Definitions
- the invention relates to a digester for a diffusion absorption system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Diffusion absorption systems have long been known as small refrigeration systems for use in household refrigerators. They can be used with a corresponding structural design as heat pumps for heating or cooling purposes.
- the refrigerant ammonia (NH 3 ) and water is used as a substance pair.
- the water is the solvent as the absorbent material, being used as a pressure-compensating carrier gas usually hydrogen or helium.
- the ammonia / water mixture is set in motion by heat by temperature and concentration differences in motion.
- the heat is supplied in a stove.
- By boiling gas bubbles are expelled from the NH 3 -rich solution.
- the proportion of water in this gas stream is separated or recycled in the rectifier, so that almost only NH 3 vapor flows to the condenser.
- the gas bubble pump must be designed so that it pumps the liquid to a considerable height in order to generate the necessary driving force.
- the high-purity ammonia vapor condenses and releases the heat of condensation to the heating water. Subsequently, the liquid ammonia flows down into the evaporator. In the helium / ammonia atmosphere, the ammonia evaporates while absorbing ambient energy.
- the gas mixture passes through a gas-7Gas heat exchanger and flows to the absorber, where the gaseous ammonia is absorbed by the NH 3 low-ammonia / water solution and the heat of absorption to the heating water releases before the noiseless process starts again.
- Both the EP 0 413 791 B1 as well as the EP 0 419 606 B1 show a diffusion absorption system with the individual units. These are each designed as separate components and connected to each other via lines. Because the working pressure in such systems is more than 20 bar, all units and lines must be designed to be pressure resistant. Therefore, in this structure results in a large number of welds, which must be very high quality or accurate. Overall arises for the individual pressure vessels and lines a considerable material, manufacturing and testing costs.
- the EP 0 419 606 B1 contains an expeller with a gas bubble pump. This has six circular arranged pump tubes and in the lower area also six flame tubes on a pitch circle for heating, each with a gas burner. In the alternating arrangement, each flame tube contacts two pump tubes and is welded to them. In addition, the pump tubes run as separate individual components directly in the central exhaust stack. With this relatively complicated construction of elbows and single tubes, the need for producing and welding many individual components arises with the effort described above.
- the DE-OS 24 05 950 shows, for example, an absorption chiller with rectifier. Each individual cooker tube is surrounded by a cylindrical, concentric jacket and the heating device is connected to this outer tube. In the intermediate space flows the refrigerant solution. However, it can only be achieved with small benefits. Also a concentric arrangement of the necessary for the formation of a stove pipes is from the US 55 33 362 and the DE-PS 478 338 known, wherein in the DE-PS 478 338 a heating tube forms a central heating device within a liquid container.
- a cooker for a diffusion absorption system known.
- several cooker tubes are arranged in a circle around a central heating device with overlying exhaust stack.
- There is a ring-cylindrical space around the cooker tubes which is bounded at the bottom on the inside by a wall around the heater or further above the flue.
- Another wall forms the outer jacket around the cooker tubes.
- the space between the inner and outer wall is filled in particular with poor ammonia / water solution and the cooker tubes open with their lower end face in the lower intake.
- a downwardly open annular space isolates the space around the heated cooker tubes from the surrounding suction space and / or reservoir with the rich ammonia / water solution.
- the invention has for its object to optimize the construction of a digester for a diffusion absorption system, in particular to make the power distribution to the stove pipes optimal and to allow easy monitoring.
- the cooker according to the invention is characterized in that the cooker tubes arranged around the common heating device are enclosed by a ring-cylindrical space filled with a heat transfer medium.
- this space around the cooker tubes preferably has a ring-cylindrical shape.
- On the inside it is surrounded by a wall enclosing a combustion chamber around the heating device, which also encloses in the upper area and the exhaust gas ducts leading to the exhaust gas chimney, and bounded on the outside by a surrounding wall.
- the cooker tubes are straight and penetrate the ring-cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space vertically and at a distance from the vertical boundary walls, so that only the ends of the individual cooker tubes protrude from the ring-cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space.
- a lower annular, the ring-cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space horizontally limiting flange plate is mounted approximately at the bottom of the combustion chamber and above or in the upper part of the manifold for rich ammonia / water solution, which also serves as a reservoir.
- the ends of the cooker tubes protrude freely from there into the distributor as suction space.
- the heat transfer medium in the annular cylindrical filled with a heat transfer medium space around the cooker tubes a working temperature in the range of about 90 ° C to 200 ° C and a working pressure in the range of about 0 bar to 20 bar.
- Water is preferably provided as a heat transfer medium in the annular cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space around the cooker tubes.
- it can also be another medium used.
- approximately 10 to 20 cooker tubes are arranged on at least one pitch circle in the annular cylindrical space filled with a heat transfer medium.
- a monitoring device for the annular cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space can be provided around the cooker tubes, are monitored with the indirect function and operation of the cooker tubes.
- a pressure and / or temperature measurement at the annular cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space around the cooker tubes which is characteristic of the function and operation of the cooker tubes in operation.
- the measurement can be done for example in this room or on the wall.
- the determined measured values are monitored and compared with predefinable threshold values.
- the ring-cylindrical space filled with a heat transfer medium around the cooker tubes is bordered on the outside by a further space, at least over a partial area of its vertical extent.
- This is preferably likewise designed annular cylindrical and provided in the lower and in the upper region with nozzles so that it can circulate a heat transfer medium of a circuit via a heat consumer or a heat generator.
- a digester of a diffusion absorption system is optimized.
- the power distribution is optimally designed on the cooker tubes and allows easy monitoring of the Kocher horres.
- the safety is increased because the otherwise possibly in case of damage possibly possible release of an ammonia / water mixture in a room can be virtually eliminated.
- the essential design criterion for this is the pressure-resistant closed jacket, in particular around the cooker tubes, in the zone of the most intense heat by the heating device. Otherwise, the danger of bursting is usually greatest when a pipe is completely sealed. If such a case of silting of one or more tubes occurs, this can now be easily determined by the invention via temperature and / or pressure deviations of the medium in the annular cylindrical space.
- the cooker tubes are now heated via an intermediate medium in the ring-cylindrical space filled with a heat transfer medium. So there is no direct contact with the flame anymore.
- the heat transfer from the combustion chamber wall to the cooker tubes and the power distribution to the individual tubes is very good, and the temperature distribution is very uniform. This makes possible a simple indirect monitoring of the cooker tubes via the intermediate medium in the annular cylindrical space.
- Another advantage is the inventively achieved independence of the heat source or the fuel, because the heat distribution in the stove and the design of the combustion chamber is easier and can be easily adapted to the heating device used. Where so far only one gas firing has been used, oil can now also be used, for example.
- the cooker tubes are protected by the expansion of the invention against any corrosive effects of the flame occurring.
- Another advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is the flexible power adjustment.
- the maximum power range of a diffusion absorption system as a gas heat pump has hitherto been limited by the modulability of the cooker tubes, that is to say their working range up to the beginning or end of vapor bubble formation.
- the invention it is even possible, via the other, outer annular cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space, which surrounds the inner ring-cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space around the cooker tubes to take energy. There is thus no restriction anymore by the maximum or minimum output of the cooker tubes.
- the power range, ie the modulated power output, according to the invention is determined exclusively by fuel and / or combustion chamber and can thus be adjusted more easily.
- the cooker for a diffusion absorption system consists essentially of a common heating device 1 in a combustion chamber 2 with overlying exhaust stack 3 and a plurality of vertically oriented, arranged around the heating device 1 cooker tubes 4 as expeller or gas bubble pump and a lower intake, not shown with a reservoir for rich ammonia - / Water solution as the lower part of a surrounding sealed, pressure-resistant container.
- the cooker tubes 4 are arranged in a circle around a common heating device and are surrounded by a ring-cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space 5.
- This space 5 is bounded inwardly by a wall 6 which surrounds the combustion chamber 2 and the exhaust gas ducts 7 leading to the exhaust gas chimney 3.
- Another wall 8 forms outwardly the coat-like boundary.
- the cooker tubes penetrate the annular cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space 5 vertically and at a distance from the vertical boundary walls 6, 8. Only the ends of the cooker tubes 4 protrude from the annular cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space 5, the lower annular, the annular cylindrical , with a heat transfer medium filled space 5 horizontally delimiting flange plate 9 is mounted approximately at the bottom of the combustion chamber 2.
- Fig. 2 is the ring-cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space 5 to the cooker tubes 4 at least on a portion of its vertical extent outside bordered by another annular cylindrical, filled with a heat transfer medium space 10.
- This is provided in the lower part with an inlet nozzle 11 and in the upper part with a discharge nozzle 12 so that it circulates a heat transfer medium of a circuit via a heat consumer or a heat generator. The circulation can also be reversed via the two ports 11, 12.
