Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a slat system, in particular a slat system for shading and decorating transparent or opaque surfaces, such as window or wall surfaces, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- this mechanism using pivoting elements ensures the relative alignment of the individual slats to each other by the individual slats can be simultaneously rotated about its suspension or longitudinal axis, so that more or less light through the individual slats or the spaces between the individual Slats penetrates into the room.
- horizontal slat curtains are already known in which the individual slats, which have a width of about 2 to 5 cm, are guided on vertical strings and between a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation can be pivoted. Both the width of the individual slats of vertical slatted curtains and the width of the individual slats of horizontal slatted curtains are variable and subject to no restriction.
- Slat curtains with vertical and horizontal alignment have in common that the individual slats overlap in each case such that the slats pivoted in a common plane form a completely closed surface.
- Standard slatted curtains are preferably available in white; In addition, colored slat curtains are also available on the market. Similarly, vertical slat curtains are already known, which have a certain structure of the substance from which the slats consist, in order to visually enhance the slatted curtain.
- the FR 2 779 992 called, which discloses a generic vertical slat system.
- the lamella system in this case comprises a plurality of mutually parallel and decorated lamellae, each comprising at one end face a pivot member, wherein the pivot elements are mounted in a rail-like receptacle in a common plane pivotable and slidable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the receptacle.
- the prepared total decor is printed on the roll in the form of Rohlamellen and separated by a cut between adjacent lamellae in individual lamellae.
- the present invention has the object, a method for producing a slat system, in particular a slat system for shading and decorating transparent or opaque surfaces, in which in the closed state of the slat system, the decorated and overlapping slats.
- a slat system for shading and decorating transparent or opaque surfaces
- the decorated and overlapping slats To complement a closed overall theme, taking into account the manufacturing tolerances occurring during the printing and cutting of the slats, the respective partial decors in the overlap of each adjacent slats merge seamlessly and without offset into each other to provide.
- this object is achieved by a method for producing a lamella system having the features of the preamble of the first claim, which has the process steps specified in the characterizing part of the first patent claim.
- a dimension sketch according to the dimensions of the transparent to be shaded is first of all made or opaque surface created in the further manufacturing process, the data processing of the overall decor and setting the cutting marks, followed by the pressure of the overall decor on the Rohlamellen, then the individual Rohlamellen be further processed and cut out the slats from the roller conveyor. This is done by two parallel cuts, which are expediently carried out simultaneously between the slats at twice the distance of the trimming. Finally, the individual slats cut out of the roller conveyor are assembled.
- the data processing and the subsequent printing are carried out in several process steps, which differ significantly compared to the production of classic lamellae systems.
- a file containing the entire decoration is created as the first layer and a second layer containing the number of required raw slats. Now, a superposition of the two layers, at which time the individual Rohllamellen their part decors are assigned. Then the crop marks are set. Following the decorating, preferably printing, the entire roller conveyor takes place, taking into account the overlapping longitudinal edges and the trims of the individual Rohlamellen.
- the slats are cut out of the roller conveyor, in such a way that in each case between two adjacent slats the trimming stops.
- two parallel slices at a double distance of the trimming are expediently carried out simultaneously between two slats.
- the final step in the production of the lamella system according to the invention is followed by the assembly of the individual lamellae, which form the formation of loops at the front ends of the lamellae, fastening the pivot elements in the region of at least one end face of the lamella and the locking of all pivot elements on the rail-like receptacle includes.
- the decorating of the lamellar web comprises in the context of the invention in particular the pictorial printing.
- a lamella system produced by the process according to the invention in particular a lamella system for shading and decorating transparent or opaque surfaces, has at least a plurality of mutually parallel and partially overlapping decorated lamellae, each comprising at least at one end face a pivot member, wherein the mutually coupled pivot members are mounted in a rail-like receptacle, so that the lamellae both pivoted relative to each other can also be moved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the recording.
- each Rohlamelle (2) has in the region of the width of overlapping longitudinal edges (4) of adjacent lamellae (3) and one on each Rohlamelle (2) on both longitudinal edges (4) arranged trim (6) double-shaped decorative elements.
- the width of each individual lamella results from the width of a completely decorated Rohlamelle, which is reduced by the width of a arranged on both longitudinal edges of this Rohlamelle section.
- the essential advantage of this invention is that the provision of a cut later cut out in the course of each Rohlamelle results in a paragraph-free and closed overall decor of the lamella system.
- the cutting marks for the trimming of the raw lamellae are applied with the printing on the roller conveyor.
- Rohlamelle including their arranged on the longitudinal edges of the two trims, is decorated.
- all the slats including their overlap, have an equal width. This ensures that all slats are aligned flush with each other in the contracted state of the slat system and are present as a stack.
- all slats preferably have an equally wide overlap.
- the decorated trimming which is provided in each case on both longitudinal sides of the Rohlamellen, each has a width between 2 mm to 10 mm.
- the FIG. 1 shows a view of a print file to be created as a first layer, which includes the required number, height, width and overlap of the Rohlmaellen 2 as essential parameters. These parameters are variable depending on the length of the rail-like recording or width of the surface to be shaded and are determined based on the desired production dimension.
- the width of each Rohlamellen 2 has been extended to the left and right to a 3 mm wide trim 6, so that by way of example a final lamella 3 with a width of 127 mm corresponds to a Rohlamelle 2 with a width of 133 mm.
- the height of the slat system 1 according to the invention in the example shown is 1500 mm and the width 1150 mm. This results in 10 blades 3 with a blade width of 127 mm, a fin spacing of 113 mm and with an overlap on a longitudinal edge 4 of 14 mm.
- FIG. 2 shows the motif to be applied to the fully closed lamellae curtain.
- the FIG. 3 shows an overlay of the file formed as a first layer with a decorated as a second layer.
- the printed image of the overall decoration comprises a number of partial decors corresponding to the number of Rohlamellen 2, which do not merge seamlessly in the region of the indicated longitudinal edges 4 of the Rohlamellen 2. Rather, in the area of the overlapping longitudinal edges 4 of adjacent 2 Rohlamellen double-pictured decorative elements are shown, which are on the one hand from the cutting out of the slats 3 from the printed roller conveyor remaining trimming 6 and on the other from the pivoted in a common plane final Slat system 1 overlapping image area 5 composed.
- the doubly illustrated decorative elements ensure that, on the one hand, the cutting out of the slats 3 from the printed roller conveyor can take place with a maximum tolerance corresponding to the width of the trimming 6 and, on the other hand, the final slats 3 of a slat system 1 produced according to the invention pivoted into a common plane complete a paragraph-free closed overall decor.
- Each lamella 3 has only one overlap 5, which is always arranged on the same longitudinal edge 4.
- This view shows, in principle, the finished sipe system 1, as it is later seen in the original in front of the transparent or opaque surface in the closed state.
- the method steps for producing a lamellae system comprise the three method steps: creation of a dimensional sketch 7, classical further processing 12 by cutting the lamellae of the rolled product 12 and the subsequent assembly 11.
- the method steps for producing the lamella system 1 according to the invention differ from the production method according to the prior art in that, instead of the conventional further processing 12, the method steps of data preparation 8, printing 9 and further processing 10 are carried out.
- the individual method steps for producing the lamella system 1 according to the invention will be explained in more detail.
- the desired motif can consist of both visual content and pure text; they can be simple company logos or whole landscape photos. There is also the possibility of the lamella system 1 whole or only partially printed. There are no restrictions regarding the selection of the motif or decoration and the design.
- a file is created as the first layer, which includes the desired number of Rohlamellen 2 in the desired width and height, with the overlap 5, which may be different depending on the width of the entire slat system 1, is taken exactly into account. Each slat 3 must later overlap the following by the correct width, as measured by the desired slat system 1.
- the overlap 5 within a sipe system 1 is identical for each individual sipe 3.
- Each Rohlamelle 2 is both left and right each about 3 mm larger than the desired end width of the blade 3; this area corresponds to the trimming 6 according to the invention, which only in the later course simplifies the further processing 10 when the individual slats 3 are cut out of the entire printed roller conveyor.
- the Rohlamellen 2 are increased by defined length additions to allow a classical further processing with plants used in the sun protection area.
- the length additions are areas that are required, inter alia, for the loops of the finished slats 3.
- the Rohlamellen 2 certain markers are set, which are necessary for a corresponding detection in various automated machines. Depending on the technical state of the processing machines used these length additions and brands are variable at any time without further effort.
- the entire motif is now aligned in a second layer above the first layer, as needed, can then be divided into individual Rohlamellen 2 and thus gives the desired number of Rohlamellen 2 with the respective section of the overall motif and a trimming 6 of about 3 mm to each side of the individual Rohlamelle 2.
- the Rohlamellen 2 can now be placed side by side, that the overlap 5 is visible and from each Rohlamelle 2 the full width, including the cut 6 of 3 mm, is revealed. As a final step, the necessary cut marks are set, which separate the subject cutout from the respective 3 mm trim.
- the special feature of the printing 9 is that basically can be printed on all sorts of materials, both special digital printing materials and originals used in sunscreen materials can be used. It is therefore exactly the materials that without the individual printing in the Sunscreen area can be used, readily printable. These are, for example, Trevira CS fabrics. It can be printed with a commercial digital printing system, which is preferably designed for recording and printing of roll materials. The roll is printed in a currently common web width of approx. 2.40 m. If this width is not sufficient for the desired number of lamellae 3, then the further Rohlamellen 2 are simply printed subsequently, so that there are virtually no restrictions both in the height and in the width of the lamella system 1. The printed material is immediately dry after printing 9 and resistant to sunlight, color or bleeding colors. If the desired lamellar webs are printed, the work step described further on, step 10, is continued.
- the individual slats 3 are now cut out of the roller conveyor in the course of further processing 10.
- the previously created crop marks serve this purpose.
- the sloping trimming ensures that it is not absolutely necessary to cut along the edge along which the decoration changes from one slat 3 to the next slat 3, so that the final slats 3 pivoted into a common plane become a paragraph-free and closed one Complete decor.

Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a slat system, in particular a slat system for shading and decorating transparent or opaque surfaces, such as window or wall surfaces, according to the preamble of
Generic lamellae systems have established themselves both in office space and in living spaces, in particular as so-called vertical slat curtains. With regard to vertical slatted curtains, this is the case in particular where it is desired to shade large transparent or opaque areas. Using a rail-like receptacle, the lamellae systems are arranged along window surfaces and can be pushed together on one or both sides in the horizontal direction by means of a mechanism placed in the rail-like receptacle in order to completely expose the window front. In addition, this mechanism using pivoting elements ensures the relative alignment of the individual slats to each other by the individual slats can be simultaneously rotated about its suspension or longitudinal axis, so that more or less light through the individual slats or the spaces between the individual Slats penetrates into the room.
In addition to so-called vertical slatted curtains, in which the individual slats usually have a width of 127 mm, horizontal slat curtains are already known in which the individual slats, which have a width of about 2 to 5 cm, are guided on vertical strings and between a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation can be pivoted. Both the width of the individual slats of vertical slatted curtains and the width of the individual slats of horizontal slatted curtains are variable and subject to no restriction.
Slat curtains with vertical and horizontal alignment have in common that the individual slats overlap in each case such that the slats pivoted in a common plane form a completely closed surface.
Standard slatted curtains are preferably available in white; In addition, colored slat curtains are also available on the market. Similarly, vertical slat curtains are already known, which have a certain structure of the substance from which the slats consist, in order to visually enhance the slatted curtain.
Both in living areas and in offices, such slat curtains have their limits, where emphasis is placed on curtains with a motif on the completely closed slatted curtain. These slatted curtains have hitherto been regarded as unsuitable, since a motif extending over several slats is partially covered by the overlapping arrangement of the individual slats and accordingly, in particular, pictorial motifs are cut up and thus do not come into their own.
The prepared total decor is printed on the roll in the form of Rohlamellen and separated by a cut between adjacent lamellae in individual lamellae.
Based on the above-described prior art, the present invention has the object, a method for producing a slat system, in particular a slat system for shading and decorating transparent or opaque surfaces, in which in the closed state of the slat system, the decorated and overlapping slats To complement a closed overall theme, taking into account the manufacturing tolerances occurring during the printing and cutting of the slats, the respective partial decors in the overlap of each adjacent slats merge seamlessly and without offset into each other to provide.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a method for producing a lamella system having the features of the preamble of the first claim, which has the process steps specified in the characterizing part of the first patent claim. According to the method of the invention, a dimension sketch according to the dimensions of the transparent to be shaded is first of all made or opaque surface created in the further manufacturing process, the data processing of the overall decor and setting the cutting marks, followed by the pressure of the overall decor on the Rohlamellen, then the individual Rohlamellen be further processed and cut out the slats from the roller conveyor. This is done by two parallel cuts, which are expediently carried out simultaneously between the slats at twice the distance of the trimming. Finally, the individual slats cut out of the roller conveyor are assembled.
The data processing and the subsequent printing are carried out in several process steps, which differ significantly compared to the production of classic lamellae systems.
A file containing the entire decoration is created as the first layer and a second layer containing the number of required raw slats.
With the presence of the printed roller conveyor, which has a "broken" overall decor, the further processing of the roller conveyor. The slats are cut out of the roller conveyor, in such a way that in each case between two adjacent slats the trimming stops. For this purpose, two parallel slices at a double distance of the trimming are expediently carried out simultaneously between two slats.
The final step in the production of the lamella system according to the invention is followed by the assembly of the individual lamellae, which form the formation of loops at the front ends of the lamellae, fastening the pivot elements in the region of at least one end face of the lamella and the locking of all pivot elements on the rail-like receptacle includes.
The decorating of the lamellar web comprises in the context of the invention in particular the pictorial printing.
A lamella system produced by the process according to the invention, in particular a lamella system for shading and decorating transparent or opaque surfaces, has at least a plurality of mutually parallel and partially overlapping decorated lamellae, each comprising at least at one end face a pivot member, wherein the mutually coupled pivot members are mounted in a rail-like receptacle, so that the lamellae both pivoted relative to each other can also be moved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the recording. In the closed state of the slat system adjacent slats overlap such that the one longitudinal edge of a slat x below a previous slat x-1 and the other longitudinal edge of the slat x above a subsequent slat x + 1 is arranged, which can be pivoted in a common plane Add lamellas to a complete decoration without heels. The decoration applied to each Rohlamelle (2) has in the region of the width of overlapping longitudinal edges (4) of adjacent lamellae (3) and one on each Rohlamelle (2) on both longitudinal edges (4) arranged trim (6) double-shaped decorative elements. The width of each individual lamella results from the width of a completely decorated Rohlamelle, which is reduced by the width of a arranged on both longitudinal edges of this Rohlamelle section.
The essential advantage of this invention is that the provision of a cut later cut out in the course of each Rohlamelle results in a paragraph-free and closed overall decor of the lamella system. The cutting marks for the trimming of the raw lamellae are applied with the printing on the roller conveyor.
It is also essential that the entire Rohlamelle, including their arranged on the longitudinal edges of the two trims, is decorated.
In a preferred embodiment, all the slats, including their overlap, have an equal width. This ensures that all slats are aligned flush with each other in the contracted state of the slat system and are present as a stack.
Furthermore, all slats preferably have an equally wide overlap. The decorated trimming, which is provided in each case on both longitudinal sides of the Rohlamellen, each has a width between 2 mm to 10 mm.

The desired motif can consist of both visual content and pure text; they can be simple company logos or whole landscape photos. There is also the possibility of the
Subsequently, the
The special feature of the
Already performed tests of the compound material and ink have proven a nearly maximum achievable lightfastness and confirm the high durability of the printed motifs, which are heavily stressed by the partially massive sunlight. Furthermore, the motifs are certified in conjunction with the Trevira CS, B1 often used in the sun shading area, especially for simple vertical blinds. Using suitable components, a maximum of security and durability can be achieved, even on commercially available and untreated
The
