The contact will instead be made some mm upwards from the lower or exterior edge of the window section 1 and the contact is then made in the upper part 33. By this design of the blocking part 12, the window can manage a larger force of impact without damage.

Claims (14)

  1. Partie de fixation de verre destinée à assembler en toute sécurité une section de fenêtre (1) dans un vantail (2) ayant une rainure (3), caractérisée en ce que la partie de fixation de verre (11) comprend un bloc de verre (10) avec deux supports espacés plats (15) qui sont reliés dans une section arrière (19), un premier desdits supports ayant un orifice rectangulaire (16), tandis qu'un second desdits supports est muni d'au moins un rebord élastique (4) orienté vers l'intérieur vers le premier support opposé et vers l'avant par rapport à la section arrière (19), une partie de blocage (12) étant montée entre lesdits deux supports (15) du bloc de verre (10), ladite partie de blocage (12) étant conçue comme un L avec un côté long (20) et un côté court (21), ledit côté court (21), qui est situé sur l'extérieur du bloc de verre (10), étant orienté dans une direction opposée par rapport audit rebord élastique (4) du bloc de verre (10), et ledit rebord élastique (4), dans une position de fixation, s'étendant vers le bas dans la rainure (3) dans le vantail (2), tandis que ledit côté court (21) de la partie de blocage (12) est situé en face de et à une distance d'une surface en verre inférieure extérieure de la section de fenêtre (1).
  2. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le bloc de verre (10) est en plastique et est de préférence coulé avec lesdits deux supports plats (15), ledit premier support ayant de 1 à 4, de préférence 2 orifices rectangulaires (16), et la position et la taille desdites orifices (16) étant coordonnées avec les orifices (18) prévus dans la partie de blocage (12).
  3. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le bloc de verre (10) possède un second support (15) avec ledit au moins un rebord élastique (4), aussi nombreux que, et dans leurs positions coordonnées avec, les orifices (16) du premier support, la largeur et la longueur dudit rebord (4) étant légèrement inférieures aux orifices (16), et ledit au moins un rebord (4) étant orienté vers le bas par rapport au premier support, et, en outre, vers l'avant par rapport à ladite section arrière (19), ladite conception conférant au bloc de verre (10), d'une part, une fonction de bloc de verre normal et, d'autre part, de partie qui fixe la partie de blocage (12).
  4. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ledit au moins un rebord élastique (4) possède une épaisseur de matériau supérieure à l'épaisseur de matériau des supports (15), et de préférence environ 1,5 à 3 fois plus importante, ledit rebord (4) étant muni, sur le dessous, d'un premier bec (23), dont le côté supérieur est situé à une distance, vers le bas, du dessous du second support, cette distance étant légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur de matériau de la partie de blocage (12).
  5. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le premier bec (23) s'étend vers l'arrière vers une paroi intérieure (17) du bloc de verre (10) avec une distance d'environ 0,2 à 2 mm, et de préférence de 0,5 mm, le bord inférieur du premier bec (23) étant situé plus ou moins dans le même plan que le bord intérieur du premier support, ledit bord inférieur s'étendant jusqu'à un côté arrière (27) dudit au moins un rebord (4), puis vers le bas au même angle que le rebord entier.
  6. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la distance entre la paroi intérieure (17) du bloc de verre (10) et une surface plus ou moins verticale (24) au-dessus du premier bec (23) est légèrement supérieure à la distance entre un bord arrière (32) de la partie de blocage (12) et son orifice (18), la partie de blocage (12) pouvant se déplacer entre la paroi intérieure (17) et la surface (24).
  7. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le bloc de verre (10) et son premier support possèdent une section rabattue (5) sur le côté court respectif (29), qui est orientée dans la même direction que ledit au moins un rebord (4), et sont par rapport à leurs positions coordonnées avec celui-ci, tels que les sections rabattues (5) s'étendent vers le bas vers la rainure (3) prévue dans le vantail (2), lesdites sections rabattues (5) empêchant l'accès audit au moins un rebord (4) depuis le côté afin d'essayer de les soulever de leurs positions dans la rainure (3).
  8. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la partie de blocage (12) est fabriquée en matériau à haute résistance, de préférence en acier à haute résistance, ladite partie de blocage (12) étant montée dans le bloc de verre (10).
  9. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle l'autre côté du profilé en L - le côté court (21) - est cintré, de préférence à 90°, avec un rayon qui est de préférence inférieur à l'épaisseur de matériau des supports (15) du bloc de verre (10), le côté court (21) ayant une partie supérieure (33) de préférence à 1 à 2 mm de la partie supérieure du côté court (21), cette partie supérieure (33) étant légèrement, de préférence de 0,3 mm, déplacée vers l'arrière par rapport au côté long (20), afin d'empêcher la section de fenêtre (1) et sa partie inférieure et extérieure d'être soumises à des forces de pression exercées par la partie de blocage (12).
  10. Partie de fixation de verre selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la partie de blocage (12) possède une encoche (30) dans son bord arrière (32), ladite encoche (30) étant coordonnée avec un second bec (25) situé entre lesdits supports espacés (15) du bloc de verre (10) et se projetant depuis la paroi intérieure (17), ladite encoche (30) et ledit bec (25) étant excentrés par rapport au centre du bloc de verre (10) et de la partie de blocage (12).
  11. Procédé d'assemblage sécurisé d'une section de fenêtre (1) dans un vantail (2) à l'aide d'au moins une partie de fixation de verre (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section de fenêtre (1) est fixée dans le vantail (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une bande d'étanchéité (6) qui est comprimée en liaison avec le fait qu"une parclose (8) est montée à l'extérieur de la bande d'étanchéité (6), et, avant l'assemblage de la parclose (8), la partie de fixation de verre (11) est enfoncée entre une surface (14) du vantail (2) et un bord inférieur (13) de la section de fenêtre (1) jusqu'à une position dans laquelle ledit ou lesdits rebord(s) élastique(s) (4) et lesdites sections rabattues (5) de ceux-ci soient encliquetés dans la rainure (3) du vantail (2), position dans laquelle la partie de fixation de verre (11) n'assure aucune fonction de maintien, mais une fonction de fixation dans le vantail (2) lorsque la parclose (8) est retirée, moyennant quoi la partie de blocage (12), dans cette position, n'est soumise à aucune force et, par conséquent, la partie de blocage (12) se trouve dans sa position arrière par rapport au bloc de verre (10), ce qui signifie qu'un bord arrière (28) de la partie de blocage (12) est positionné derrière un premier bec (23) du bloc de verre (10).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la partie de blocage (12), en lien avec le démontage de la parclose (8), absorbe la force que la précharge a reçu de la part de la bande d'étanchéité (6) lors du montage de la parclose (8), maintenant libérée, ce qui engendre le fait que la section de fenêtre (1) soit éloignée d'une surface intérieure (9) du vantail (2) et amenée dans une nouvelle position, dans laquelle la partie de blocage (12) et sa partie supérieure (33) sur le côté court (21) arrêtent le mouvement et absorbent la force résiduelle provoquée par la bande d'étanchéité (6), et, lorsque la partie de blocage (12) se trouve dans sa position avant, le bord arrière (28) de l'orifice (18) est prévu sous le premier bec (23) et, par conséquent, lesdits rebords (4) sont renforcés de sorte qu'ils ne soient pas repliés vers l'arrière si une force agit dans une direction de traction vers l'extérieur de la surface intérieure (9) du vantail (2).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la partie de fixation de verre (11) est fabriquée de sorte que la partie de blocage (12) soit placée dans le moule qui est utilisé pour fabriquer le bloc de verre (10), ce qui signifie que, après l'opération de coulée du bloc de verre (10), la partie de blocage (12) et le bloc de verre (10) forment une seule partie composée, ce qui simplifie les opérations de manipulation et d'assemblage de la partie de fixation de verre (11).
  14. Fenêtre comprenant une section de fenêtre (1) placée dans un vantail (2) ayant une rainure (3), ladite fenêtre comprenant en outre au moins une partie de fixation de verre (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
