Description
Die Erfindung betrifft den An- und Abbau einer Zusatzeinrichtung an den Hauptausleger eines Mobilkranes, der ohne den Einsatz eines Hilfskrans erfolgen soll.
Es ist bekannt, bei Mobilkranen, insbesondere Teleskopkranen, an den Kopf des Hauptauslegers des Grundkrans eine Zusatzeinrichtung anzubauen. Diese vorübergehend oder ständig verbleibende Einrichtung wird benutzt, um eine über die größte Auslegerlänge des Teleskopkrans hinausgehende noch größere Auslegerlänge zu erzielen.
Die Einrichtungen sind grundsätzlich als Baukastensysteme aufgebaut und können je nach Erfordernis an Länge bzw. Tragkraft zusammengestellt werden. Die einzelnen Hauptelemente der Einrichtung bestehen in idealer Weise aus einer Fachwerk-Rohr-Konstruktion in transportfähigen Abmessungen. Die Einrichtungselemente werden mit Bolzen an den entsprechenden Punkten zu einer Einheit zusammengefügt.
Die zusätzliche Einrichtung wird in den meisten Fällen nicht mit dem Grundkran mitgeführt und muss separat transportiert werden. Speziell dafür vorgesehene Einrichtungen können aber auch mit dem Grundkran mitgeführt werden, wenn es die Gewichts- und Platzverhältnisse erlauben.
Der Anbau an den Hauptauslegerkopf kann Stück für Stück oder als vormontierte Einheit erfolgen.
Diese Arbeit wird bekanntermaßen mit einem zusätzlichen Hilfskran bewältigt. Die
Bereitstellung eines Hilfskranes verursacht zusätzliche Kosten, da dieser mit zusätzlichem Personal an die Aufrüststelle herangeführt werden muss. Außerdem ist es schwierig, die frei schwebend angehobene Zusatzeinrichtung unter Beachtung der Verletzungsgefahr für die Monteure punktgenau an die am Auslegerkopf vorgesehenen Befestigungspunkte heranzuführen. - A method according to Claim 1, characterised in that before raising the partial piece (2.1) of the additional attachment (2) which faces the mobile crane (1) the additional attachment (2) is raised at the end remote from the mobile crane (1), so that a partial piece (2.7) of the additional attachment (2) which can be rotated about a lower pivot point (E) assumes an inclined position and the end of the partial piece (2.7) maintains ground contact, in that after the raising of the partial piece (2.1) of the additional attachment (2) which faces the mobile crane (1) the inclined position of the partial piece (2.7) of the additional attachment (2) which is located at the end remote from the mobile crane is raised by the pull of a hoisting cable fastened to the head point (H) of the additional attachment, so that the partial pieces (2.1, 2.7) of the additional attachment, the other parts of the additional attachment (2.2 to 2.6) and the main boom (1.1) of the mobile crane (1) are oriented flush one behind another, and in that the aforementioned structural elements (2.1 to 2.7) are connected together and to the head (1.2) of the main boom (1.1) by bolting thereto.
- A method according to one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the temporary inclined position of the partial pieces (2.1, 2.7) of the additional attachment (2) is secured by a spacer rod (5, 6).
- A method according to Claim 1, characterised in that upon laying the additional attachment (2) on the ground that end of the additional attachment which faces the mobile crane (1) is laid on a displacement means (4) which permits displacement transversely to the longitudinal axis of the additional attachment (2) and hence flush orientation of the additional attachment relative to the boom (1.1) of the mobile crane.
- A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the raising and inclining of the partial pieces (2.1, 2.7) of the additional attachment (2) takes place by means of the hoisting cable of the mobile crane.
- A method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the raising and inclining of the partial pieces (2.1, 2.7) of the additional attachment (2) takes place by means of lifting cylinders.
- An additional attachment for attachment to the main boom of a mobile crane, wherein
the additional attachment (2) consists of a latticework tube construction in transportable dimensions, and wherein
a partial piece (2.1) at that end of the additional attachment which faces the mobile crane (1) is designed to be able to be angled by means of a rotary joint (C), and wherein fastening elements (A, B2, D2) are provided on the partial piece (2.1), by means of which elements in the angled state of the partial piece (2.1) of the additional attachment (2) the fastening of a spacer rod (5), and in the flush state of the parts of the additional attachment (2) fastening to the adjacent part (2.2) of the additional attachment (2) on one hand and to the head (1.2) of the main boom (1.1) of the mobile crane (1) on the other hand, is possible, characterised in that a roller (2.8) for guiding a hoisting cable (7) is fastened to the partial piece (2.1). - An additional attachment according to Claim 7, characterised in that a partial piece (2.7) on that end of the additional attachment which is remote from the mobile crane (1) is designed to be able to be angled by means of a rotary joint (E), in that a roller (2.10) for guiding a hoisting cable is fastened to the partial piece (2.7), in that fastening elements (F1) are provided on the partial piece (2.7), by means of which elements in the angled state of the partial piece (2.7) of the additional attachment (2) the fastening of a spacer rod (6) and in the flush state of the parts of the additional attachment (2) fastening to the adjacent part (2.6) of the additional attachment (2) is possible, and in that a wheel (2.9) is arranged on that end of the partial piece (2.7) of the additional attachment which is located opposite it.
