Abstract

The underpants have external shorts (1) and two internal yokes (2, 3) fixed at the waist band (5) of the external shorts. The internal yokes are composed of two thin straps (2) with bra forms (6) provided to support the buttocks and a yoke (3) forming supporting unit that covers and supports the genitals. The yoke (3) is fixed to a fly (4) of the shorts (1) so that there is only one opening. An independent claim is also included for a bathing suit.

  The present invention relates to underpants that go up the buttocks while supporting the genitals.

  There are panties, sheaths and pantyhose for women but no undergarment, swimsuit or clothing can go up 5 men's buttocks.

  This invention allows to combine aesthetics with the backrest and comfort with support for the genitals, all in a box so invisible from the outside.

  It consists of the combination of a boxer (1) and an inner yoke (2 and 3) both mounted on a common belt (5). The inner panel is composed of two straps (2) with pads (6) for raising the buttocks and a holding member (3) intended to cover and support the genitals.

  With reference to these drawings, the device consists of three integral elements, an outer shorts (1) and two internal inserts: the two straps for raising the buttocks (2) and a yoke intended to cover and support the genitals (3).

  The yoke (3) covering and supporting the genitals is fixed firstly to the fly (4) of the underpants (1) so that there is only one opening and closing by means of several buttons, then to the waist (5) of the underpants. The two strips (2) line the yoke (3), intersect at the bottom of the yoke (3), and are fixed at their other end, at locations of the belt (5) determined for these strips to pass between legs and along the furrow separating the buttocks and thighs.

  The underpants can be made in warp and weft, in 100% cotton or 35 cotton mixed with two internal mesh inserts, 100% cotton, cotton blend, modal or microfiber.

  For a swimsuit, the process is the same, only the material differs.

  2865904 -2- The underpants can be made in tubular knit without side seams, cotton blend, polyamide or elastane. In this case, the yoke covering and supporting the genitals and the two straps for raising the buttocks are directly knit in the same places more tightly in the underpants.

  As it follows from the foregoing, the invention is not limited to the sole embodiment of this device which has been described above as an example, it encompasses all the variants of embodiment. and application respecting the same principle.

  It concerns the industrial and commercial field of manufacture and distribution of men's and women's clothing, underwear and swimwear.

  -1- underpants for men characterized in that it consists of an outer shorts (1) and an inner yoke (2,3) mounted on the belt (5) of the underpants (1) and composed two straps (2) with pads (6) for raising the buttocks and a yoke (3) forming a holding element for covering and supporting the genitals.   -2- pants according to claim 1 characterized in that the yoke (3) covering and supporting the genitals is attached to the fly of the underpants (1) so that there is only one opening and is fixed at the waist (5) of the underpants.   -3- pants according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that the two strips (2) border the yoke (3) and intersect at the bottom of said yoke (3) and are fixed at their other ends for said strips pass between legs and along the furrow separating the buttocks and thighs.   -4- Underpants according to one of claims 1 or 3 characterized in that inside each strap (2) is sewn on a resilient cushion shaped curved and placed under the buttocks and intended to raise the buttocks.   5- pants according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the underpants are seamlessly tubular tubular mesh, cotton blend, polyamide or elastane, and in that the yoke (3) and the two strips (2 ) are directly knitted in the same places more tightly in the underpants.   6- pants according to any one of claims 1 to 4 characterized in that it is made of warp and weft in 100% cotton or cotton 25 mixed, with the internal yoke knit 100% cotton, cotton blended, modal or microfiber.   Swimsuit characterized in that it is obtained from the underpants according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
