Claims (13)

  1. Aide auditive (1) à encliqueter dans un embout auriculaire (10), avec
    - une partie de forme sphérique (2) et
    - une partie de forme conique (3), qui est formée sur l'extrémité tournée vers l'embout auriculaire (10) et qui se rétrécit en direction de l'embout auriculaire (10),
    caractérisée en ce que la partie de forme conique (3) est réalisée de telle manière qu'elle forme une butée lors de l'inclinaison de l'aide auditive (1) dans l'embout auriculaire (10).
  2. Aide auditive (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'aide auditive (1) est réalisée avec une symétrie de révolution.
  3. Aide auditive (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par un canal acoustique (4), qui est réalisé axialement et avec une symétrie de révolution dans l'aide auditive (1).
  4. Aide auditive (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'aide auditive (1) est formée d'une seule pièce en métal ou en une matière plastique dure et peut être soudée ou collée à un appareil auditif (11).
  5. Aide auditive (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par des fentes (12) disposées de façon symétrique circulaire dans la partie de forme sphérique (2), dont la forme et le nombre permettent de régler une force d'engagement dans l'embout auriculaire (10).
  6. Appareil auditif intra-auriculaire (11) pour une prothèse auditive avec une aide auditive (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  7. Embout auriculaire (10) pour une prothèse auditive, caractérisé par un élément adaptateur (7) disposé fixement dans l'embout auriculaire (10), dans lequel une aide auditive (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 peut être engagée fixement de façon séparable, dans lequel l'élément adaptateur (7) présente un creux (8) périphérique en forme de bourrelet, avec lequel la partie de forme sphérique (2) de l'aide auditive (1) peut former un emboîtement, de telle manière que l'aide auditive (1) soit montée de façon inclinable ou pivotante dans l'élément adaptateur (7).
  8. Embout auriculaire (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément adaptateur (7) est réalisé en tant que partie d'une ouverture (13) de l'embout auriculaire (10).
  9. Embout auriculaire (10) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'embout auriculaire (10) est formé en une matière plastique flexible souple.
  10. Embout auriculaire (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément adaptateur (7) est formé en métal ou en une matière plastique dure.
  11. Embout auriculaire (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, dans lequel l'embout auriculaire (10) est fabriqué par un procédé de moulage par injection à deux composants en LSR / TPE et avec un thermoplastique pour l'élément adaptateur (7).
  12. Utilisation d'un thermoplastique pour la fabrication d'un embout auriculaire (10) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par les propriétés suivantes:
    - module d'élasticité en traction selon ISO 527 avec une vitesse d'essai de 1 mm/min dans la plage de 1000 à 3000 MPa,
    - allongement sous contrainte d'étirage selon ISO 527 dans la plage de 3 à 8 %,
    - dureté par empreinte de bille H358/30 dans la plage de 120 à 150 MPa, et
    - force de séparation selon DIN ISO 813 lors d'une rupture cohésive entre l'élément adaptateur et l'embout auriculaire sous une charge de traction supérieure à 8 N/mm.
  13. Utilisation d'un thermoplastique selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le thermoplastique est du polyamide ou du téréphtalate de polybutylène.
