Claims (14)
- Mécanisme pour classeur ayant un double levier, à savoir consistant en une plaque de base (1) et un ensemble de fixation (2), qui est attaché de façon pivotante sur ladite plaque de base (1) et est actionné au moyen d'un levier d'actionnement (3), qui est également attaché de façon pivotante sur ladite plaque de base (1), dans lequel une paire de broches fixes (11, 12) sont fermement attachées sur ladite plaque de base (1) de façon adjacente à un bord longitudinal (17) de celle-ci, et sont agencées espacées de façon appropriée l'une de l'autre et positionnées au moins approximativement à angle droit par rapport au plan principal de ladite plaque de base (1), et dans lequel un porte-à-faux (13) avec une articulation à pivot (31) est agencé dans la zone centrale de la plaque de base (1), tandis que, de façon adjacente au bord longitudinal opposé (18), des supports (19', 19") appropriés sont agencés, qui sont adaptés à une intégration de l'ensemble de fixation (2) sur la plaque de base (1), et dans lequel ledit ensemble de fixation (2) intégré comprend une paire de broches pivotantes (21, 22), qui sont adaptées à coopérer avec lesdites broches fixes (11, 12) dans le sens d'un repos coaxial desdites broches pivotantes (21, 22) sur celles-ci et entre lesquelles une section intermédiaire (25) est disponible, qui est décalée vers le porte-à-faux (13) et est pressée à l'opposé de la plaque de base (1) au moyen d'un ressort support (10), et dans lequel des sections support (23, 24) appropriées sont prévues entre ladite section intermédiaire (25) et lesdites broches pivotantes (21, 22), dans la zone desquelles ledit ensemble de fixation (2) est intégré de façon pivotante à l'intérieur desdits supports (19', 19") sur la plaque de base (1), tandis que le levier d'actionnement (3) est attaché de façon pivotante sur l'articulation à pivot (31) sur le porte-à-faux (13) de la plaque de base (1) et s'étend essentiellement dans le sens longitudinal par rapport à la plaque de base (1), faisant ainsi saillie à l'extérieur de la circonférence de la plaque de base (1) dans la zone d'une broche fixe (12) et d'une broche pivotante (22) correspondante, et étant équipé avec un élément d'actionnement (35', 35") approprié, au moyen duquel il repose sur la section intermédiaire (25) entre les broches pivotantes (21, 22) de l'ensemble de fixation (2), qui est donc d'une part, au moyen du ressort (10), pressé dans la direction à l'opposé de la plaque de base (1) et d'autre part, au moyen dudit élément d'actionnement (35', 35"), poussé vers la plaque de base (1), dans lequel le levier d'actionnement (3) est formé comme un double levier, à savoir en deux parties, consistant en une partie primaire (31) qui est sur sa première partie d'extrémité (311) attachée de façon pivotante au porte-à-faux (13) sur la plaque de base (1), ainsi qu'en une partie secondaire (32) qui est, par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation à pivot (301) correspondante attachée de façon pivotante à ladite partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3) et, dans sa partie centrale (322), repose sur la surface supérieure de la plaque de base (1), ce par quoi ledit levier d'actionnement (3) comprend également un élément d'actionnement (35', 35") qui est agencé sur ladite partie primaire (31) et à une distance désirée à l'écart de l'articulation à pivot (30), à savoir de façon excentrique par rapport à ladite articulation à pivot (30) du levier d'actionnement (3), à savoir de la partie primaire (31) de celui-ci, qui est disponible sur le porte-à-faux (13) sur la plaque de base (1), dans lequel ledit élément d'actionnement (35', 35") est adapté à coopérer avec l'élément support (250), qui est prévu sur la section intermédiaire (25) de l'ensemble de fixation (2) et consiste au moins en un plan, préférablement une élévation légèrement concave, qui est agencé à une certaine distance au-dessus de la plaque de base (1) et en-dessous de l'articulation à pivot (30) du levier d'actionnement (3) sur le porte-à-faux (13), ainsi qu'en une inclinaison (252), qui est agencée de façon adjacente à ladite élévation (251) et s'étend dans le sens le long du levier d'actionnement (3) et vers le bas dans le sens vers la plaque de base (1), dans lequel la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3) comprend une partie de connexion (311) et une partie d'actionnement (313), ainsi qu'une partie centrale (312) disponible entre celles-ci, et, également, la partie secondaire (32) du levier d'actionnement (3) comprend une partie de connexion (321) et une partie d'actionnement (323), ainsi qu'une partie centrale (322) disponible entre celles-ci, tandis que ledit levier d'actionnement (3) dans son ensemble et formé par lesdites parties (31, 32) est attaché de façon pivotante à l'articulation à pivot (30) sur le porte-à-faux (13) de la plaque de base (1) au moyen de la partie de connexion (311) de la partie primaire (31), et que la partie secondaire (32) repose par sa partie centrale (322) sur la surface supérieure de la plaque de base (1) et est, au moyen de sa partie de connexion (321) attachée de façon pivotante à une articulation à pivot (303), qui est située dans la partie centrale (312) de ladite partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3).
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3) est laissée pivoter au sein de l'articulation à pivot (30) autour d'un axe géométrique, qui s'étend parallèlement par rapport au plan principal de la plaque de base (1) et, en même temps, également avec deux plans, qui s'étendent au travers de chaque paire de broches (11, 21 ; 12, 22) coopérant mutuellement.
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie secondaire (32) du levier d'actionnement (3) est laissée pivoter au sein de l'articulation à pivot (303) sur la partie primaire (31) autour d'un axe géométrique, qui s'étend parallèlement par rapport au plan principal de la plaque de base (1) et, en même temps, également avec deux plans, qui s'étendent au travers de chaque paire de broches (11, 21 ; 12, 22) coopérant mutuellement.
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la position de l'élément d'actionnement (35', 35") sur la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3) est déterminée de telle manière que dans la première position d'extrémité de la partie primaire (31), lorsque la partie d'actionnement (313) de celle-ci est située à la plus grande distance à l'écart du plan principal de la plaque de base (1), ledit élément d'actionnement (35', 35") est supporté par l'inclinaison (252) de l'élément support (250) sur la section intermédiaire (25) de l'ensemble de fixation (2), tandis que dans la deuxième position d'extrémité, où ladite partie d'actionnement (313) est située dans sa position la plus basse adjacente au plan principal de la plaque de base (1), ledit élément d'actionnement (35', 35") est supporté par l'élévation (251) de l'élément support (250) sur la section intermédiaire (25) de l'ensemble de fixation (2).
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3) est déplacée de sa première position, dans laquelle l'élément d'actionnement (35', 35") est situé sur l'élévation (251) et qui correspond à l'état fermé du mécanisme, où les broches (11, 21 ; 12, 22) sont pressées les unes contre les autres, jusqu'à sa deuxième position, dans laquelle l'élément d'actionnement (35', 35") est situé sur l'inclinaison (252) et qui correspond à l'état ouvert du mécanisme, où les broches (11, 21 ; 12, 22) sont maintenues à une distance désirée les unes des autres, au moyen d'un mouvement approprié de la partie d'actionnement (323) de la partie secondaire (32), qui repose, au moyen de sa partie centrale (322), sur la surface supérieure de la plaque de base, dans le sens vers le bas vers la plaque de base (1).
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (35') est formé comme un élément rotatif.
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (35') est attaché comme un porte-à-fiaux sur la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3).
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (35") est formé comme un élément coulissant.
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3) est formée comme une partie intégrale, qui inclut une zone verticale (314), dans laquelle les deux articulations à pivot (30 ; 303) sont situées, ainsi qu'un élément de renfort horizontal (315), qui est attaché à ladite zone verticale (314) le long du bord inférieur de la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3), qui fait face vers la plaque de base (1), tandis que l'élément d'actionnement (35") représente une partie intégrale dudit élément de renfort horizontal (315).
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de renfort horizontal (315) est directement transformé en la partie d'actionnement de la partie primaire (31) du levier d'actionnement (3) à une distance désirée à l'écart du porte-à-faux (13) et à l'extérieur d'une position des deux articulations à pivot (30 ; 303).
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la partie secondaire (32) du levier d'actionnement (3) est formée comme une partie intégrale et inclut une zone verticale (324), dans laquelle l'articulation à pivot (303) est située, ainsi qu'un élément de renfort horizontal (325), qui s'étend le long du bord supérieur de la partie secondaire (32), qui est agencé à la distance la plus grande à l'écart de la plaque de base (1) et est, dans la zone d'extrémité, qui est située à la distance la plus grande à l'écart de l'articulation à pivot (303), directement transformé en la partie d'actionnement (323) de la partie secondaire (32) du levier d'actionnement (3).
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément support (250), qui comprend ladite élévation (251) et ladite inclinaison (252), est attaché à la section intermédiaire (25) de l'ensemble de fixation (2) d'une manière détachable, à savoir amovible.
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément support (250), qui comprend ladite élévation (251) et ladite inclinaison (252), est fermement attaché à la section intermédiaire (25) de l'ensemble de fixation (2) d'une manière non détachable.
- Mécanisme pour classeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément support (250), qui comprend ladite élévation (251) et ladite inclinaison (252), est formé de façon intégrale avec la section intermédiaire (25) de l'ensemble de fixation (2) et forme une partie intégrale de ladite section intermédiaire (25).
