Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif formant crochet de serrage pour le serrage de pièces, en particulier de feuilles, comprenant un corps(10) ayant une ouverture (18) relativement large, à travers laquelle un organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet s'étend avec un jeu, ledit organe de serrage étant mobile entre une position arrière de repos et une position avant de serrage dans laquelle l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet fait saillie en dehors du corps (10) pour serrer une pièce à usiner, le dispositif comprenant des moyens de déplacement (20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 32, 38, 42) adaptés à déplacer l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet selon un mouvement essentiellement angulaire, afin de permettre à l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet d'atteindre, dans sa position de repos, une configuration dans laquelle il est disposé sensiblement à l'intérieur du corps (30), les moyens de déplacement comprenant un mécanisme à genouillère (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) apte à rendre irréversible la position de serrage de l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de protection (48) déplaçable en translation est associé au corps (10) à proximité de ladite ouverture large (18), lequel élément de protection comporte une ouverture étroite (52) avec laquelle l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet vient également en prise, l'élément de protection (48) et l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet coopérant avec ladite ouverture large (18) pour empêcher des corps étrangers de pénétrer à l'intérieur du corps (10) à travers le jeu entre l'ouverture large (18) et l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet, la translation de l'élément de protection (48) étant guidée par des moyens de guidage (46) s'étendant entre l'élément de protection (48) et l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet, lesdits moyens de guidage comprenant au moins une broche (46) s'étendant à partir de l'élément de protection (48) et venant en engagement avec une rainure (44) profilée de l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de protection (48) est une plaque plate montée de façon coulissante dans un siège rectiligne (50) du corps (10).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection (48) comprend au moins une nervure de guidage latéral (54) venant en engagement dans une rainure (56) correspondante formée sur le côté dudit siège rectiligne (50).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit siège rectiligne (50) est formé dans une plaque supérieure (16) du corps (10), dans une position faisant face à une cavité (14) du corps (10), et en ce que également ladite large ouverture (18) est formée dans la plaque supérieure (16).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet est généralement en forme de boucle, et en ce que le profil de ladite au moins une rainure profilée (44) de l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet correspond généralement à la forme de l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet comporte une paire de rainures symétriques à profil en boucles (44) formées sur les surfaces latérales opposées de celui-ci, des broches coaxiales respectives (46) faisant saillie de l'élément de protection (48) venant en engagement avec ces deux rainures (44).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet présente, à une de ses extrémités, une formation de serrage (36) en crochet à forme de boucle, et, à l'extrémité opposée, une partie de connexion (28) articulée à la fois à une manivelle (32) montée en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (34) fixé au corps (10), et à une première extrémité d'au moins une bielle (24), dont la deuxième extrémité est articulée à une tige coulissante (20) d'un actionneur à fluide associé au corps (10).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (30) en forme de crochet est articulé autour d'un axe transversal (38), entre la formation de serrage (36) à crochet en forme de boucle et la partie de connexion (28), les extrémités opposées de ladite broche venant en engagement des rainures symétriques arquées (42) formées dans les côtés (12a, 12b) du corps (10).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités opposées de ladite broche transversale (38) sont munies de paliers à roulement (40), et en ce que ces paliers (40) viennent en engagement avec lesdites rainures arquées (42).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque supérieure (16) s'étend au-delà d'une paroi arrière du corps (10) afin de protéger l'élément de protection (48) lorsque, à la suite d'une translation de celui-ci, il s'étend au-delà de ladite paroi arrière du corps (10).
