It has to be underlined that during this rotation, until the capping position 32b, the cap 6 is usefully collided with the laminar airflow, until it is overturned to close a respective container 2. At the same time, the container 2 is fed in suitable phase relation along the transport line 3 with its opening set towards the upper side, receiving the same sterilizing airflow. When the cap 6 is in the capping position to be positioned on the container 2, the two objects have no relative speed, in order to allow the correct reciprocal positioning.
  • the capping device according to the claimed invention thus allow to carry out in an optimal way the capping of containers such as bottles and similar in a filling machine.
  • This result is reached in particular thanks to the operating simplicity of the capping members 32, equipped with an overturning movement with respect to an axis parallel to the rotation axis of the capping head 10.
  • the capping members 32 can effectively operate the gripping of the cap 6 in the collection position close to the discharge position of the distribution channel 7, with the cap 6 having the closing portion facing towards the upper side, and the overturning of the cap 6 in a capping position, with the above-mentioned portion of the cap 6 overturned towards the lower side, so that it correctly couples with the opening of the underlying container 2.
  • the cited overturning movement is carried out through lever supports 37 and, in particular, through the oscillation motion that the annular cam 41 induces on the lever 39 around the pivot 43.
  • a prerogative of the claimed capping device consists in that it can profitably be installed in machines intended to work in a sterile environment.
  • the described capping device is built in order to reduce the dimensions of the area around the container 2 to be capped. So it does not hinder the laminar airflow that carries out the sterilization.

  • both the cap 6, which is overturned, and the container 2, which is fed with its mouth opened upward are collided in optimal way by the sterilizing action of the airflow in the capping station C.
  • a specific advantage of the claimed capping station is given by the fact that, thanks to the effective suction system integrated inside the device, the capping head 10 does not have external pipes for the passage of the air. This allows to keep the operative area above the containers 2 clear.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour le bouchage de récipients dans une machine remplisseuse, équipée d'une ligne de transport (3) le long de laquelle les récipients (2) à boucher sont conduits en séquence ordonnée et comprenant une tête de bouchage (10) portée tournante selon un axe de rotation essentiellement horizontal ;
    une série d'organes boucheurs (32) portés par ladite tête de bouchage (10) dans des positions angulairement distribuées ;
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes boucheurs (32) peuvent être oscillés au moyen d'organes de support à levier (37) selon des axes parallèles audit axe de rotation de la même tête de bouchage (10) ;
    et en ce que ledit dispositif comprend
    des moyens de mise en mouvement (11) propres à mettre en rotation ladite tête de bouchage (10) portant lesdits organes boucheurs (32) ;
    des moyens de commande (41) propres à engager lesdits moyens de support à levier (37) desdits organes boucheurs (32), durant la rotation de ladite tête de bouchage (10), pour commander la rotation angulaire desdits organes boucheurs (32) entre une position supérieure (32a) de prélèvement de bouchons (6) respectifs depuis une station d'alimentation desdits bouchons et une position inférieure (32b), essentiellement renversée par rapport à la précédente, de bouchage desdits récipients (2) au niveau d'une station de bouchage (C) disposée le long de ladite ligne de transport (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes boucheurs (32) ont, au niveau d'une face opérationnelle, un siège concave (36) ayant une portion pour le logement d'un bouchon (6) respectif, chaque siège (36) étant propre à recevoir un dit bouchon (6) respectif en appui de sorte que la portion de fermeture dudit bouchon (6), propre à être insérée dans l'ouverture d'un dit récipient (2), soit orientée en direction opposée audit organe boucheur (32).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque organe de support à levier (37) forme un bras (38) pivoté à ladite tête de bouchage (10), selon un axe parallèle à l'axe de rotation de ladite tête de bouchage (10), à travers un pivot (43), portant fixé à une extrémité au moins un dit organe boucheur (32), et un organe à levier (39), solidaire audit bras (38), portant en rotation libre à une extrémité un rouleau (40) avec un axe parallèle à l'axe de rotation de ladite tête de bouchage (10), ledit rouleau (40) étant propre à être commandé par lesdits moyens de commande (41) pour opérer ledit renversement desdits organes boucheurs (32).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande (41) comprennent une came annulaire fixe, obtenue de façon adéquate sur une plaque de fermeture frontale d'un corps modulaire (28) propre à contenir lesdits moyens de mise en mouvement (11).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mise en mouvement (11) comprennent un arbre (12) tournant selon un axe essentiellement horizontal, propre à être commandé en rotation par un organe moteur au moyen d'un couplage à engrenages coniques (13), un deuxième arbre (14) propre à être activé en rotation par ledit arbre (12) au moyen d'un second couplage à engrenages coniques (15), et un troisième arbre (17) propre à recevoir le mouvement dudit second arbre (14) au moyen d'un troisième couplage à engrenages coniques (16), s'étendant parallèlement audit arbre (12) et portant sur le côté opposé par rapport audit troisième couplage à engrenage conique (16) ladite tête de bouchage (10), pour transmettre ledit mouvement de rotation à ladite tête de bouchage (10) autour dudit axe essentiellement horizontal.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mise en mouvement (11) sont propres à transmettre à ladite tête de bouchage (10) à la fois ledit mouvement de rotation autour dudit axe essentiellement horizontal, pour boucher lesdits récipients (2), et un mouvement d'ajustement de la hauteur verticale de ladite tête de bouchage (10), selon la taille desdits récipients (10) à boucher.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mise en mouvement (11) comprennent un premier arbre (18) inséré coaxial à travers l'interposition d'organes rotatifs (19) à l'intérieur dudit arbre (12), ledit arbre (12) étant tubulaire, en rotation autour d'un axe essentiellement horizontal au moyen de moyens d'actionnement appropriés, un second arbre d'ajustement (21) couplé audit premier arbre (18), inséré coaxial à l'intérieur dudit second arbre (14), ledit second arbre (14) étant tubulaire, à travers l'interposition de moyens rotatifs respectifs, un corps à fourche (23), couplé audit second arbre d'ajustement (21) à travers un couplage à vis (26) approprié, chaque dent (25) dudit corps à fourche (23) étant fixée à un corps modulaire (28) télescopique propre à contenir lesdits moyens de mise en mouvement (11), pour opérer ledit ajustement de ladite hauteur verticale de ladite tête de bouchage (10).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur desdits organes bouchers (32) et desdits organes de support à levier (37) est obtenu au moins un canal (44), débouchant sur ledit siège (36) et à l'intérieur sur une série de canalisations (46) essentiellement radiales, qui forment une continuation de chaque dit canal (44) et sont propres à être connectées, en relation de phase appropriée avec ladite récolte de chaque dit bouchon (6) et ledit bouchage d'un dit récipient (2), avec une série de trous (48) pratiqués sur une tête frontale (49) à l'intérieur dudit dispositif, pour réaliser la connexion à travers d'ultérieurs canaux (47) respectifs à l'intérieur dudit dispositif à un circuit d'aspiration pour la préhension de chaque dit bouchon (6).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit arbre (12) est continuellement mis en rotation.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que dans ladite position inférieur de bouchage (32b) lesdits organes boucheurs (23) ont une vitesse relative nulle par rapport audit récipient (2) à boucher, alimenté sur ladite ligne de transport (3), pour permettre l'insertion d'un bouchon respectif (6) sur le même récipient (2).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit arbre (12) est commandé par le même organe moteur propre à commander le mouvement desdits récipients (2) le long de ladite ligne de transport (3).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier arbre (18) est propre à être activé par un organe moteur logé sur ladite machine remplisseuse.
