  • An example of an automatic process that such an oven 10 makes it possible to carry out can foresee a succession of steps in which initially for a few tens of seconds it is provided for it to only warm/defrost the sandwich exclusively through microwaves, a subsequent step, of the order of a minute, of only toasting the surfaces of the sandwich when the magnetron is turned off, and a last step, of a few tens of seconds, of simultaneous action of both the supporting plane 12 and of the magnetron to finish off the outer lower browning while simultaneously warming the inside and the possible filling of the sandwich.
