Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines komplexen und im Wesentlichen nach der Formgebung einbaufertigen Blechformteils (30) aus einem Blechmaterial, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
- Zuschneiden einer ebenen Ausgangsplatine (10), deren Kontur im Wesentlichen einer exakten Abwicklung des einbaufertigen Blechformteils (30) in der Ebene entspricht;
- Positionieren der Ausgangsplatine (10) in einem Umformwerkzeug (20), das wenigstens zwei axial zueinander bewegbare Werkzeugteile (22,25) umfasst; und
- axiales Bewegen dieser Werkzeugteile (22,25) zueinander, wobei ein Umformen der Ausgangsplatine (10) zu einem einbaufertigen Blechformteil (30) derart erfolgt, dass wenigstens zwei Regelflächen und/oder Freiformflächen (32) ausgebildet werden, welche durch wenigstens eine Konturlinie (34) zumindest abschnittsweise voneinander abgegrenzt sind.

Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein hiernach hergestelltes komplexes Blechformteil (30).
