Abstract

The present invention relates to a garment of the type comprising a top (1) and a bottom (3) integral and extending in a longitudinal direction, said bottom (3) comprising a tongue forming crotch (39) which has an integral end of the back said top (1) and a free end which is adapted to be removably attached to the front of said garment to form the crotch of said garment, said garment comprising a retaining band (31), elastically deformable, which is adapted to position themselves around the user's hips. According to the invention, said holding band (31) is entirely integral with said garment, it comprises a fixing lug (33) which extends under said holding band (31), on the front of said garment, said free end of said garment said crotch tab (39) and said securing tab (33) respectively have first and second securing means (5) for releasably securing said free end of said crotch tab (39) to said tab fixation (33) and said top (1) has a length in said longitudinal direction such that when said garment is worn by a user, the top (1) being in contact with the shoulders of said user and said crotch positioned at the level of the crotch said user, said top (1) is bouffant or forms a fold oriented towards said bottom (3).

Description

TECHNICAL AREA

The present invention relates to a garment of the type comprising a top and a bottom integral with one another.

PRIOR ART

The document US 2 100 869 A describes a stretch mesh sportswear that includes a top forming a tennis polo. This polo is extended on the back by a posterior portion which hides the buttocks of the user who wears the garment. This posterior portion comprises a crotch tongue which has a free end which comes on the front of the top. The crotch tab is removably attached to the polo, by means of buttons sewn with elastic threads. These buttons are arranged along a rounded opening which forms a notch in the top of the garment.

This garment is designed for sports and allows great freedom of movement due to the elastics fitted to the buttons, the stretch mesh used for the entire garment and the rounded shape of the notch which always keeps the tongue crotch under tension.

On the other hand, this garment can not be made in a fabric; it is mandatory to use a knit fabric.

Moreover, the tension of the tongue is uncomfortable and sometimes generates lesions or causes macerations that can degenerate into irritation or fungal infections.

In addition, the garment described in the aforementioned document is not very seyant and, or marries the forms too, or on the contrary forms a tube around the waist due to the tensioning of the extensible fabric by the tongue forming crotch.

Moreover, the only adjustment to the size of the user comes from the elastics with which are sewn buttons. It is therefore necessary to provide a large choice of different sizes so that any user can actually find a garment of this type adapted to its morphology.

The documents US 2011/0126341 A1 and US 3,840,900 B describe garments whose upper is pulled so as to obtain a slimming effect; it results in a tension in the crotch during the movements of the user.

The document CH 218 355 A1 describes a garment that has a crotch buttoned at the crotch. The tension at the crotch is adjusted at the same time as the adjustment of the garment at the waist with an adjustable belt.

The document US 5,033,121 B describes a garment in one piece that must avoid tensions at the crotch tab during the movements of the user. The garment described in this document has an elastic band at the junction of the top and bottom on the back of the garment. The crotch band is attached to the bottom of the top of the garment so as to form a panties. The free edge of the leg forming crotch which is attached to the top of the garment also comprises an elastic. The presence of the elastic on the buttocks and on the front of the garment decreases the forces exerted on the tongue forming crotch; these forces are taken up by the two elastics. Nevertheless, the garment does not have any ease. In addition, the fact that the elastic band is part of the crotch tongue implies that the forces that will be exerted on this elastic band will be transmitted to the length of the crotch tab; it will inevitably result in tensions in the crotch. In addition, the closure of the garment by the tongue forming crotch is performed at the user's pelvis, in the manner of an infant diaper. The garment is unattractive and does not allow, for example, to wear low-waisted pants, the closure area may be visible on the front of the garment.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to solve all or part of the technical problems related to the aforementioned prior art.

Furthermore, there is a need for clothing that has the appearance of a shirt, a shirt or any type of ordinary top but which could at any time remain close to the body of the user. Indeed, when a user wearing pants, especially low-waisted pants, lowers, the lower part of his back, or even his buttocks is often visible because not hidden by the top that came out of the pants during his movement. Similarly, when wearing a high-waisted skirt or shorts or high-waisted pants, body movements tend to bring out the blouse of the skirt making the bust of the user informed and unsightly.

Another object of the present invention is therefore to propose a garment having a top and a bottom integral but which gives to its user the same aesthetic appearance as that conferred by the same top that would not be secured to a stocking.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention thus provides a garment of the type comprising a top and a bottom integral and extending in a longitudinal direction, said bottom comprising a crotch tongue which has an end secured to the back of said top and a free end which is adapted to be removably attached to the front of said garment to form the crotch of said garment, said garment having a holding strip, elastically deformable, which is adapted to be positioned around the hips of the user.

Characteristically, according to the invention, the holding strip is entirely integral with said garment, the latter comprising a fastening tab which extends under said holding strip, on the front of said garment, said free end of said tongue forming crotch. and said securing tab respectively comprises first and second securing means which removably fix said free end of said crotch tab on said bracket and said top has a length in said longitudinal direction such as when said garment is worn by a user, the top being in contact with the shoulders of said user and said crotch positioned at the crotch of said user, said top is bulging or forms a fold oriented towards said bottom.

The presence of the elastically deformable holding band reduces the tension in the crotch by distributing the forces exerted between the top and bottom over the entire perimeter of the holding band. The top is no longer held in place by the tongue forming crotch, as is the case in the aforementioned prior art, but by the holding band which remains in place on the user's pelvis. This is achieved by the fact that the elastically deformable strip is integral with the garment, which means that it is not removable from the garment; it is part of either the top or the bottom of the garment; it may be situated at the junction of the two; it is not part of the tongue forming crotch. The bottom is therefore placed as an undergarment without exerting tension in the crotch. In addition, the bottom is easily placed and in the right position due to the elastically deformable band, even when the crotch tab is not attached to the garment.

The combination of the length of the top and the aforementioned holding band which is integral with the garment makes it possible to avoid any tension at the level of the crotch, even during the torsional movements of the user.

The appearance of the garment is particularly aesthetic because it is similar to that of a top not secured to a stocking. One can thus obtain a fluid garment with a blousing appearance that has the same appearance as that which would be conferred from the top if it was not associated with the bottom. The voltage between the top and the bottom is zero. This type of garment also has the advantage of being suitable for several types of morphologies and for several bust lengths. It is therefore no longer necessary to provide a large number of sizes. The cost of manufacturing the garment is thus reduced.

The holding strip may surround the entire user's pelvis or only a portion of the pelvis.

Advantageously, said top has a width at least equal to the width of said holding strip. It is thus possible to obtain a garment that does not stick to the waist and does not mold the shapes.

In addition, this type of clothing is particularly suitable for wearing low-waisted trousers and the wearing of waist-high skirts or shorts or high-waisted pants, the garment entered into the skirt is not likely to eat above the size of the latter , even when the user moves.

The closure of the garment being made at the free end of the leg, the junction between the top and bottom is performed at the pubis. The aesthetic appearance of the garment is improved and thus allows the wearing of low-waisted pants, for example.

According to a first embodiment, more particularly adapted to the users, said bottom comprises a rear portion which extends said holding strip at the back of said garment, in said longitudinal direction, said posterior portion is able to cover at least partially the buttocks of the user / user, said crotch tab extends said posterior portion and said holding strip, said attachment tab, said posterior portion and said crotch strip define lateral openings for passage of the user's legs, when said free end of said crotch tab is attached to said bracket.

According to a second embodiment which is particularly adapted to the users, said bottom forms a slip which extends under said holding band and which possibly comprises leg sleeves which define lateral openings for the passageways of the user's legs, then forming a boxer, said brief / boxer comprises a longitudinal ease opening which extends under said fastening tab to the back of said underpants / boxer and said crotch tab covers said opening of ease, when said free end of said crotch tab is attached to said bracket.

The ease of opening aforementioned allows to discover the sex of the user, the crotch area and part of the user's bottom so as to allow him to go to the toilet without removing the garment

Advantageously, the crotch-shaped tongue forms a pocket, has a width greater than that of said opening of comfort so as to cover the bottom zone bordering said opening of ease

Advantageously, the longitudinal edges of said crotch tongue are elastically deformable. This embodiment allows the user to urinate without disconnecting the crotch tab of the bracket. In the female version, this variant makes it possible to have good support at the thighs of the user.

The fabric of the garment is not limited according to the invention. The garment can be made partially or entirely of cotton mesh, possibly containing an elastane-type elastic yarn, percale including cotton, muslin or any synthetic or natural fabric.

According to the invention, the garment can be formed of a single piece or of several pieces assembled. It can be formed of a back and a front assembled and essentially formed of a knit.

Advantageously, the bottom is knitted and comprises said holding strip which surrounds the entire pelvis of the user.

The top and said bottom can be two parts assembled; said top may have a width greater than that of said holding strip and possibly be essentially formed of a fabric, the edge of said top which is secured to said retaining strip then optionally comprising elastic means. Thus, according to a particular variant, the top forms a fabric shirt, the bottom is mesh and the lower edge of the top comprises an elastic which reduces its width to that of the holding band, this elastic being mounted on the holding band , reinforcing the elastic support of the latter on the body of the user.

According to the invention, the first and second fixing means are not limited. For example, they form a zipper or are selected from a plurality of buttons and a buttonhole, two strips respectively comprising hooks and loops adapted to cooperate for their attachment, staples and attachment loops of these staples, snap fasteners and fasteners adapted to be magnetically assembled. The zipper has the advantage of being strong, resistant to washing and convenient to use.

Advantageously, said first and said second fastening means are arranged on the free edge respectively of said free end of said crotch tab and on the free edge of said fastening tab. This reduces the areas where the fabrics are superimposed. The garment is more comfortable to wear even under pants or a fitted skirt, it remains undetectable.

The free edge of said free end of said crotch tongue and said free edge of said fixing lug may be rectilinear and parallel to said holding strip, whereby the junction between the top and the bottom is made along a horizontal line at the from the front of said garment. It is thus possible to use a zipper which is easy to install. The superposition area of the tissues is limited to a horizontal band at the pubis; it is undetectable through even a piece of clothing.

DEFINITIONS

The term "elastically deformable holding strip" includes the holding strips which are elastically deformable because they are entirely formed of an elastically deformable fabric, such as a fiber mesh optionally containing an elastic yarn, the retaining strips which are fabric but provided with an elastic extending all around their periphery, for example slipped into a hem, the strips wholly or partly made of fabric having an elasticated zone and the bands wholly or partly in mesh and comprising an elasticated zone and / or an elastic band all around them. The width of the band is not limited according to the invention.

The term "mesh" refers to one or more knitted yarns.

The term "fabric" refers to intertwined warp and weft threads.

The term "high" refers to a portion covering at least the bust of the user to his belly button. The term "high" encompasses all possible shapes and fabrics. It may be, for example, a blouse, a shirt, a blouse, a polo shirt, a shirt.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

With reference to the Fig. 1a a first embodiment of the invention will now be described. According to this first embodiment, the entire garment is organic cotton mesh containing a spandex yarn. This garment has a top 1 in the shape of a jersey or T-shirt for women. The bottom 3 of the garment forms a single piece with the top 1. The width L of the top 1 is the same as that of the holding band 31 and corresponds to the maximum width of the garment. The holding band 31, indicated in dashed lines, corresponds to the zone of the garment which is positioned on the hips of the user. The fastening tab 33 forms a kind of tip which extends the holding band 31 down the garment. The fixing lug is integral with the garment just as the elastically deformable band 31. The bottom 3 has the shape of a panty. The crotch tab 39 extends the posterior portion 38 which covers the buttocks of the user. This rear portion 38 defines, in cooperation with the tongue forming crotch 39 and the bracket 33, the openings 37 for the passage of the legs of the user. The edges of the openings 37 can be elasticated. The free end of the tongue forming crotch 39 is fixed on the leg fastening 33 by means of a slide fastener 5. The slide fastener 5 is fixed on the fastening tab 33 so that a portion thereof is present between the wearer's skin and the closure. Slide 5. The fastening tab 33 thus forms a clean band which avoids contact between the skin and the zipper 5, thus reducing the risk of allergies and pinching. The zipper 5 is disposed substantially on the front of the garment above the crotch, substantially at the pubis of the user which makes it easy to close and open.

The Fig. 1 b represents an alternative embodiment of the embodiment of the Fig. 1a . According to this variant, the top 1 is a non-stretch cotton fabric blouse. The bottom 3 is in cotton mesh. The lower free edge of the blouse 1 comprises a hem in which is inserted an elastic. The width L of the blouse is greater than the width of the retaining band 31. The aforesaid elastic adjusts the width of the bottom of the blouse to that of the retaining band 31. The lower elasticated edge of the blouse 1 is sewn at the upper edge of the holding band 31 which leads to the formation of longitudinal folds 13. The garment is therefore two pieces of different fabrics. The elastic of the blouse 1 reinforces the elasticity of the retaining band 31 and allows the assembly of the two parts 1 and 3. For this type of garment, the length of the top is greater than that of the bust of the user in order to get a blousing rendering; thus obtaining, wearing the garment according to the invention, the same aesthetic appearance as that obtained with a shirt tucked into a pant or skirt.

With reference to Fig. 2a to 2c a second embodiment will now be described. The elements of this second embodiment which are in common with the aforementioned first are referenced identically.

This second embodiment is intended for a user. Top 1 forms a fabric shirt, while bottom 3 forms a mesh boxer. The bottom 3 has a holding band 31 of elastic which extends to the crotch of the boxer by a fastening lug 33 more visible on the Fig. 2b . The bracket is an integral part of the boxer. The crotch tab 39 is fixed on the fastening tab 33 by means of a fastener slide 5 (see Fig. 2a ). As shown on the Fig. 2b , the underpants has an opening that extends from the front zone of the underpants, located under the fastening tab 31 to its rear portion 38 (visible on the Fig. 2c ), passing through the crotch. With reference to Fig. 2a to 2c , the bottom 3 comprises leg sleeves 35 which each surround a thigh of the user, when the garment is worn. The leg sleeves 35 define the openings 37 for the passage of the legs of the user. As visible on the Fig. 2b the area between the leg sleeves 35 is open. The crotch tab 39 is attached to the rear portion 38 of the bottom 3, as shown in FIG. Fig. 2c , at the level of a rounded seam 4.

The width l2 of the opening (see Fig. 2b ) extending from below the fastening tab 33 to the posterior portion 38 is smaller than the width l1 (see Fig. 2a ) of the tongue crotch 39. There is therefore a superposition between these two parts when the tongue 39 is fixed to the bracket 33. This cover ensures the coverage of the body of the user regardless of the movements of the last. Moreover, the tongue 39 forms a pocket that protrudes from the front of the boxer. The two side edges 391 and 393 of the tongue 39 are provided with elastics which ensure the correct positioning of the tongue 39 when it is fixed on the fastening tab 33. The sex of the user thus remains always covered by the tongue forming crotch 39, when the latter is fixed to the fixing lug 31, as shown in FIG. Fig. 2a .

In the particular embodiment shown here, the tongue 39 further includes a slot 395 which allows the user to urinate without having to separate the crotch tab 39 from the fastening tab 33. This slot is optional because the user can also use the elasticity of the bottom 3 and side edges 391 and 393 of the tongue 39 to urinate without opening the zipper 5.

When the crotch tab 39 is attached to the bracket, as shown in FIG. Fig. 2a , the lower body of the user is totally covered. When the user opens the zipper 5 and disengages the two amounts, the crotch tongue 39 falls to the rear portion 38 allowing the user to go to the seat without removing the garment.

Claims (11)

Garment of the type comprising a top (1) and a bottom (3) integral and extending in a longitudinal direction, said bottom (3) comprising a crotch tongue (39) which has an end secured to the back of said top (1) and a free end which is adapted to be removably attached to the front of said garment to form the crotch of said garment, said garment comprising a retaining band (31), elastically deformable, which is adapted to be positioned around the hips of the user, characterized in that said holding band (31) is entirely integral with said garment, in that it comprises a fixing lug (33) which extends under said holding band (31), on the in front of said garment, in that said free end of said crotch tongue (39) and said fixing lug (33) respectively comprise first and second fastening means (5) which make it possible to fix in a removable manner said free end of said crotch tab (39) on said bracket (33) and that said top (1) has a length in said longitudinal direction such that when said garment is worn by a user, the top (1) ) being in contact with the shoulders of said user and said crotch positioned at the crotch of said user, said top (1) is bulging or forms a fold oriented towards said bottom (3). Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that said top (1). has a width at least equal to the width of said holding strip (31).
