Description

The present invention relates to a door operator for a gate with a door leaf, which is movable by means of the door drive between a gate opening and a gate opening releasing position and in particular such a door drive with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the present invention relates a door drive for a garage door, but is also applicable to industrial doors. In addition, the present invention for z. B. sectional doors, tilt, swing or swing gates used.

GB 2 205 355 A discloses a door drive device in which a motor is rotatable together with a deflection roller about an axis. A spring biases the belt by pulling this pulley away from the pulley, ie, the first pulley is rotated to tension the traction means together with the drive.

A door drive with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from US-A-2,732,201 known. Furthermore, the DE 295 08 387 U1 and the DE 203 09 359 U1 Door drives in which the driven pulley coupled to the drive or drive motor and rigidly mounted in the longitudinal direction of the track rail. For tensioning the traction means during initial assembly and when the traction means has loosened after a certain period of operation, the opposite guide roller, ie the freely rotatably mounted guide roller, mounted displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the track rail. For this purpose, this guide roller is coupled via a sheet metal construction with a threaded rod which extends in the longitudinal direction of the running rail. The tensioning of the traction device is effected by turning a nut on the threaded rod, wherein the mother is supported in the longitudinal direction of the running rail on a likewise often consisting of sheet metal parts Wiederlagerkonstruktion. Here, said clamping mechanism is arranged on the gate opening facing the end of the door drive or the running rail.

The assembly of the running track including drive and traction means is usually carried out after the installation of the gate. After However, mounting the nut running on the threaded rod is difficult to access. This makes the clamping process difficult. In addition, exist in the area between the door frame including the frames and the door leaf column, through which the mother may possibly be accessible via a tool from the outside. As a result, this embodiment has the disadvantage of insufficient burglary protection.

Consequently, the object of the present invention is a door drive, the type described above such that the clamping operation is facilitated and at the same time the burglary protection is increased.

This object is achieved by a door drive with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments can be found in the dependent claims.

The present invention is based on the idea of the deflection roller, which is arranged at the end remote from the door opening of the door drive to make it slidable for tensioning the traction means. The end of the door drive facing away from the door opening or away from the door opening is usually located at an easily accessible location within a structure closed by the door, which at the same time means that the clamping mechanism offers improved burglary protection. He is from the outside or poorly accessible via column between door leaf and goal frame.

Accordingly, a door drive according to the invention of the type mentioned above characterized by the fact that the first guide roller is arranged at the end of the gate opening remote from the door opening, for clamping the closed traction means, perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the guide rollers of the second guide roller, the end facing the door opening the door drive is arranged, is displaced away. The drive may be, for example, an electric motor act and the movable over the drive traction means can with a z. B. be coupled longitudinally displaceable carriage in a running rail, which in turn is directly or via a coupling rod with the door leaf in connection. The traction means may be a belt in the simplest case. However, in particular for reasons of a simpler control, positive-locking traction means such as chains, toothed belts or perforated belts are preferably used. Timing belts are particularly suitable because they are virtually maintenance-free. The two pulleys, which have parallel axes of rotation, are designed accordingly and formed when using a toothed belt by toothed belt pulleys. In this case, the deflection rollers are the respective end portions of the door drive or a possibly provided running rail, z. B. for the aforementioned carriage assigned. According to the invention, the first deflection roller is displaceable over the drive and together with the drive, so that it is possible to tension the traction means when the drive is mounted.

It is particularly preferred that the second deflection roller is preferably freely rotatable and, in particular in the longitudinal direction of the running rail, is stationarily mounted. Ie. only the first deflection roller is displaceable relative to the second deflection roller.

Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a displacement element for stepless displacement of the first deflection roller, so that a stepless tension of the traction means and thus the setting of an optimal tension is ensured.

It has proved to be particularly advantageous that the displacement element by a standing with the first guide roller in connection with a spindle and a fixed z. B. on a possible running rail supporting on the spindle running nut is formed. It offers on the one hand the ability to design the spindle by a non-rotatably connected to the first guide roller threaded bolt which penetrates through an opening in a stationary relative to the track plate, on which the nut, which is screwed onto the threaded bolt, is supported. On the other hand, it is also conceivable to make the spindle rotatable and to provide the nut so that it can not rotate, so that a rotation of the spindle leads to a displacement of the first deflection roller.

Furthermore, it is for easy replacement of the drive, z. B. for maintenance purposes, but also for easier installation, makes sense that the first deflection roller has a hub which is detachably connected to a drive axle of the drive. In this case, in particular, a plug-in shaft is conceivable, which comes into positive engagement with the hub in order to transmit the driving force of the drive axle for rotation of the first deflection roller to the latter.

Furthermore, a running rail, preferably with a C-shaped cross-section, is preferably provided, in which the circulating traction means is accommodated, wherein the first deflecting roller is rotatably mounted in a carriage, which is guided translationally displaceable by the rail.

In this case, it is advantageous to minimize the friction advantageous to store the pulley over two ball bearings in the carriage.

In addition, the assembly of a drive of the present invention both centrally of the door leaf as well as laterally conceivable. In order that the same drive or drive head for central mounting as well as a left or right side mounting can be used, it is preferred that the drive is mounted on a substantially rectangular base plate and projects a drive axle for connection to the first guide roller of the base plate in that the distance of the drive axle to the nearest Side edge of the base plate is less than the width of the rail. This makes it possible that the drive at different orientation left or right or only slightly beyond the running rail protrudes and thus a corresponding lateral mounting is guaranteed. Thus, regardless of the type of installation always the same drive or drive head are used.

In order to avoid a loss of travel when mounted differently, it is particularly preferred that the distance to at least two, preferably three side edges of the base plate is less than the width of the rail and the distance is equal in particular to the two or three sides.

In addition to the first deflection roller, it is also preferable to rotatably receive the second deflection roller in a holder which is preferably inserted into the end of the rail facing the door opening. Here, it may be further preferred that the holder has a stop which abuts when plugging the holder into the rail to the gate opening facing the end face of the rail to ensure a defined, fixed position of the second guide roller in the longitudinal direction of the rail. Here it is sufficient that the deflection roller is received in the holder via only one ball bearing. In addition, this holder is preferably provided for stationary attachment and thus support of the gate opening facing the end of the rail with a fastening device which is pivotable about a pivot axis perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the second deflection roller. About this pivot axis, the fastening device between a mounting position in which the fastening device z. B. can be screwed to the fall of the door opening and a template position pivoted. The distance from the Pivot axis to the opposite end, ie the drive end facing the holder, corresponds to the distance of the fastening device to a stationary element of the door, z. B. the bezel, which extends between the lateral vertical frames. This allows the holder of the second guide roller before assembly with its in the assembled state the drive end facing the stationary element of the door, z. B. the aperture frame are placed and the pivoted into the template position fastening device serve as a template.

In addition to the above-mentioned door drive, the present invention also proposes a door with such a door drive. In this regard, it is in particular a garage door, wherein the drive can be used in sectional doors, tilting, swinging or swinging doors. It is also conceivable to use the door drive for other door types, such as industrial doors, etc.

In the following description of the preferred embodiment, the same reference numerals are used for the same or corresponding parts in the various drawings.

The in the Fig. 1-7 shown door drive comprises a drive 11 (see Fig. 2 The drive 11 comprises in the illustrated embodiment, an electric motor 12 with an armature shaft 13. The armature shaft transmits the rotation of a ring gear 14 which is rotatably supported together with a drive shaft 15. Further, the drive 11 includes a controller 16 for controlling the drive 11. For illuminating the building interior, a light source 17 is provided.

Furthermore, the illustrated door drive comprises a running rail (rail) 20, which is perpendicular to the door opening through a door leaf 100 (see Fig. 4 ) is closed, extends into the building interior and thus parallel to rails 101 for guiding the door leaf 100 between the closing the door opening and releasing the door opening position. The running rail 20, the in Fig. 1 is visible in longitudinal section, has a C-shaped cross section. In the Fig. 1-3 is the left hand illustrated end 21 of the track, the door opening or the door leaf 100 facing the end during the right hand illustrated end 22, which is the door opening or the door leaf 100 opposite end of the track rail 20. In the running rail, a drawing means not shown in the drawings is received in the form of a toothed belt. The toothed belt is coupled in a manner known per se with a guide carriage, which is likewise displaceable longitudinally in the running rail 20 and is not shown, and which in turn is connected directly or via a coupling rod, not shown, to the door leaf 100. This carriage is moved by a circulation of the traction means in the track longitudinally, ie from the front end 21 in the direction of the rear end 22 or vice versa, to move the door leaf 100 between the door opening closing position and the door opening partially or completely releasing position ,

For this purpose, the traction means runs around two pulleys, which in the illustrated embodiment is a first pulley 30 and a second pulley 40. The axes of rotation D1 and D2 of the first pulley 30 and the second pulley 40 are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the track rail 20th

The first pulley 30 is in the illustrated embodiment in a two-piece bracket (carriage) 31, which consists of an upper half 32 and a lower half 33 is added. For rotatable mounting of the first belt sprocket 30 two ball bearings 34 are provided in the holder 31, the outer rings are connected to the upper 32 and lower 33 half of the bracket 31. The inner rings of the ball bearings 34 are on axially projecting cylindrical projections 35 of the first pulley 30th attached (see Fig. 1 ). The inner surface of the cylindrical projections 30, which are connected via a through-bore 36 in the first pulley 30, but at least the through-bore 36, have an internal toothing. Similarly, the drive shaft 15 of the drive 11 has a corresponding external toothing, so that the axis in the cylindrical projections 35 and the through hole 36 can be inserted without further connection is necessary. The pure positive connection is sufficient to transmit the rotational force of the drive shaft 15 to the first pulley 30.

Furthermore, the holder 31 on the end 22 of the running rail 20 side facing a rectangular recess 37 into which a through opening 38 opens. The recess 37 and the passage opening 38 are each formed in half in the halves 32, 33. In the recess 37 and the opening 38 is a threaded bolt 55 with hexagonal head 56 can be accommodated, wherein the head 56 is received in the recess 37 and the threaded bolt protrudes through the through hole 38 to the outside. The threaded bolt 55 forms a spindle, which is part of the clamping mechanism. At the drive-side end 22 of the running rail 20, the open end is closed by a sheet, here an L-shaped plate 23, in which an opening 24 is formed through which the threaded bolt 55 passes. The sheet 23 may, for. B. integrally formed by folding with the running rail or connected to the running rail. On the outside of the sheet 23, a nut 57 is supported, which is screwed onto the threaded bolt 55. By screwing the nut 57 on the threaded bolt 55, the holder 31 is moved to the right with the first pulley 30 and the drive 11 and the entire drive head 10 in the figures. During this movement, the holder 31 and thus the first pulley 30 is guided in the running rail 20 in the longitudinal direction of the running rail. The threaded bolt 55 extends equally in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 20. By the cuboid recess 37 and its dimensioning of the head 56 is secured against rotation, so that the threaded bolt 55 when screwing the nut 57 can not rotate.

The second pulley 40 is also received in a bracket 41, which is composed of an upper 42 and lower 43 half. In this case, the second pulley 40 is rotatably mounted in the holder 41 via a single ball bearing 44. Unlike the first pulley 30, however, the inner ring of the ball bearing 44 is fixed to a neck 45 of the upper and lower halves 42 and 43 of the holder 41, while the outer ring of the ball bearing 44 is fixed to the second pulley 40. The position of the second pulley 40 in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 20 is predetermined by the holder 41, so that the second pulley 40 is held stationary but rotatable in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 20. For this purpose, the holder 41 in transverse extension of the running rail 20 stops 46, which rest in the assembled state against the end face 24 at the end 21 of the running rail 20. At the end of the holder 41 facing away from the first pulley 30, a fastening device 47 is provided for the stationary fastening of the guide rail 20 to the building, in particular on the lintel 102. For this purpose, the fastening device 47 in transverse extension of the running rail 20 z. B. two openings 48 for screwing the fastening device 47 on the lintel 102 on. This fastening device 47 is about a pivot axis S perpendicular to the axes of rotation D1 and D2 of the two pulleys 30, 40 and parallel to the transverse extent and perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the track rail 20 between a mounting position, in the Fig. 1-3 . 6 and 7 is shown and a template position, in the Fig. 4 and 5 shown, pivoted. In this case, the distance B between the first pulley 30 facing the end of the holder 41 and the pivot axis S is dimensioned so that he Distance from a stationary element of the door, here the aperture frame 103, the mounting position, ie the holes for the urging through the opening 48 screws predetermines. As it is in the Fig. 4 and 5 is shown, therefore, the holder 41 may be used as a drilling template before insertion into the track rail 20 and by pivoting the fastening device 47 in the stencil position shown. For this purpose, the holder 41 is placed centered with the mounted in the state of the first pulley 30 end facing a projecting portion of the aperture frame 103 to the door leaf 100 and over the openings 48, the location for the holes in the lintel 102 mapped. Following this, the holder 41 can be fastened to the lintel 102 via the fastening device 47 and its openings 48 by means of screws.

In the following, the function of the clamping mechanism based on the Fig. 2 and 3 explained in more detail.

After the running rail is mounted on the fastening device 47 and possibly other fasteners, the door drive is in the position in Fig. 2 , The traction means, not shown, hangs in this state "slack" in the running rail 20. Then, by means of a tool, the nut 57 is screwed onto the threaded bolt 55, whereby the threaded bolt 55 in Fig. 3 is pulled to the right. By the connection of the screw head 56 with the holder 31, the holder is guided in the running rail 21, also moved to the right and thus away from the holder 41 in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 20. As a result, the distance A1 ( Fig. 2 ) between the axes of rotation D1 and D2 of the first pulley 30 and the second pulley 40 is larger and the traction means tensioned. In the tensioned state, the distance between the axes of rotation D1 and D2 is designated A2 ( Fig. 3 ), where A2 is greater than A1. If in the course of the operation of the gate, the tension of the traction means diminish, so there is the mother 57, the further on the Threaded bolt 45 can be screwed, still the possibility of re-tensioning.

As it is from the Fig. 1-3 it can be seen, the drive 11 of the drive head 10 is mounted on a base plate 60. The base plate is in Fig. 6 visible in a subview. It has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape with rounded corners. It consists of two short sides 61 and two long sides 62, which each face each other and parallel to each other. The drive head 10 of the illustrated embodiment allows the central mounting of the drive head 10 relative to the track rail 20, as in Fig. 6 is shown, but also a lateral mounting to the running rail 20, as it is in Fig. 7 is shown. In order to mount the track on one side of the door, ie directly above or near the guide rails 101 for the door leaf, such. B. at the in Fig. 7 illustrated embodiment directly above or slightly offset in the in Fig. 4 On the right hand illustrated track rail 101, it is necessary that the base plate 60 and the drive head 10 do not protrude overall or only slightly beyond the transverse extent of the track rail 20. For this reason, it is preferred that the drive axle 15 is arranged at a distance to the nearest side edge of the base plate 60, here the side edge 62, the distance C is smaller than the transverse extent of the track rail 20, which in Fig. 7 marked with E. It is particularly preferred that the distance C corresponds to approximately half of the transverse extent E of the running rail 20.

A comparison between Fig. 7 and Fig. 6 results in Fig. 7 a larger area at the end 22 of the track which is covered by the base plate 60 of the drive. This results in a path loss in the arrangement in Fig. 7 compared to in Fig. 6 , In order to minimize or avoid this loss of drive, it is preferred that Drive axle 15 project from the base plate 60 so that it has the same distance C at least to two intersecting sides. Preferably and to allow for left, right and center mounting, the distance C should be equal to three sides. The latter is not shown in the figures.

It is understood that the embodiment explained above is merely an example for carrying out the present invention and various modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art. For example, instead of using a toothed belt, it is conceivable to use a simple belt, a chain or, for example, a perforated belt, and to replace the pulleys 30, 40 by the corresponding deflection rollers which match the selected traction means. It is also conceivable to choose a different drive arrangement 11 than the arrangement as shown. Moreover, it is also conceivable to arrange the threaded bolt 55 rotatably in the holder 31, whereas the nut 57 is stationarily connected to the running rail 20. The rotation of the threaded bolt 55 can be done for example by a bevel gear, to which the bevel gear is rotatable, for example, accessible through a slot in the track rail 20 via a tool. Further, it will be understood that the aspect of the fastener assembly 57 which can be used as a drilling template and the aspect of variously mounting the drive head 10 can be implemented centrally as well as laterally alone and without the particular tensioning mechanism of the present invention.
