Claims (4)

  1. Method of manufacturing the framework used for quick formworking and installation of walls, slabs, floors and similar, the framework being of the type comprising a triangular configuration with two wings and a median part that is hollow inside to provide a passage for an adjusting means, characterised in that the framework is made from a metallic steel strip wound on a reel and fed to a shaping and cutting machine with progressive tooling which fulfils the functions of, in a first phase, cutting a module for making a framework with external shapes and dimensions in the folded flat situation and then, in a second phase, notching to form pre-cut notches disposed on either side of the transverse median part of the module which fulfil a stop function, and then, in a third phase by progressive folding, forming a transverse central rib on the one hand, designed to constitute, due to its configuration based on two opposing and spaced apart walls, the guide of an adjusting pull-rod and, on the other hand, longitudinally folding one of the parts of the module beyond said rib to form a support plane perpendicular to the plane of the module, and then, in a fourth phase, separating the resultant module.
  2. Framework of the type comprising a triangular configuration with two wings and a median part that is hollow inside to provide a passage for an adjusting means, the vertical edge of the bottom wing being placed so that it is supported on the opposing face of the formwork underneath and the top part of the framework with its other wing incorporating a vertical fold constituting a support face for a board used to make the formwork above, said support system being manufactured by the method as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that it comprises, between its wings (10a - 10b), a transverse median part (10c) constituting a central rib defined by two opposing parallel walls (10c1 - 10c2) joined by a linking part (10c3) so as to define a space (e) constituting the housing and guide means of the adjusting means (11),
    and in that on each of its rib walls and forming an extension to the corresponding wing part, cutouts (10e - 10f) are made so that each forms a protruding tab (10g - 10h) oriented towards the inside of the rib (10c) and constituting a tongue-shaped stop means and guide means for the adjusting means (11).
  3. Framework as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that stiffening and joining means (10d) produced by shaping are disposed between the walls of the central rib (10c) and the part of the wing (10a - 10b) forming an extension.
  4. Framework as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the wing (10b) has a fold (10b1) perpendicular to its plane and disposed set back from the wing terminal edge (10a1), and a gap (10m) is formed between the median rib (10c) and the end facing the fold.
