This operation is then repeated on the second side of the tool fixture.
  • both stop plugs have been locked into their positions in association with the upper shaft of the tool fixture, it is checked that the inductive sensors 29 give a signal that shows that the lock arrangement 24 is correctly positioned relative to the tool fixture 13 and the platform 1.
  • the hydraulic system of the loader 10 is switched off by the closure valves of the lifting and tilting cylinders (not shown in the drawings) being closed, after which a proportionality valve (also this not shown in the drawings) is connected to the extra control arrangement 30 in the driver's cabin of the loader by electrical and hydraulic connections.
  • the next operation is the connection of the control circuits, in order to perform the exchange of function between the platform 1 and the loader 10.
  • the contact arrangement 31 in the form of a hydraulic and electrical contact with several connections, known as a "multifunction connector", is arranged with its female part 33a and its male part 33b mounted on the platform 1 and the loader 10, respectively. Furthermore, a male part 34a and a female part 34b of an electrical multipole contact are arranged on the platform 1 and the loader 10, respectively.
  • the part that is mounted on the loader 10 is arranged with a protective cover 32 that disconnects the functions of the platform 1 from the ordinary control levers of the loader 10 when the platform is dismounted from the loader.
  • the ordinary control levers of the loader are disconnected, whereby the loader can be manoeuvred by control signals from the control panel 9 of the platform or from the extra control arrangement 30 inside the driver's cabin. If the platform has been raised to a predetermined height above what is known as the "transport condition", for example approximately 1 metre above the ground, the loader can be driven only in a low gear with limited speed.
  • the loader When the platform has been dismounted from the loader, the loader can be used for conventional work and it can carry out excavation, loading, unloading and similar operations by mounting a bucket, palette forks or a similar tool to the tool fixture. This type of work takes place in a known manner through the hydraulic cylinders for lifting, lowering and tilting being operated from the ordinary controls of the vehicle.

Claims (10)

  1. Arbeitsplattform (1), welche vorgesehen ist, von einer Ladevorrichtung (10) unterstützt zu werden, umfassend nach außen begrenzende Seitenteile (2), ein Dach (7) und eine Fixierungsvorrichtung (11) zur Befestigung in einer solchen Weise, dass die Arbeitsplattform (1) von einem an der Ladevorrichtung (10) angeordneten Fahrzeugteil (12) freigegeben werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixierungsvorrichtung (11) eine Verriegelungsanordnung (24) aufweiset, welche zwischen einem Zustand, in welchem die Arbeitsplattform (1) entfernt werden kann, und einem verriegelten Zustand versetzbar ist, ein Mittel (29) zum Anzeigen des jeweiligen Zustandes, ein Steuerungsteil (9) zum Manövrieren der Ladevorrichtung (10) von der Arbeitsplattform (1) und eine Kontaktanordnung (31) in Form eines elektrischen oder hydraulischen Kontaktes, oder beides, welche die gewöhnlichen hydraulischen Systeme der Ladevorrichtung (10) begrenzt und die Steuersignale an die gewöhnlichen hydraulischen Systeme der Ladevorrichtung (10) durch Steuersignale vom Steuerungssystem der Arbeitsplattform (1) ersetzt, wenn die Arbeitsplattform (1) auf der Ladevorrichtung (10) verriegelt ist.
  2. Arbeitsplattform nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Mittel (29) induktive Sensoren aufweist.
  3. Arbeitsplattform nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, wobei das Mittel (29) das Steuerungsteil (9) aktiviert, wenn ein verriegelter Zustand der Verriegelungsanordnung (24) angezeigt wird.
  4. Arbeitsplattform nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ladevorrichtung (10) eine Steuerungsvorrichtung (30) zum begrenzten Manövrieren der Ladevorrichtung (10) aufweist, welche Steuerungsvorrichtung bein Montieren der Arbeitspfattform (1) auf der Ladevorrichtung (10) mit dem Steuerungsteil (9) verbunden ist.
  5. Arbeitsplattform nach einem der vorgehenden Anspruche, wobei das Steuerungsteil (9) ein Steuerungspanel zur Erzeugung von Steuersignalen zum Manövrieren der Ladevorrichtung (10) von der Arbeitsplattform (1) aufweist.
  6. Arbeitsplattform nach seinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Steuerungsteil (9) den Biegungsgrad einer von der Mittelhöhe gesteuerten Ladevorrichtung (10) steuert.
  7. Arbeitsplattform nach einem der vorgehenden Anspruche, wobei das Steuerungsteil (9) mit der Kontaktanordnung (31) verbunden ist und kontrolliert, dass das Anheben und Kippen der Plattform (1) durch ein an der Ladevorrichtung (10) montiertes, proportional gesteuertes Wegeventil erfolgt, welches Ventil unter Verwendung der Kontaktanordnung (31) angeschlossen ist.
  8. Arbeitsplattform nach einem der vorgehenden Anspruche, wobei mindestens eines der Seitenteile (2) eine mit einer Tür (4) ausgestattete Öffnung (3) aufweist.
  9. Arbeitsplattform nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Öffnung (3) mit einer Verriegelungsanordnung (6) ausgestattet ist, welche die Tür (4) verriegelt, wenn diese in seinen geschlossenen Zustand gebracht wird.
  10. Arbeitsplattform nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Dach (7) mittels eines hydraulischen oder elektrischen Motores (8) in der Höhe und in der Längsrichtung manövrierbar ist.
