Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication d'un emballage à rembourrage constitué d'une ou plusieurs couche(s) de papier munie(s) d'une couche de recouvrement (2) repliée sur elle-même et pouvant envelopper au moins une couche intercalaire, ledit emballage à rembourrage comportant des empreintes dirigées vers l'intérieur, sur au moins l'un de ses bords longitudinaux, la direction longitudinale desdites couches de papier s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de la machine, sachant qu'il est prévu un appareil de formage (15, 16) dans lequel se trouve au moins un outil (10, 11) de mise en forme qui vient en prise avec un bord latéral de ladite couche de recouvrement (2) et est pourvu d'un doigt de formage agencé à l'oblique, dans le sens de la hauteur dudit dispositif, et apte à provoquer une contraction, caractérisé par le fait que la surface de l'outil (10, 11) de mise en forme, tournée vers la couche de recouvrement (2), est réalisée avec inclinaison constante.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la présence de deux outils (10, 11) de mise en forme, entraînés en synchronisme l'un avec l'autre, qui enserrent entre eux l'emballage (7) à rembourrage et le déforment.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les doigts de formage des outils (10, 11) de mise en forme sont au moins partiellement orientés avec parallélisme mutuel les uns envers les autres.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que les outils (10, 11) de mise en forme sont montés à rotation et sont entraînés dans des sens opposés ; et par le fait que lesdits outils de mise en forme sont dotés, à chaque fois, d'au moins un bras de formage sur lequel est prévu au moins un doigt de formage.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que chaque outil (10, 11) de mise en forme comporte deux bras de formage diamétralement opposés l'un à l'autre.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que chaque bras de formage est pourvu d'au moins deux doigts de formage (13, 14) à son extrémité libre.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif de sectionnement (17) est implanté derrière les outils (10, 11) de mise en forme.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de sectionnement (17) est placé à l'extrémité de l'appareil de formage (15, 16).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de sectionnement (17) comporte une lame de coupe animée d'un mouvement de va-et-vient, qui opère en direction d'un outil complémentaire disposé à l'extrémité de l'appareil de formage.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que la lame de coupe est montée rotative autour d'un point de rotation.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, 9 ou 10, caractérisé par le fait que la lame de coupe est réalisée pour agir par gravité.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la présence avant les outils (10, 11) de mise en forme, dans la direction respective de mouvement de la couche (1) ou de l'emballage (7) à rembourrage, d'un dispositif d'avance (18) qui fonctionne par intermittence, est dédié à ladite couche (1) reposant encore à plat, et dont la vitesse de transport est supérieure à celle desdits outils (10, 11) de mise en forme.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la présence d'un appareil de pliage dans lequel une couche de recouvrement (2) de l'emballage (7) à rembourrage est repliée sur elle-même, de manière qu'il se forme une enveloppe au moins amplement fermée.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la présence d'un dispositif d'amenée, par lequel au moins une couche intercalaire (3, 4) est insérée dans l'enveloppe.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé par la présence d'un appareil de collage dans lequel les deux bords longitudinaux (5, 6) de la couche de recouvrement (2) sont respectivement collés l'un à l'autre, ou à la couche intercalaire occupant un emplacement voisin.
