Claims (9)
- Dispositif adaptateur (2) pouvant être relié à un appareil de déminage (3) pour le rééquipement d'un véhicule porteur (1) pouvant être muni à l'avant d'une installation de pelle de déblayage dans un véhicule de déminage, dans lequel au moins un cylindre hydraulique (4) pour relever et abaisser l'installation de pelle de déblayage est disposé à l'extrémité avant du véhicule porteur (1), présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:a) le dispositif adaptateur (2) présente, sur son côté situé à l'opposé du véhicule porteur (1) lors de son utilisation conforme à sa destination, un premier élément de liaison (7) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule porteur (1), avec lequel l'extrémité avant (6) du cylindre hydraulique (4), située à l'opposé du véhicule porteur (1), peut être reliée de façon pivotante;b) le dispositif adaptateur (2) présente sur son côté tourné vers le véhicule porteur (1) au moins un deuxième élément de liaison (10), qui peut être déplacé de l'avant vers l'arrière en direction d'un palier de butée (11) disposé sur le véhicule porteur (1) et qui prend appui sur le palier de butée (11) lorsque le cylindre hydraulique (4) est rentré,c) au moins un guide de coulisse (15) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule porteur (1) est relié au dispositif adaptateur (2) et dans lequel s'engage une coulisse (14) pouvant être reliée au véhicule porteur (1), de telle manière que, lors de la sortie du cylindre hydraulique (4), le dispositif adaptateur (2) soit tenu par le guide de coulisse (15) et la coulisse (14) et que le dispositif adaptateur (2) pivote vers le haut autour du premier élément de liaison (7).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif adaptateur (2) comprend, pour la séparation de l'appareil de déminage (3) du véhicule porteur (1), un système de séparation d'urgence comportant au moins deux dispositifs de séparation d'urgence (8, 16), dans lequel les deux dispositifs de séparation d'urgence (8, 16) sont construits de telle manière que, lors de l'actionnement du système de séparation d'urgence, le premier dispositif de séparation d'urgence (8) provoque une séparation du premier élément de liaison (7) du cylindre hydraulique (4) et le deuxième dispositif de séparation d'urgence (16) provoque une séparation du guide de coulisse (15) de la coulisse (14).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de séparation d'urgence (8, 16) peuvent être actionnés de façon hydraulique depuis l'intérieur du véhicule porteur (1).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de liaison (7) est un boulon d'appui déplaçable axialement par le premier dispositif de séparation d'urgence (8).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de liaison (10) est un sabot à fiche ou un sabot à fourche.
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le palier de butée (11) est formé par un boulon d'appui (110) disposé sur un appui du bras de pelle de déblayage (12) du véhicule porteur (1) et une voie de guidage (17) disposée en face du boulon d'appui (110) sur le véhicule porteur (1).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif adaptateur (2) peut être relié à deux cylindres hydrauliques correspondants (4) fixés sur le véhicule porteur (1), au moyen de deux premiers éléments de liaison (7).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif adaptateur (2) comprend deux deuxièmes éléments de liaison (10), qui coopèrent avec des paliers de butée correspondants (11) disposés sur le véhicule porteur (1)
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que deux guides de coulisse (15) sont fixés sur le dispositif adaptateur (2), dans lesquels s'engagent des coulisses correspondantes (14) qui peuvent être reliées au véhicule porteur (1).
