Abstract

Die Erfindung stellt einen Sportstock (10) bereit, umfassend einen Handgriff zum Ergreifen und Halten des Sportstocks (10) mit einer Hand, ein vom Handgriff abgewandtes Stockende für einen Kontakt mit einem Boden, eine zwischen Handgriff und Stockende verlaufende Rohranordnung mit einem äußeren Rohr (12) und einem inneren Rohr (14) wobei das innere Rohr (14) in das äußere Rohr (12) um einen veränderbaren Betrag einschiebbar ist, um die Länge des Sportstocks (10) einzustellen, und eine Feststelleinrichtung (16), welche manuell verstellbar ist zwischen einem Lösezustand, der eine Verschiebung zwischen innerem Rohr (14) und äußeren Rohr (12) erlaubt, und einem Feststellzustand, der eine Verschiebung zwischen innerem Rohr (14) und äußerem Rohr (12) blockiert, wobei die Feststelleinrichtung (16) eine Schelle umfasst, welche das äußere Rohr (12) oder/und das innere Rohr (14) umgibt und welche im Feststellzustand auf einen kleineren Durchmesser verstellt ist, um eine Klemmkraft auf das innere Rohr (14) oder/und das äußere Rohr (12) auszuüben, dass die Feststelleinrichtung (16) einen Vorsprung (28) aufweist, welcher am Innenumfang der Schelle nach innen hin vorsteht, und dass das innere Rohr (14) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (30) aufweist, in welche der Vorsprung (28) im Feststellzustand eingreift.
