Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verschlusses (1) für einen Behälterhals (2),
    wobei es eine rohrförmige Schürze (12) gibt, die den Hals (2) umgeben kann und sowohl mit Einrichtungen (22) für den dauerhaften Halt um den Hals als auch mit Einrichtungen (18) zur lösbaren Befestigung am Hals versehen ist, und
    wobei die Schürze und eine Schneide (110) zueinander um die Längsachse (X-X) der Schürze so in Drehung versetzt werden, dass die Schneide in der Schürze eine Schwächungs-Umfangslinie (20) ausschneidet, die sowohl durchgehende Einschnitte (24) als auch zwischen diesen Einschnitten entlang des Umfangs der Schürze abreißbare Brücken (26) enthält, die geeignet sind, um bei der ersten Öffnung des Verschlusses zerbrochen zu werden, und die vor der ersten Öffnung gemäß der Richtung der Achse der Schürze einen mit Halteeinrichtungen (22) versehenen nicht lösbaren Teil (122) der Schürze und einen mit den Befestigungseinrichtungen (18) versehenen lösbaren Teil (121) der Schürze verbinden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der relative Drehantrieb zwischen der Schürze (12) und der Schneide (110) über einen Winkelhub von strikt mehr als 360° um die Achse (X-X) der Schürze durchgeführt wird, und dass während dieses relativen Drehantriebs die relative axiale Stellung zwischen der Schürze und der Schneide gemäß einer axialen Translationsrichtung (T) progressiv verändert wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der relative Drehantrieb zwischen der Schürze (12) und der Schneide (110) über einen Winkelhub von mehr als 375° um die Achse (X-X) der Schürze durchgeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, während die Schürze (12) und die Schneide (110) in relative Drehung um 360° um die Achse (X-X) der Schürze angetrieben werden, die axiale Stellung zwischen der Schürze und der Schneide um mindestens 0,5 mm verändert wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des relativen Antriebs der Schürze (12) und der Schneide (110) eine Bodenwand (10) des Verschlusses (1), von der ausgehend sich die Schürze (12) in Richtung ihrer Achse (X-X) erstreckt, gegen eine Tragplatte (106) in Auflage gehalten wird, die bezüglich der Schneide geneigt ist.
  5. Verschluss (1) für einen Behälterhals (2), der eine rohrförmige Schürze (12) aufweist, die den Hals umgeben kann und mit einer Schwächungs-Umfangslinie (20) versehen ist, die sowohl durchgehende Einschnitte (24), die entlang des Umfangs der Schürze aufeinander folgen, und zwischen diesen Einschnitten abreißbare Brücken enthält, die geeignet sind, um bei der ersten Öffnung des Verschlusses zerbrochen zu werden, und die vor der ersten Öffnung gemäß der Richtung der Achse (X-X) der Schürze einen nicht lösbaren Teil (122) der Schürze, der mit Einrichtungen (22) für den dauerhaften Halt um den Hals herum versehen ist, mit einem lösbaren Teil (121) der Schürze verbinden, der mit Einrichtungen (18) zur lösbaren Befestigung am Hals versehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächungslinie (20) eine Schraubenform hat, die auf die Achse (X-X) der Schürze zentriert und über mehr als 360° aufgerollt ist, so dass gemäß der Richtung der Achse der Schürze die zwei Umfangsenden (20A, 20B) der Linie übereinander angeordnet sind und zwischen sich ein nicht abreißbares Teilstück (28) begrenzen.
  6. Verschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teilstück (28) eine Länge (L) entlang des Umfangs der Schürze (12) von mindestens 5 mm hat.
  7. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Umfangsenden (20A, 20B) der Linie (20) keine Brücke entlang des Teilstücks (28) aufweisen.
  8. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lösbare Teil (121) der Schürze (12) mit einer äußeren Beanspruchungslasche (16) versehen ist, die sich nur über einen Umfangsabschnitt der Schürze (12) erstreckt und es ermöglicht, den lösbaren Teil manuell anzutreiben, um ihn vom Hals (2) zu lösen, und dass das Teilstück (28) sich in einem Umfangsabschnitt der Schürze befindet, der dem der Lasche (16) zugeordneten Abschnitt diametral entgegengesetzt ist.
  9. Maschine zur Herstellung eines Verschlusses (1) für einen Behälterhals (2) gemäß dem Verfahren des Anspruchs 1, ausgehend von einer rohrförmigen Schürze (12), die den Hals umgeben kann und sowohl mit Einrichtungen (22) für den dauerhaften Halt um den Hals als auch mit Einrichtungen (18) zur lösbaren Befestigung am Hals versehen ist,
    wobei die Maschine eine Schneide (110) zum Zerschneiden der Schürze (12) und Einrichtungen (100) zum relativen Drehantrieb zwischen der Schürze und der Schneide aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen zum relativen Drehantrieb (100) die Schürze und die Schneide um die Längsachse (X-X) der Schürze (12) über einen Winkelhub zueinander in Drehung versetzen können, der strikt größer ist als 360°, und dass die Maschine außerdem Einrichtungen (106, 116) zur Änderung der relativen axialen Stellung zwischen der Schürze (12) und der Schneide (110) gemäß einer axialen Translationsrichtung (T) aufweist.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen zum relativen Drehantrieb einen drehbaren Dorn (100) aufweisen, der die Schürze (12) gegen die Schneide (110) rollen lassen kann, damit sie um ihre Achse (X-X) dreht, und dass die Einrichtungen zur Änderungen der axialen Stellung sowohl eine Tragplatte (106), die bezüglich der Schneide geneigt ist, als auch ein elastischen Druckelement (116) aufweisen, das axial zwischen dem Dorn (100) und einer Bodenwand (10) des Verschlusses (1) angeordnet ist, von der aus sich die Schürze in Richtung ihrer Achse erstreckt, um diese Bodenwand gegen die Tragplatte (106) in Auflage zu halten.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dorn (100) sich lotrecht zur Tragplatte (106) erstreckt und sowohl mit einer Rille (118) zur Aufnahme einer Schneidkante (112) der Schneide (110), wenn diese Schneidkante die Schürze (12) von einer Seite zur anderen durchquert, um sie zu zerschneiden, und mit einer Antriebsnocke (128) in axialer Translationsrichtung (T) bezüglich der Schürze versehen ist.
