Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une bande de fibres multicouche, en particulier de papier brut multicouche, dans lequel au moins deux couches de papier (34, 35) sont écartées l'une de l'autre et au moins une couche (34, 35) est, avant la juxtaposition avec l'autre couche, humidifiée à l'aide d'un dispositif d'humidification (P) par un premier fluide qui est une suspension composée d'un mélange de liquide et d'amidon,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que l'au moins une couche présente, lorsqu'elle atteint le dispositif d'humidification, encore une teneur en eau d'environ 50%.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le premier fluide pour l'humidification est pulvérisé au moyen d'un deuxième fluide.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le degré de pulvérisation du premier fluide est réglé par son débit et/ou la pression dans le deuxième fluide.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que le deuxième fluide est un agent gonflant, en particulier un gaz.
  5. Dispositif de fabrication d'une bande de fibres muticouche, en particulier de papier brut multicouche, dans lequel deux couches de papier (34, 35) sont juxtaposées, au moins à une couche (34, 35) étant associé un dispositif d'humidification (P, P') qui convient pour humidifier l'au moins une couche par un premier fluide, et qui est disposé devant un dispositif de couchage (36) destiné à la juxtaposition de couches de papier (34, 35) individuelles, le premier fluide étant une suspension composée d'un mélange de liquide et d'amidon, caractérisé par le fait que l'au moins une couche présente, lorsqu'elle atteint le dispositif d'humidification, encore une teneur en eau d'environ 50%.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'humidification (P, P'), présente au moins un dispositif de pulvérisation par jet (3).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de pulvérisation par jet (3) est disposé sur une poutre d'arrosage (1, 1').
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de pulvérisation par jet (3) présente au moins une connexion (13) destinée à connecter le dispositif de pulvérisation par jet (3) au premier fluide et une connexion (14, 15) destinée à connecter le dispositif de pulvérisation par jet (3) à un deuxième fluide.
