    - the lower side of the slider (11) has a groove (13) in which a cam (15) of the drive (14) engages and is guided in said groove in the stop periods of the weapon such that the drive (14) can continue running,
    - wherein a chain (14) which can be driven electrically is used as the drive (14),
    - the drive (14) is equipped with a quick stop (20), wherein
    - in the event of a misfire, the cam (15) of the drive (14) strikes against the quick stop (20), as a result of which the movement of the chain is at least briefly stopped.
  2. Drive device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the means (12) is a connecting rod.
  3. Drive device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the quick stop (20) functionally interacts with the drive (14) and with the recoiling breech (2) and, during the forward movement of the breech, is inserted in such a manner that the quick stop (20) is regarded as being inserted on the other opposite side in the transport path of the drive (14).
  4. Drive device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the quick stop (20) has a block-like part (22) with a chamfer (22.1).
  5. Drive device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the quick stop (20) engages under the drive (14) preferably in a U-shaped manner.
  6. Drive device according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a means (21) which is incorporated on the breech (2) collides against the chamfer (22.1) on the quick stop (20) and, in the process, pushes the quick stop (20) away such that the cam (15) can slide unimpeded past the quick stop (20) when a shot has been fired.
  7. Drive device according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the quick stop (20) is sprung or buffered (23) in the loading direction.
  8. Drive device according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a torque-dependent clutch is incorporated between the motor (16) and the chain (1.4) .
  9. Weapon (1) having a preferably linear ammunition feed with a drive device according to one of Claims 1 to 8.
