Men's undergarment with an elastic waistband such as a pair of underpants, boxers, boxer-shorts, shorty, thong, trunks, g-string without an opening, intended to be worn under pants with a fly and provided with an additional piece positioned on the upper front centre of the aforementioned garment, characterised by the fact that the aforementioned piece consists of a grip tab (B1) (B2) (B3) (B4) whose upper part is supported at the undergarment by being fixed to the elastic waistband (C) of the aforementioned undergarment and includes a lower floating part that is sized in such a way that it can easily pass through the open fly of the pants and with a lower end located in the upper area of the fly opening, which allows for easy opening of the undergarment by manually gripping and then pulling the aforementioned element downwards through the open fly of the pants worn over the aforementioned undergarment.
  2. Undergarment as described in claim 1 characterised by the fact that the dimensions of the grip tab (B1) (B2) (B3) (B4) are at the maximum contained within a rectangle 60 mm wide and 120 mm high.
  3. Undergarment as described in claim 2 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B1) (B4) is created from fabric, for example, the same type of fabric as that of the undergarment, and bolstered with reinforcing cloth applied on the inside of the front side of this piece with the use of a fusing iron.
  4. Undergarment as described in claim 2 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B1) (B4) is created from fabric and is rigidified by reinforcing cloth applied above and below this fabric with the use of a fusing iron on the two parts that comprise the external envelope of this grip tab (B1) (B4).
  5. Undergarment as described in claims 3 or 4 characterised by the fact that the fabric rigidified by the fused reinforcing cloth has a satin stitch (E) around its edges, produced by a serger in order to further reinforce the rigidity, non-deformability and good grip of the assembly.
  6. Undergarment as described in claims 3, 4 or 5 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B1) (B4) has on its front face a projecting element such as embroidery (F) in order to provide an even better grip of the aforementioned piece for both opening and closing the undergarment.
  7. Undergarment as described in any of the claims 3-6 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B1) created in fabric has rounded lower side borders extended over the straight side borders converging towards the bottom in such a way as to prevent the folding of the lower borders, detrimental to the grip.
  8. Undergarment as described in any of the claims 3 to 6 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B1) (B4) created from fabric is supported permanently on the undergarment through seams (G) created in the area where the grip tab is superimposed over the elastic waistband (C) of the undergarment.
  9. Undergarment as described in claim 3 or 4 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B4) is created in the shape of a strip of cloth folded over itself and supported at the waistband (C) at the level of its two free ends superimposed over the waistband in order to facilitate the grip with the use of the index alone through the side of the loop thus formed.
  10. Undergarment as described in any of the claims from 3 to 8 characterised by the fact that the grip tab is provided with a removable means of connection to the area in front of the elastic waistband (C) of the undergarment such as, at least, a press stud.
  11. Undergarment as described in claim 1 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B2) is a semi-rigid piece with an enlarged extended shape on the lower end, for example, in the shape of an anchor or ring, narrower than the width of the open fly and whose upper end has an opening such as a small ring intended to be sewn or latched onto a loop on the centre front of the undergarment at the level of the elastic waistband (C) of the undergarment.
  12. Undergarment as described in claim 1 characterised by the fact that the grip tab (B3) is created from a string shaped in a loop extended downwards and linked to the waistband part (C) of the undergarment through an eyelet or an elongated loop on the aforementioned waistband (C) or sewn.
  13. Undergarment as described in any of the preceding claims characterised by the fact that the aforementioned undergarment (A) has a section defined by a pattern created in such a way that the front waistband part is located below the part behind the waistband by at least one centimetre in such a way as to not be found under the waistband area of the pants in order to not hinder the aforementioned undergarment from being opened.
