Abstract
Die vorliegend Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Platine zur Herstellung von kaltumgeformten Bauteilen (R) aus Stahlblech und eine Verwendung einer Platine umfassend folgende Schritte: Erzeugen einer Platine (P) aus einem Grundblech (G), das aus einem ersten Stahlmaterial besteht; Ersetzen mindestens eines Abschnitts des Grundblechs (G) durch einen Blechzuschnitt (1,2), welcher sich in seiner Dicke (D1,D2) und / oder mindestens einer Materialeigenschaft von dem ersten Stahlblech (G) unterscheidet, wobei die Dicke (D1,D2) oder die abweichende Materialeigenschaft und die Geometrie des Blechzuschnitts (1,2) sowie dessen Lage in der Platine (P) bestimmt sind vom Materialfluß während der anschließend durchgeführten Kaltumformung und Kaltumformen der Platine (P) zu dem Bauteil (R). Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ermöglicht es, ein verbessertes Ergebnis der Kaltumformung zu gewährleisten bzw. die Herstellung bestimmter Bauteilformen überhaupt erst möglich zu machen.
