  • the rabbet 1 is secured against the rear wall 6 of the concrete element so as to be torsionally rigid and fixed against displacement.
  • the embodiment of the rabbet element 1 shown in fig. 3 may also be mounted in a manner corresponding to what is shown in fig. 4 , as screw anchors or wood screws 7 are arranged on the free end edge of the one of the screwable plates 3a, 3b, but preferably on the screwable plate 3a which faces inwardly toward the door/window opening 10. It is also possible to arrange screw anchors or wood screws 7 at the free end edge of both the screwable plate 3a and the screwable plate 3b. Then, the rabbet element 1 is arranged in the mould prior to or immediately after the casting of the reinforced concrete wall 6, as stated above for the alternative embodiment of the rabbet element 1, said screw anchors 7 being pressed down into/embedded in the still wet concrete. The rabbet element 1 is thereby secured against the rear wall 6 of the concrete panel so as to be torsionally rigid and fixed against displacement.
  • the rabbet element 1 may also be secured to the rear wall 6 by a combination of embedded and screwed-in screw anchors and/or wood screws 7.
  • a windtight mastic joint 9 is provided between the rabbet element 1 and the rear wall 6.
  • the outer side is provided with a glass fibre net reinforced mineral render 5, and the connection between the rabbet element 1 and the rear wall 6 as well as the facade is closed by rendering with a thin layer of a highly adhesive mineral render 5, which is reinforced with a glass fibre net.

Claims (12)

  1. Falzteil (1) zum Montieren um Öffnungen (10) für Fenster und/oder Türen in einem Betonwandpaneel für ein Gebäude während des Prozesses des Gießens des Betonwandteils und zum Bereitstellen einer Fläche für die Tür- oder Fensteröffnung und zum Sichern von Fenstern und/oder Türen in der Öffnung des Falzrahmenteils und somit in einer Tür- oder Fensteröffnung des Betonwandteils, wobei das Falzteil (1) ein Isolierungsteil (2) umfasst, wobei die Seiten des Falzrahmenteils ferner eine erste schraubbare Platte (3a) umfassen, die auf eine erste Seite des Isolierungsteils (2) geklebt ist, wobei die erste Seite nach innen in Richtung der Tür-/Fensteröffnung (10) und somit senkrecht zu der Rückwand (6) gewandt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten des Falzteils ferner eine zweite schraubbare Platte (3c) umfassen, die auf eine zweite Seite des Isolierungsteils (2) geklebt ist, abgewandt von der Fassadenseite einer Rückwand (6) des Betonteils, und wobei sich die zweite schraubbare Platte (3c) senkrecht zu der ersten schraubbaren Platte (3a) erstreckt.
  2. Falzteil (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzteil ferner eine dritte schraubbare Platte (3b) umfasst, die auf die Seite des Isolierungsteils (2), die von der Tür-/Fensteröffnung (10) abgewandt ist, geklebt ist, wobei die dritte schraubbare Platte (3b) parallel zu der ersten schraubbaren Platte (3a) montiert ist.
  3. Falzteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Seite des Falzteils (1), die in Richtung der Türen- und/oder Fensteröffnung (10) gewandt sein soll, mit einem feuerfesten Material (4) beschichtet ist.
  4. Falzteil (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seite des Falzteils (1), die von der Rückwand (6) des Betonteils abgewandt sein soll, mit einem feuerfesten Material (4) beschichtet ist.
  5. Falzteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feuerfeste Material (4) auf der Außenseite mit einer dünnen Schicht aus einem starkhaftenden Mineralputz (5) beschichtet ist, der mit einem Glasfasernetz verstärkt ist.
  6. Falzteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feuerfeste Material (4) Glasschaum oder eine harte Mineralwolle ist.
  7. Verfahren zum Montieren eines Falzteils (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzteil (1) an der Rückwand (6) eines Gebäudes mittels eines oder mehrerer Dübel und/oder einer oder mehrerer Holzschrauben (7) montiert ist, wobei die Dübel oder die Holzschrauben (7) an dem freien Ende einer und/oder mehrerer der ersten und/oder dritten schraubbaren Platte (3a, 3b) gesichert sind, und dass das Falzteil (1) in einer Gussform für das Gießen eines Betonpaneels angeordnet ist und um eine Öffnung angeordnet ist, die eine Tür- oder Fensteröffnung (10) in dem Betonpaneel bilden soll, wobei die Dübel und/oder die Holzschrauben (7) dadurch in der Rückwand (6) des Betonpaneels eingebettet sind.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzteil (1) vor dem Gießen der Fassade oder Rückwand (6) des Betonpaneels in der Gussform angeordnet wird und Beton um die Dübel und/oder Holzschrauben (7) des Falzteils (1) gegossen wird, wenn die Fassade oder Rückwand (6) des Betonpaneels gegossen wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzteil (1) nach dem Gießen der Fassade oder Rückwand (6) des Betonpaneels in der Gussform angeordnet wird, wobei die Dübel und/oder Holzschrauben (7) des Falzteils (1) in den nassen Beton gedrückt werden.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine winddichte Kittfuge (9) zwischen dem Falzteil (1) und der Rückwand (6) bereitgestellt ist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Falzteil (1) und der Rückwand (6) sowie der Fassade durch Verputzen mit einer dünnen Schicht aus einem starkhaftenden Mineralputz (5) bedeckt wird, der mit einem Glasfasernetz verstärkt ist.
  12. Verwendung eines Falzteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6 bei der Bereitstellung von Tür- und Fensteröffnungen in fabrikgefertigten oder vor Ort hergestellten Wandpaneelen für den Bau neuer Gebäude.
