- the spacer belt 30 is always driven faster than the conveyors 21 i of the selection units 20 i and therefore the objects 100 are conveyed thereon spaced in the feeding direction F by the predefined amount G or G max or G min .
- the speed of the spacer belt 30 is constant, just as the nominal speeds of the conveyors 21 i of the selection units 20 i .
- the distance G interposed between the successive objects 100 of each row transported on the spacer belt 30 is thus constant and such to theoretically allow the introduction of the transversal bars 33 between two successive objects 100 of each row.
- a position predefined for the insertion of the transversal bar 33 between successive objects 100 of each row is identified.

- each row is moved by an autonomous motor with respective connection device which, continuously and in real time, corrects possible time deviations of the objects with respect to the expected theoretical point and thus to the devices arranged downstream in the packaging machine.
- the selector device of groups of objects for feeding packaging machines and the respective selection method subject of the present invention have the advantage of providing the selection without the help of mechanical devices which, alongside risking damaging the objects and slowing the feeding, also require to be replaced upon variation of the format of the objects to be selected.

Claims (11)
- Dispositif sélecteur de groupes d'objets pour alimenter des machines de conditionnement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité d'unités de sélections indépendantes (20i), agencées suivant des rangées parallèles et côte à côte, et un convoyeur à bande d'espacement (30) associé à un poussoir de regroupement (32), dans lequel chacune desdites unités de sélections indépendantes (20i) comprend un convoyeur (21i), un moteur de rétroaction (22i) et une photocellule (23i) pour le contrôle de la position d'un premier objet (100) dans la direction d'alimentation longitudinale (F), et dans lequel ledit convoyeur à bande d'espacement (30) comprend un propre moteur (31) pour l'alimentation desdits objets (100) à une vitesse supérieure par rapport aux unités de sélections (20i).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit poussoir de regroupement (32) comprend une pluralité de barres transversales (33) montées sur une chaîne (34) entraînée par un propre moteur (35), dans lequel lesdites barres transversales (33) sont commandées en position par un encodeur (36).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits convoyeurs (21i) desdites unités de sélections (20i) est monté sur une glissière indépendante (24i) pour le réglage transversal par rapport à l'axe de machine en fonction des dimensions des objets (100).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de commande de machine pour le contrôle d'une vitesse nominale des convoyeurs (21i) desdites unités de sélections (20i) en fonction du nombre d'objets (100) constituant le groupe (100') à conditionner, de la dimension théorique desdits objets (100) et du nombre de groupes (100') à conditionner par minute.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites photocellules (23i) sont placées à une extrémité frontale desdites unités de sélections (20i).
- Procédé de sélection de groupes d'objets pour alimenter des machines de conditionnement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les phases consistant à- alimenter en continu des objets (100) à grouper, suivant des rangées parallèles et indépendamment, avec une vitesse nominale et une position contrôlées dans une direction d'alimentation (F) ;- corriger en continu et en temps réel des éventuelles déviations de synchronisation dans la direction d'alimentation (F) desdits objets (100) en fonction d'un point théorique prévu ;- espacer lesdits objets (100) d'une quantité prédéfinie (G, Gmax, Gmin) durant l'alimentation en direction (F) ;- regrouper un groupe (100') d'objets espacés (100) composé d'un nombre prédéfini d'objets (100) à conditionner.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape d'espacement desdits objets (100) d'une quantité prédéfinie (G, Gmax, Gmin) durant l'alimentation en direction (F) est obtenue en déplaçant un convoyeur à bande d'espacement (30), placé en aval, à une vitesse supérieure en fonction de la vitesse nominale de convoyeurs (21i) disposés en parallèle et en amont par rapport audit convoyeur à bande d'espacement (30).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape d'alimentation continue d'objets (100) à grouper est effectuée à une vitesse nominale constante, lesdits objets (100) étant espacés d'une quantité prédéfinie constante (G).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape d'alimentation continue d'objets (100) à grouper est effectuée à une vitesse nominale variable, lesdits objets (100) étant espacés d'une quantité prédéfinie variable (Gmax, Gmin), dans lequel ladite distance est minimale (Gmin) entre des objets (100) appartenant au même groupe (100') et maximale (Gmax) entre des groupes (100') d'objets successifs (100), ladite distance maximale (Gmax) étant obtenue en ralentissant lesdits convoyeurs (21i) disposés en amont.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de regroupement des objets (100) en groupes (100') comprend les étapes consistant à- identifier une position prédéfinie entre deux objets successifs (100) de chaque rangée, dans lequel ladite position prédéfinie est entre des groupes (100') d'objets successifs (100), et- pousser dans la direction d'alimentation (F) les objets (100) appartenant à un groupe (100') à conditionner, à une vitesse supérieure par rapport à l'alimentation, jusqu'à leur regroupement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est commandé par une unité de commande programmable pour un changement automatique de format des objets (100) et des groupes (100'), dans lequel la vitesse nominale d'alimentation, la correction, l'espacement et le regroupement peuvent être prédéterminés et variés en fonction du nombre d'objets (100) composant le groupe (100') à conditionner, de la dimension théorique des objets (100) et du nombre de groupes (100') à conditionner par minute.
