  • the spring characteristics shall be chosen so that the whole inertia energy needed to accelerate the movable lifting mast 20, and where provided additional moving mast elements, to the corresponding maximum speed can be stored in the spring element 52. This normally requires the spring element 52 to be dimensioned to absorb a force above said 50 %. Theoretically, at very low lifting speeds, where no inertia is present, the spring element 52 need only be able to absorb a force corresponding to 50 % of the hydraulic pressure increase between free lift and main lift. Dimensioned correctly, there will be an overlap between the free lift and the main lift. Such an overlap is desirable.

Claims (13)

  1. Structure de mât (1) pour un chariot élévateur industriel, laquelle structure de mât comprend:
    - un premier élément de mât (10) qui est raccordé à des moyens de mise en prise de charge tels qu'un chariot à fourche,
    - un deuxième élément de mât (20) grâce auquel le premier élément de mât (10) est supporté et le long duquel le premier élément de mât (10) est mobile, et
    - un troisième élément de mât (30) grâce auquel le deuxième élément de mât (20) est supporté et le long duquel le deuxième élément de mât (20) est mobile,
    caractérisée par :
    - des moyens de stockage et de transmission d'énergie mécanique (50) qui sont adaptés pour transférer la force d'un mouvement (M10) du premier élément de mât (10) à un mouvement (M20) du deuxième élément de mât (20),
    - dans laquelle les moyens de stockage et de transmission d'énergie mécanique (50) sont agencés pour être chargés par le mouvement (M10) du premier élément de mât (10) lorsque le premier élément de mât (10) s'approche d'une position d'extrémité le long du deuxième élément de mât (20), et
    - dans laquelle les moyens de stockage et de transmission d'énergie mécanique (50) sont agencés pour être déchargés lorsqu'un mouvement (M20) du deuxième élément de mât (20) le long du troisième élément de mât (30) est initié, moyennant quoi l'énergie stockée dans les moyens de stockage et de transmission d'énergie mécanique (50) est transférée dans un mouvement (M20) de la deuxième structure de mât (20).
  2. Structure de mât (1) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un premier cylindre de levage hydraulique (60) et un deuxième cylindre de levage hydraulique raccordés comme des vases communicants, le premier cylindre de levage hydraulique (60) entraînant le premier élément de mât (10) et le deuxième cylindre de levage hydraulique entraînant le deuxième élément de mât (20).
  3. Structure de mât (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le premier élément de mât (10) est raccordé à un chariot à fourche, le deuxième élément de mât ((20) est un mât de levage mobile et le troisième élément de mât (30) est un mât de levage fixe qui est fixé sur un châssis de chariot.
  4. Structure de mât (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un quatrième élément de mât, grâce auquel le troisième élément de mât (30) est supporté et le long duquel le troisième élément de mât (30) est mobile, dans laquelle le premier élément de mât (10) est raccordé à un chariot à fourche , le deuxième élément de mât (20) et le troisième élément de mât (30) sont des mâts de levage mobiles et le quatrième élément de mât est un mât de levage fixe qui est fixé sur un châssis de chariot.
  5. Structure de mât (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les moyens de stockage et de transmission d'énergie mécanique (50) comprennent un élément de ressort (52) qui est dimensionné pour absorber la force à transférer.
  6. Structure de mât (1) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle l'élément de ressort (52) est un élément de ressort avec une constante de rappel variable.
  7. Structure de mât (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle l'élément de ressort (52) est un élément de ressort avec une constante de rappel progressive.
  8. Procédé pour convertir une structure de mât d'un chariot élévateur industriel afin de répartir la transition entre les opérations de levage d'un premier élément de mât (10) et d'un deuxième élément de mât (20), dans lequel chariot élévateur industriel, le premier élément de mât (10) est raccordé à des moyens de mise en prise de charge tel qu'un chariot à fourche ,
    le premier élément de mât (10) est supporté par et mobile le long du deuxième élément de mât (20), et
    le deuxième élément de mât (20) est supporté par et mobile le long d'un troisième élément de mât (30),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape consistant à agencer des moyens de stockage et de transmission d'énergie mécanique (50) pour fonctionner entre le premier élément de mât (10) et le troisième élément de mât (30) ou entre des moyens (60) entraînant le premier élément de mât (10) et le troisième élément de mât (30), moyennant quoi :
