Claims (11)

  1. A reel-fed printing press with at least one printing unit (13) for the static printing of at least one substrate web (A-C) preferentially of a plurality of substrate webs, with a printed image that is invariable for all printed copies, and with at least one processing device (22) positioned upstream of a folder (16) for the preferentially dynamic processing of at least one substrate web (A-C) with a processing variable for at least some printed copies, characterized in that the at least one processing device (22) is mounted on a handling device (23) in such a manner that the processing device (22) with the help of the handling device (23) can be three-dimensionally relocated in space within the action range of the handling device (23) in such a manner that the processing device (22) can be positioned in a freely determinable position of a substrate web (A, B, C) and with a freely determinable orientation to the substrate web (A, B, C), wherein the handling device (23) is designed as robot arm.
  2. The reel-fed printing press according to Claim 1, characterized in that the processing device (22) with the help of the handling device (23) can be positioned with any desired orientation to a substrate web (A, B, C) in such a manner that the processing direction (24) of the processing device (22) with a top side and/or bottom side of the substrate web (A, B, C) encloses a freely determinable angle.
  3. The reel-fed printing press according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the freely determinable position of the processing device (22) can be adjusted relative to a substrate web (A, B, C) dependent on the transport speed of the substrate web (A, B, C) and dependent on the processing speed of the processing device (22).
  4. The reel-fed printing press according to any one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the printing units (13) are designed as offset printing units and form at least one printing tower (10, 11, 12) of a newspaper printing press of a plurality of printing units positioned on top of one another.
  5. The reel-fed printing press according to any one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the printing units are designed as offset printing units and form at least one printing section of a commercial web offset printing press of a plurality of printing units positioned next to one another.
  6. The reel-fed printing press according to any one of the Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the processing device (22) is designed as printing device, preferentially as inkjet printing device.
  7. The reel-fed printing press according to any one of the Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the processing device (22) is designed as gluing device or as coating device or as drying device or as foil transfer device or as cutting device or as perforation device or as stamping device.
  8. The reel-fed printing press according to any one of the Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the handling device (23) is positioned in the region of a web leading device (18).
  9. The reel-fed printing press according to Claim 8, characterized in that the web leading device (18) comprises a plurality of web guiding rollers, namely a first number of web guiding rollers (19) in order to feed the or each substrate web to the web leading device, and a second number of web guiding rollers (20) in order to discharge the or each substrate web from the web leading device.
  10. The reel-fed printing press according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the web leading device (18) guides a plurality of substrate webs (A, B, C) in such a manner that the processing device (22) by the handling device (23) can be positioned between two substrate webs (A, B; B, C) in such a manner that both substrate webs (A, B; B, C) can be processed by processing devices (22) on the top side and/or on the bottom side.
  11. The reel-fed printing press according to any one of the Claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the web leading device (18) is designed locationally fixed and seen in transport direction of the or each substrate web (A, B, C) is arranged downstream of the printing units (13) and upstream of the turning unit (15).
