insérée dans ladite fente (3b), à l'intérieur d'une section dudit conduit de recirculation d'air (9) dudit sèche-linge (2) ; caractérisé en ce que la coque creuse (21) est réalisée d'une seule pièce avec la plaque de support (20) par un procédé de moulage par injection, et est divisée en deux pièces complémentaires (22a, 22b) de type soupape qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre de façon articulées latéralement, chaque pièce (22a, 22b) de type soupape comprenant un bord périphérique d'accouplement, lesdits bords venant en butée l'un contre l'autre, la cartouche de filtration (1) étant également pourvue d'un premier joint annulaire (24) qui est réalisé en élastomère thermoplastique et qui est sur-injecté sur tout le bord périphérique de la plaque de support (20), et/ou d'un deuxième joint annulaire (25) qui est réalisé en élastomère thermoplastique et qui est sur-injecté le long de tout le bord périphérique d'accouplement d'au moins une des deux pièces (22a, 22b) de type soupape.
- Cartouche de filtration selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux deuxièmes joints annulaires (25) réalisés en élastomère thermoplastique, chacun d'eux étant sur-injecté le long de tout le bord périphérique d'accouplement d'une pièce (22a, 22b) respective de type soupape.
- Cartouche de filtration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les deux pièces (22a, 22b) de type soupape de la coque creuse (21) sont reliées l'une à l'autre de façon articulée sur le côté opposé de la plaque de support (20).
- Cartouche de filtration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite plaque de support (20) est pourvue d'une ouverture traversante (20a) à travers laquelle le flux d'air (f) peut entrer dans la coque creuse (21) ; et en ce que la paroi de fond de chaque pièce (22a, 22b) de type soupape de ladite coque creuse (21) est pourvue d'au moins une ouverture traversante (21a), qui est entièrement recouverte d'une grille ou d'un filet à mailles serrées ou d'une pièce de gaze (23) correctement dimensionné pour retenir les particules de peluches et/ou de fibres textiles dans la coque creuse (21).
- Cartouche de filtration selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture traversante (20a) de la plaque de support (20) est recouverte par une grille d'une seule pièce avec la plaque de support (20) elle-même.
- Cartouche de filtration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de support (20) est sensiblement de forme rectangulaire, et est pliée incurvée correctement de façon à correspondre au profil du bord périphérique de l'ouverture de chargement/déchargement de linge (3a) du sèche-linge (2).
- Cartouche de filtration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la coque creuse (21) a une section transversale sensiblement en forme de V.
- Cartouche de filtration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élastomère thermoplastique a une dureté dans la gamme allant de 35 à 60 Shore A.
- Cartouche de filtration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier joint annulaire (24) et/ou ledit deuxième joint annulaire (25) sont réalisés en Santoprene™.
- Sèche-linge ménager (2) comprenant une caisse d'enveloppe extérieure (3) et, à l'intérieur de la caisse,- un tambour rotatif (4) destiné à loger le linge à sécher, et fixé de manière à tourner axialement à l'intérieur de la caisse (3), directement face à une ouverture de chargement/déchargement de linge (3a) formée dans la face avant de la caisse (3) ;- une porte (5) reliée de façon articulée à la face avant de la caisse (3) de façon à pivoter vers et depuis une position de fermeture dans laquelle la porte (5) repose complètement contre la caisse pour fermer l'ouverture de chargement/déchargement de linge (3a) et fermer hermétiquement le tambour rotatif (4) ; et- un générateur d'air chaud (8) destiné à faire circuler un courant d'air chaud à l'intérieur du conteneur de séchage de linge (4) ; le générateur d'air chaud (8) comprenant de son côté- un conduit de recirculation d'air (9) relié aux deux extrémités au tambour rotatif (4) ;- des moyens de ventilation (10) capables de produire, le long du conduit de recirculation d'air (9), un flux d'air (f) qui circule à travers le tambour rotatif (4) ;- des moyens de refroidissement de flux d'air (13) situés le long du conduit de recirculation d'air (9) et capables de refroidir rapidement le flux d'air (f) sortant du tambour rotatif (4) pour condenser l'humidité excédentaire dans le flux d'air (f) ;- des moyens de chauffage du flux d'air (14) situés le long du conduit de recirculation d'air (9), en aval desdits moyens de refroidissement de flux d'air (13), et capables de chauffer rapidement le flux d'air (f) retournant dans le tambour rotatif (4) ; et- des moyens de filtration (1) qui sont placés le long du conduit de recirculation d'air (9), au amont moins des moyens de refroidissement de flux d'air (13), et qui sont structurés de manière à éviter que des particules de peluches et/ou de fibres textiles atteignent au moins les moyens de refroidissement de flux d'air (13) et les moyens de chauffage de flux d'air (14) ;l'entrée du conduit de recirculation d'air (9) étant définie par une fente (3b) formée dans le bord périphérique de l'ouverture de chargement/déchargement de linge (3a) ; ledit sèche-linge ménager (2) étant caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de filtration (1) comprend une cartouche de filtration (1) qui est insérée de manière facilement amovible dans la fente (3b) formée dans le bord périphérique de ladite ouverture de chargement/déchargement de linge (3a), et qui est réalisée selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 7.
- Sèche-linge ménager selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de refroidissement de flux d'air (13) et lesdits moyens de chauffage de flux d'air (14) sont constitués respectivement d'un premier (13) et d'un second échangeur de chaleur air/réfrigérant (14) d'un ensemble formant pompe à chaleur (11) logé à l'intérieur de la caisse d'enveloppe extérieure (3).
